From the start I told CENTEX Homes employees what I liked about their performance, execution, attention to details, and Customer Satisfaction. Although, the development is new and have few homes occupied, the City of LaBelle water, wastewater, stormwater, trash collection and recycle materials collections run smoothly and on time. Yard irrigation is automatically taken care by the HOA which is reasonable, or pretty low cost to be exact. The warranty. my God, is a dream come true. Where do I start, My homebuying experience was a nightmare. it started after 2 weeks I moved in the guest bathroom toilet got clogged. Submitted a claim and they came 3 days later to snake the sewer pipes and with great success it was cleared. 2 weeks later I had another clogged toilet on a Friday night and paid $740 dollars on after hour plumber company. Cleared the problem again but the plumber thinks something is in the pipe and he didn't have a camera to check but cleared the clogged. Then 1 week after that it got clogged again. House was not built to standards

We discovered that the studs are off, some are spaced 25", other studs are 17", makes me wonder how safely the house was built. One of the walls in the backyard can be pulled back and forth. There is a crack in the stucco wall of the house. The hot water values are reversed. Tickets have been submitted but nothing has been doneto fix the issues.

Inferior cabinetry kitchen and baths. Baths did not include medicine cabinets or shower curtain rods. No cabinets or sink in laundry room . No ceiling fans. Exterior paint flaking off. Very loud AC unit.

CONSISTENT AC ISSUES

This builder put too small of an AC unit on my home and we are having CONSTANT issues with it. The unit struggles just to keep the home at 75 degrees. Now we are having a lot of condensation and what appear to be mold either growing or about to start. They always send a tech out with Houck AC and they put a “bandaid” fix on it and tell me everything is running properly. Sure it’s running properly, but it’s too small for this home. It all began with Don he was amazing and his customer service was exceptional. He went over and beyond to ensure our first time home buying experience was successful. We absolutely love our new home especially how it is built. It’s beautiful on the outside and inside. Brick on the outside and the rooms are spacious, the bathrooms or gorgeous. Love the master bedroom it is so big almost as big as the living room. I have recommended Pulte to others. If you buy a home here you will never regret it!

From the day we went under contract until now, we are having repeated issues and lack of problems being resolved quickly. We closed and got keys. We were given keys that did not even work. The following day we noticed: We had one toilet seat cover not even attached, the master bathroom window had a crack, the master bathroom toilet bowl seat cover cracked in half, and we were not getting hardly any air flow into the master bedroom and their was water sitting in the bottom of our dryer.
