The experience was horrible. You are trapped using their contractors and companies for everything. Zero freedom to choose anything different. The divisions were unable to answer questions, pointed fingers at each other for issues and things that went wrong.

Carter, building manager did great job meeting our requests.

We purchased our home in Texas from Florida. Haley , the sales rep was extremely responsive to emails and questions. I asked for updates and pictures which she sent quickly. Always pleasant and helpful. The mortgage process was easy and quick. The on-site superintendent Landon kept us informed on building progress with weekly updates via email. Once we closed and moved in Chris the builder rep has been stellar in addressing the minor structural/cosmetic issues and resolving them quickly. The entire team is like a family. We are one of the first completed homes so we see the team almost daily in the neighborhood. Very nice people, and they care about what they do. We are very happy here so far. I wish I would’ve hired a 3rd party inspector instead of me finding all the issues myself. I’ve built before with another builder and expected the same experience. Well that didn’t happen. Ironic that this survey came the day after finding the latest issue. Irrigation person came out to fix a sprinkler head. In the process he discovered that Zone 6 was out of the schedule. He turned it on to test and discovered that the line was broken under the sidewalk in my neighbor’s yard. A deliberate cover up to get us into the house. On top of that, I had to press for the sprinkler head to get looked at. The ticket was submitted over a week ago. This is a very sound home and was a great price!

Most definitely would recommend them.

Never Recommend and feeling very unhappy

My sales agent was a problem solver. He kept me in the loop and made sure everyone was helping me get the home closed.

Our home is great, but there are some issues with the quality. Drywall and paint were damaged and supposed to be repaired prior to moving in. We are 6 weeks later and still haven't heard back on when to expect them. We are still waiting for 4 trades to come and finish repairs that should have been done prior to closing. The warranty department takes weeks to get back to you. Just be aware that you will have to keep on them.

Beautiful and quality building

We love our house! It's beautiful and spacious! We're still waiting for our lawn, driveway, and refrigerator, but they will come, and it will only be more beautiful.

Lack of quality and no pride in work

Michael was a great construction manager, Sam was an awesome Salesperson, other than that the experience was very stressful we had one issue after another and they took 4 extra months to finish our home, our house has several issues (not serious, but still) overall after moving we are happy with our house, and the neighborhood.

I tried leaving a full ho eat review and kept getting an error message on this site saying I need to use at least 5 words. I used like 200. A bit odd that my negative review was somehow being blocked. The stars I left are accurate to my experience.

The lack of attention to detail takes the joy out of owning a new home.
