No shows on warranty work several times. No one cares. They blame it on being a busy time.

Great experience and great after service as well.

Timely delivery of the home without any delay is very much admirable. Construction manager was a great person to work with and definitely helpful. Got some issues with appliances which is not expected for a new home

I closed on February 14. In January, my builder acknowledged that two windows needed to be replaced and he was working on that. When we closed, we signed paperwork acknowledging that our builder was still responsible for getting our windows fixed. It’s April 13 and I am STILL waiting on this to happen. We keep asking about it and we are rarely hearing back or are told they are “looking into it”, then never hear again. We’ve had to involve higher ups just to get what was promised to us 4 months ago done.

While the closing did not happen on time, and there were items that needed attention after closing. Most of the issues were cosmetic and Centex is taking care of them. I will say that I am a little disappointed at the lack of "attention to detail", but like I said earlier they are taking care of those issues.

The application process was weird, it was on a first come first served basis on a established release date and time by the builder, whoever responded to the email first got to but the house. No upgrades or design changes (ex: cabinets, floors/tile, etc) were allowed. House didn't come with backyard sod or gutters. Putting all this aside,the Centex team was great, responsive and on top of their business, they made the process smooth and kept constant communication with us.

Centex has a very cool design and in house amenities. The community is awesome. I had a great experience during and after purchasing my home from Centex. Above all, the staffs are great and truly cares.

First time we experienced building a new home. It was an exciting process as we appreciated seeing the construction from start to finish! The team made it easy and stress free not having to think about all the details such as cabinet colors, countertops and flooring to name a few. We loved every detail/layout of our home, it fit our needs perfectly. It was an enjoyable experience!! We highly recommend Corbin/Katy as they took great care of us!!

They were amazing and were able to answer any questions at a noted time.

Ben was my builder, he made sure to answer all my questions without making things up if he did not know the answer, He made me think to myself that this "guy really cares". I feel that I got a great product and am comfortable with what I just sank a bunch of my hard earned money into. Most of all he was proud of his work. I find this to be a great quality in person, because they usually give it their best in the things they do. Thank you Ben and Troy.

When they gave me the house it had many details that it still has because the manager field has been very irresponsible in repairing them. He's had me fooled since closing. other than that he never answers. When he does it, he has never complied with coming to the house to repair the amount of details. They must take into consideration that the field manager is not a serious person.

Easy process from start to finish. Very professional and helpful throughout the whole build process. Glad to have selected Centex/Pulte Homes as my builder!

I'm very pleased with the efforts put forth by employees at every level of the company. I am grateful to have my Centex Home.

Overall was a great experience. Only downside is you don’t get much for your HOA fees

They help us a lot, the procedure is simple and fast.

Overall the experience was sub par. I’ll start by saying our construction manager was fantastic throughout the entire process. The house however is already showing is lack of workmanship. We have horribly poor mud and tape throughout the ceiling and some walls of the entire house and are in the process of having the framers and drywallers get back out in order to scrape, re mud and tape and then reapply the texture and paint for both up and down stairs. Definitely not the best way to start off living in a home after waiting for 10 months to move in. Loads of other simple quality control issues for example poor finish on some of our cabinets, not receiving the correct door handles and having them have to be replaced, scratches on mirrors which are being replaced and issues with the AC intermittently not working. All in all we will benefit greatly from the market increasing and without having the warranty take care of all of the repairs we absolutely would never consider building with them again. My buying experience was Centex was 5 stars. The sales team and construction superintendent were responsive and great to work with.

Great experience buying a house with Centex. They were very prompt to any questions I had and made the entire process easy.

Rushed work quality. For starters, Paint and drywall left behind on floors and carpets, texture blemishes, sod placed over the top of construction debris and very uneven lumpy/bumpy ground, trees not planted in correct locations as per my requests. Property is constantly covered in construction trash from the centex build next door, siding was damaged from neighboring construction.

Centex was able to provide a quality house, but most importantly all the personnel that I worked with from sales, construction manager, loan processors, and warranty were so willing to assist and make sure we were taken care off.

As a first time home owner the experience was not great. Not only with the constant delays but also with the materials. With what I picked to the cabinets and floors to having to get something else because they no longer had the products. With the floors they put carpet in the wrong area therefore when it came time to place the vinyl they no longer had the material. There was also a crack in the cabinet which they just tried painting it to fix it. Also, after closing there was a number of issues. The AC not working because near the breaker something was placed upside down, my sod took weeks to be placed, the house was left a mess, and my dishwasher never had a Power cord installed. The builder is very proactive to most problems, he is always available to help even after moving in,. He is very knowledgeable and conscious of the materials to used and willing to work with customers from initial stage to completion.

I love the layout and the finishes on my new house. Unfortunately, I’ve been in the house for one month and the microwave and sprinkler system have already had issues. There are raised paint dots all over my floors that were not cleaned up and also missing grout in several places, as well as weather stripping that has already started to come off the doors. I really liked working with Lily, she was attentive to the issues I had before I closed. She is very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any issues. I had a shelf put in by the trim carpenter in one of the closets, the original bar was taken off the wall and moved and a new one of a different color was put in. We were not given paint samples so I cannot cover the large patches of drywall that were stripped. The most recent concern is that a work truck from the Centex home next door, drove over my sprinkler system, which now is not working on that side of the house.
