It was very easy and promising purchase. After my walk-through the house prior to closing. lots of things was supposed to be fixed. I was promised to have All done by the day of my closing. I was pushed to close on my house before visually I experience that really everything is done on my house. I paid for my house I close on it, but I was very disappointed once I found out that All project not done as promised to me. It’s been over a month when I close on the house no one fixed anything or contact me to do anything on my house all the cabinet doors needs to be replaced they all have gaps and seems that’s the major thing and the kitchen, which is very important for me because that’s the heart of the house. Another thing is that French door is off the hinge. Outside elevation needs to be fixed. No one respond to that either. I’m very disappointed with the quality of the house . My house is located at across the street From warranty department people. Which is very close and very convenient for them to approach all the items that need to be fixed. A lot of things needs to be fixed at my house. I’m taking pictures of everything and I will be submitting them for further action. ... More

Great buying experience...except for attorneys at closing when using LLC

We had minor adjustments and Harrison was very good at responding to them in a proffesional manner.

Good team and we love our new home

Was able to purchase this home for my wife and I we worked with other builder that gave us the run around so they could make more money. But centex helped with financing and helped us get into our first home

We are both happy with the house

The home buying process is stressful at times not going to lie. And although we had some bumps in the road I am so glad we stayed the course. We had a pleasant experience with everyone involved, with the exception of our Loan Consultant, however everyone else really rallied together to try and make up for that shortcoming. Since closing, the customer care team has been wonderful! I have been referring all of my friends and family in search for homes to Centex/Pulte! Just do it! Whatever questions you have ask. Any apprehensions, share them with those working with you during this journey! Leave no stone un-turned and be honest with everyone about your needs, wants and what you can afford! Over all, the service and quality of the Centex homes are top notch. They kept me informed about the progress of the building of the house and answered all questions about the house.

The experience was great the builder contacted me ever week and updated me with the status of the home and took care of any discrepancies there was before the house was given to me

The builder made the experience very pleasant with the way all the communication and timelines were presented. Post move in they still remained in contact and had visits to ensure that we were happy with the finished product.

I lowered the overall homebuilding experience for two reasons 1. The close date was pushed due to water tap issues and it wasn't explained that there would be issues. 2. I purchased a spec home that hadn't started vertical construction and Michele our sales agent stated that we were unable to make any changes to options in the home. We had to get special permission from management to add a smart home package, but I don't understand why that should've needed permission. A hassle in the sales process. Dusty, Brad, and Michele were EXCELLENT and very helpful throughout the process. Dusty was so accommodating and went above and beyond to help us out. The sales staff and other relevant personnel went out of their way to assist in various multiple aspects of our move.I didn't see any major problem areas.

As everyone knows purchasing a new home can be nerve wrecking. After all the hiccups were cleared, Centex was wonderful with helping the closing process move smoothly and fast. I’m confident my home was well built. All phases of construction were completed as described. They met my expectations and closing timeframe. James and Rueben were fantastic to work with.

Great experience and very responsive team

I am a little disappointed that I paid a bit more for the home then I should of. The homes now are selling for less than I paid and there are many not occupied...

Valerie in sales and Robert in inspection/delivery were great. Some hiccups along the way in financing and paperwork before completing sale. Overall good experience.

Project Superintendent was great to work with. Friendly, courteous, and very professional. Quickly corrected problems and spoke frequently on building progress.

The building of the property appears sound. The materials used reflect the price paid and we are satisfied with the results. The builder was responsive when we were doing our final walkthroughs and identifying areas to touch up.

Centex's service is great, its salespeople, its builders and the staff in general are a little slow in the solution response time, but they respond that it is the most important thing.
