Make sure to communicate with the sales representative and super intendent and be thorough with all questions. Educating yourself and making sure to ask questions is crucial. There are a lot of moving parts with several contractors so their internal process isn't streamlined the best. You just need to make sure you stay on top of it.

I regret buying not learning more about the builder before buying the house. Regrettably, I was rushed into buying it and now regret not taking more time to decide. The workmanship of the house is awful, it was built very fast and it shows. I would have been better off going with a better builder and spending more money because now I’m spending more money to repair bad workmanship. Biggest regret of my life.

The outside of the home is beautiful. The builder was kind and kept me informed of the process. But as I’ve settled into my home I’ve noticed a lot of discrepancies in the home. My tub has a crack, the tile going to my tub isn’t aligned properly. I have cracks in a lot of places. It’s not an even polished look. This is my second home so I do have a foundation for my expectations. Covid and the market selection definitely is a factor that you can’t be as picky when selecting a home. This is not my forever home so it will do.

Very happy with the homebuying process until the week of closing and there was an alarming rush to get things done. The workmanship was less than desirable. There has been great effort to correct errors but I'm not confident that the builder would have made corrections on their own. We had to show and notify them of all the mistakes/oversights. Great efforts have been made in the last month but there are a couple outstanding items that are not available (beyond their control). Patience is key. Please read your paperwork and make sure you get everything you paid for, because they will not offer up the information--just hope you don't remember or notice. They tried to tell me that the garage door glass inserts that were in my purchase agreement was not included. Low and behold I found it and they agreed to get them done. Beware that there is no 30 day warranty process followed by an 11 month one as mentioned several times during my homebuying process. There is only the 11-month service. So they expect you to wait that long for them to fix things. The warranty office will literally tell you that. So they will only service things you catch during blue tape walk and what is written on Celebration walk through. Otherwise, wait 11 months. I'm unhappy with the warranty process, my water pressure is not something that can wait (they did agree) or the rack that fell off the wall. Also, a 1 year warranty doesn't mean you have warranty access for a year, it means they want you to write one list and wait 11 months until they address what they consider minor. we love the lot we picked out and the model home (Rosemont) we chose. when we purchased it was a pre-package deal for that model. so we assumed that all the material was ready to go for the construction since we could not make any changes. so we re on the assumption that the target closing date would be on schedule. did not happen. it took a month longer! our congratulation day with the field mgr was not the best experience either. we did not have a lot of time to inspect the house completely with him. he new about some things that needed to be fixed, prior to us meeting with him. we found some things that stood out which he added to the list. after the closing and we moved in, we found a lot of items that needed attention. we made a list and sent it in. by the way, i mentioned just after closing that none of the entry doors are locking properly with the dead bolt. they come in and adjusted but they are still not correct. you need to close the door part way than lock with dead bolt. if you close all the way the dead bolt doesn't work. we have a lot of paint issue's and dents in wall's. we feel that everything was rushed thru to complete, considering they have several houses they were to complete, which is ongoing. to finish this review, this shows the poor quality of workmanship and prior inspection that should have been done before our final walk-thru day. also i have requested paint samples for the walls and trim for the interior of the house so we can start touching up the paint issue's, this was back in beginning of january, no response. mind you, we love the house and made the correct choice for our retirement ... It’s been a great experience.

The builder is amazing. Whenever I contacted him, he replied so quickly. He was very caring.

Our experience has been great, have loved the home. The team has been very accommodating as we have found any issues.

He cared even when sales and lending were causing me and him stress. He was responsive and a friend!

The purchasing process was easy/simple. Some clarifications were needed and answered. The delivery of the house was on time and information was clear. Some findings after the tour that after 2 months still are not solved.

Builders were very friendly, professional, courteous and kind in every way. They communicated efficiently and promptly. Patrick in particular is an amazing builder that will explain things in many different ways until you get it!!

Our house is a great home have had some minor issues with the workmanship but everything has been getting resolved. Warranty is really way to work with.

The team was very supportive in asking questions and ensuring that we had to the information needed to succeed.

First time home buyer and had a very positive experience. The overall process was fairly smooth given the chaotic market. I felt that their was transparency through out.

Like anyone looking at building a home, do your research on what you're looking for and what you want added, you do that then your partnership with Centex is unbeatable. From the sales staff to our field manager the build process was amazing. They were great at explaining all of the various options and steps, though don't be afraid to ask about anything not brought up. My family is so happy with our new home, from all of the options we were able to get, the quality of the construction and speed at which they got our home built. Overall the house is great! Some trash that I had to pick up on move in day all around the exterior of the house and small dings in the kitchen that could have been repaired better but overall great all around purchase, very happy with my new home. Tyler did a great job explaining all the details of the house and Jeff was awesome with the home purchasing process. Mark at the office one of the coolest people I’ve met always happy and made the whole purchase of the house even more exciting.

Like the layout of the house. Bright & lots of sunlight. Good quality built home. The team was responsive to our calls during the building process. Good neighborhood and very convenient location.

The builder manager Marcelo is exceptional in responsiveness. The materials this builder use are average and they could be better. Workmanship is fine except some minor detail like the A/C vent got cover up with drywall. Good thing that I have private inspector to point it out.

Once we got people from Centex that were higher up the chain our home the whole process improved. But overall it was not a very good experience. Example: the entire sewer system was left unattached to the main line. Had we not caught it w our home inspector it wouldve been left that way!!!!

Literally everything that could go wrong during this build went wrong. We are 6 weeks after closing and I still don't have sod on parts of my yard. I have stained floor tiles, lumps in the carpet upstairs, the wrong baseboards, the wrong countertops and wrong backsplash was installed. I know Covid had a part in the availability of products however I wish we did not close until all of these issues were corrected.
