We moved late in May from Missouri. The home is beautiful. The water heater had a problem, the heating element was replaced. The oven tripped a breaker, an electrician visited the home and fixed it. We thought the A/C had some trouble, but is new technology, a heat pump, the condenser fan starts after a brief delay. My wife had some detailing concern with the Quartz kitchen counter. They came and fixed it incredibly well. We love our home and the Centex Homes Team. God bless them and their loved ones.

Our overall experience was great . Right from initial showing , explaining the upgrades in the house , lending and closing - there were regular follow ups. Most of the work was online on Pulte's portal which made the overall process very seamless and collaborative. Even the minor fixes within the home before moving in were timely repaired. Looking forward to doing business with Pulte again.

If knew then what I know about Centex Homes I never would have bought one. Overpriced and not alot of value. I had problems including range fuse and also automatic door in the bathroom shutting on its own. Also the floor in the garage had paint spots that had to be cleaned up.

The people helping set up and follow up on the buying process were fantastic and have no issues with this process. The walkthroughs were great I was being told things are checked and double checked. The problem now is I keep having issues with electrical, plumbing, and now windows leaking during rain. I was against buying a new house for fear of these reasons, these reasons that I was told shouldn’t be a problem. I keep having to take whole days off work just to be here to fix all these problems. Warranty work and quality have been questionable

The purchasing agent was great, the building process was pretty good. After moving in we have had problems with the hvac system, mold, and cabinets pulling off of the walls. The response to those issues has been very mediocre and doesn’t really seem to be much of a priority. The subcontractors especially colonial heating could care less and seem more interested in passing the problem off then really trying to figure out the problem.

Overall experience was great. I do wish there took into consideration homeowners preferences in yards and gave more space in between homes rather than trying to fit more into the subdivision. Additionally underground sprinkling should be on a central recollection line to help mitigate costs for homeowners.

My overall experience was good. The only issue was getting the tittle in my name at the county property adjusters office was not so smooth. I contacted the Centex employees to let them know that the name change had not been recorded. Other than that I have an electrical issue in the house and we see how they handle it. Thanks!

From the start I told CENTEX Homes employees what I liked about their performance, execution, attention to details, and Customer Satisfaction. Although, the development is new and have few homes occupied, the City of LaBelle water, wastewater, stormwater, trash collection and recycle materials collections run smoothly and on time. Where do I start, My homebuying experience was a nightmare. it started after 2 weeks I moved in the guest bathroom toilet got clogged. Submitted a claim and they came 3 days later to snake the sewer pipes and with great success it was cleared. 2 weeks later I had another clogged toilet on a Friday night and paid $740 dollars on after hour plumber company. Cleared the problem again but the plumber thinks something is in the pipe and he didn't have a camera to check but cleared the clogged. Then 1 week after that it got clogged again. House was not built to standards

We discovered that the studs are off, some are spaced 25", other studs are 17", makes me wonder how safely the house was built. One of the walls in the backyard can be pulled back and forth. There is a crack in the stucco wall of the house. The hot water values are reversed. Tickets have been submitted but nothing has been doneto fix the issues.
