We love our house and was surprised at the space it provided. What I didn’t like was the uneven lawn. Don’t think the ground was lacked really good and the sod was not laid very good. Drive corner broken and splattered cement on garage floor.

I had very pleasant experience with both manage and workmanship. They are always prompt in answering any queries not only while you are planning to buy but also post moving to the home. Great job team!

We had a really great experience building our home with Centex. We had weekly progress meetings so we never felt like we were in the dark about anything. I had my own realtor so I didn't engage with the sales rep Kristi much but whenever I did she was always very pleasant. It was our builders Patrick, Darl, and Justin are truly who made our first home purchase an awesome experience. The were always very responsive and sooo nice. They took the time to explain every step and process in detail no matter how many times they had to do so. Because of this I KNOW our home was built well and with care. They almost felt like family by the end of the process. Even after living in the home for awhile they still will check on us as they drive by. Ramy Good journey with Centex Homes

I just feel that the materials are somewhat cheap I wish they had of used soundproofing board or some type of heavy insulation but other than that it looks great

Loved working with the Centex team. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. Building during a pandemic had challenges that made completion take a bit longer but that wasn't avoidable. I was kept up to date for each phase. Very happy.

Good exp and great service

The entire team is amazing from the start to the end every person I dealt with was professional and very helpful. Tawana explained the buying process to the building clearly. It was a joy to work with Patrick and hear how much pride he takes in building each home. I love the weekly updates I received from both and every call and text of mine were always answered. The team is superb! I would recommend this team and builder to everyone looking to buy a new home.

The Entire Centex and Pulte Mtg process was seamless, quick, and executed perfectly.

I understand that every experience is different, but we bought our first house with Centex homes and we couldn’t feel better about the end result! Even after we signed and moved in , we were able to get in touch with the builder, which shows how much they care!

Staff are very friendly. Finishes are extremely poor. It hard not to know where to direct your concerns and everybody would say it'll get fixed, but that's is not going to happen. They hide warranty information, so they can cover their back. The grass in front and back yard that was installed was brown with the excused that was winter time. Spring is almost over and there are more than half of the grass that still brown (with the right watering). Also, a lot of big bumps all over the front and back yard. At the moment of the installation, they said that those bumps would settle, but of course, that never happened. ... More

Do not trust the date in which they tell you (add 6-8 months).

The experience was enlightening to me since I was able to visit the build site on a weekly basis. I saw some shoddy workmanship that bothered me, but amazingly was corrected quickly to produce a beautiful project thar satisfied my concerns.

The worst builder in Texas to deal with. Low quality and poor workmanship.

Many things could have been handled before settlement if they cared.

It’s very hard after closing to have workers return to finish all little items that were not complete before closing date. We are 6 weeks post closing and there are still several outstanding issues that should have been complete before closing.

The purchase of our home was accomplished while traveling and the sales person was extremely helpful in providing information about the house and worked with our realtor so that we were able to complete the transaction smoothly.
