Good overall. But there were little details that could have been better.

It was easy to apply and get an approval quickly. Did not give me the run around.

We were able to qualify for a nice home in the Corley Farms area. The entire process from sale to loan to close were pretty much completed with minimal hassle. We look forward to making our new home comfortable and enjoying the area.

Very good experience with the personnel that we met.

Is being good experienced

The homebuying experience was pretty easy overall. Steve in the sales office was great, all of the people I came in contact with in the finance and mortgage department were amazing, and Travis, who was the person that took me through my home orientation has been absolutely amazing and responsive. There are a few things in the home that I would like to change. Because I did not have the option to select the items, I did end up with a refrigerator that I’m not crazy about, but I plan on changing that as well as changing the electric stove to a gas stove. The house is good. Very disappointed with the quality of some of the material used.. Especially the quality of paint used. You used the cheapest paint possible. With what we paid for this house I expected better. We've had to deal with a double door going to outside that was not installed properly. Took three weeks to fix and the damage caused by fixing the door which resulted in flooring replaced and drywall and painting. But, it was fixed satisfactory.

The sales agent was great, after we moved in or after purchasing the home, it became very hard to get any assistance from Centex representative. No response from the customer service number we were given. We still have issues that need fixing, the post inspection guys never showed up either in two consecutive appointments.

I love almost everything about my house. However, the only reason I wouldn’t go all out to give 5 stars for everything is because I don’t like the way the backyard was built.

Our experience with Centex was a journey with a clear destination. During this journey we meet with handful of sales rep. Jesse and Don, they are amazing. The construction rep Lucky is the Man. Other Centex reps were met along the line we also great. There is still room for improvement. On the Pulte side, Shawn was super amazing. Always a phone call away. Thumps up Shawn! In future we would still like to patronize Centex and recommend them to friends and family members. However, regarding not painting the garage, Centex never did well. I think leveraging on the 'City provision which did not require builders to paint garages' is a dent to your road towards customers' satisfaction. To me, a building incomplete if the garage is not painted. The garage was not even paint ready. It was left on the dry wall stage. To paint, one must do stages of before- pre-paint work. It cost us close to $1000 to get our garage painted. In all, the good news is that I saw garages of homes built from mid-August till date are being painted. This is a welcome development. Great experience from start to finish the sale teams was amazing she kept me inform with all the incentives made sure we got the incentives that was offered. She was informative and available to all my questions! The construction manager was awesome as well he explained everything thoroughly the lenders was also informative I had a pleasant experience (only thing missing is amenities for this neighborhood being that surrounding neighborhood has pools and dog parks

I love my new home although the response to some of my concerns has been lacking. I submit an issue and may get a response, I have to follow-up to get a response.

The home buying experience and the construction have been excellent. Everything in the house is perfect. The only problem that has not been resolved is outside drainage.

The team building our neighborhood, mike in sales and cody in construction are outstanding!!! Unfortunately the product is not great. Barely any grass what was given to us was dead. House was built with. Poor poor poor, materials and is very very noisy due to no insulation in the ceiling. The neighborhood is a disaster, from construction i've had two flat tires in my own yard. Pulte makes centex look bad. But I would use mike and cody for all of my future purchases.

Sales person as well as construction managers were very polite, knowledgeable and had great communication by email, phone and in person. Walk through visits, closing people and person who gave warranty documentation were great. But to deal with the real warranty people, I cannot say the same thing. Took extremely long time to respond that affected me with warranties on my electrodomestics. To make the long story short I still cannot use my dryer after six weeks of moving in.

Our last home was built by Pulte and we lived there for over 20 years. It was a great home. When purchasing a new home, we considered the reputation of home builders. Due to our past experience, we were happy to be able to purchase another Pulte built home.

The materials or specially fixtures been used are not of the top quality, i get it, it based on what you paid.. but i was ready to pay the higger price for getting better stuff but i was hushed by saying options are already been selected and can’t make changes to it now. Result is we we’re not happy with the new house. Otherwise people are good and try to work with you in aby regards.

The grass that was installed was terrible. Most didn’t have dirt connected to it and is straw now. I mentioned it to the contractor and he said they were switching sod companies that only benefited my neighbors that have really nice sod now.

Brad and Alex were super excellent!! My home is beyond amazing. We used Pulte Mortgage (that experience was not so pleasant, which almost ruined the entire experience) Overall I love my house and it was all worth it.

Everything went pretty smooth till the last day- felt very rushed by builder to get my signature, there were several issues that were supposed to get addressed that took a long time and several calls and e-mail to get them come out- doesn’t make sense since there’s other house being built on the same subdivision- I know they are busy but so am I- work should of been done right before closing- there’s still things that stand out like paint discoloration
