Initially signed in 2021 * low interest rates drew me in* took over 1 year to complete. Interest rates doubles by then and no compensation made. Alot of issues were identified in the beginning of build process (framework time frame)which were "fixed" but are now causing issues post move in. Initially, the quality of thr home seemed great. After 3-4 days of living in the home, the real quality was exposed. Doors falling off hinges, toilets backing up, showers clogging, issues with Irrigation system, paint peeling, Hvac..the trim to cabinets seem to be hanging on with tape and glue. The quality and workmanship is very very very sloppy. I've put in claims to warranty and they are slowly addressing the issues. There are constant water leak issues all around the centex side so im waiting for it to start at my home. ... More

I love my first new home very nice community few people that I met are nice and friendly I think I’m going to love this place

Still waiting for appliances to be confirm of when delivery will be. Been in a home two months and still no confirmation

Pulte mortgage was horrible, I had to find my own trusted lender for the whole buying process to switch, unfortunately I lost my $7000 incentive when I took that route. Sales staff was great and very responsive and informative. Building manager was great and made sure to handle every concern. Warranty team is also great and very quick and responsive. My only building issues so far that I have seen throughout the whole home is that the walls are very uneven, and its unfortunately obvious. builders did not take their time to make sure walls were straight and it makes me wonder how much attention they put into everything else in the home. ... I just feel that the materials are somewhat cheap I wish they had of used soundproofing board or some type of heavy insulation but other than that it looks great

The builder has some great people working for them. You’re in good hands!

The application process was weird, it was on a first come first served basis on a established release date and time by the builder, whoever responded to the email first got to but the house. No upgrades or design changes (ex: cabinets, floors/tile, etc) were allowed. House didn't come with backyard sod or gutters. Putting all this aside,the Centex team was great, responsive and on top of their business, they made the process smooth and kept constant communication with us.

Wonderful customer service! Some issues around the house that are pending to he resolved. Was told to put in a ticket on closing day but still pending.

The outside of the home is beautiful. The builder was kind and kept me informed of the process. But as I’ve settled into my home I’ve noticed a lot of discrepancies in the home. My tub has a crack, the tile going to my tub isn’t aligned properly. I have cracks in a lot of places. It’s not an even polished look. This is my second home so I do have a foundation for my expectations. Covid and the market selection definitely is a factor that you can’t be as picky when selecting a home. This is not my forever home so it will do.

after I moved I addressed a detailed things needs to be fixed to a field management it's been a month now no response either by email or phone call too bad

We came around and did the blue tape portion of the walkthrough and I am not sure much has been corrected as there are cracks in the walls, the carpet is coming up, the master bath toilet has issues and so on. I am putting in a ticket today because I want everything fixed.

It was a good experience overall but i could be better !

Overall our experience with Centex was really smooth and effortless but I think it had a lot to do with our build manager, Kolby. We haven’t had any problems since but others haven’t been so fortunate. Through the build process some of my neighbors and friends really had some problems that they had to jump through hoops to get fixed or the warranty department has been a nightmare to work with. Like I mentioned before we haven’t had any problems yet and hopefully don’t but hopefully they can step up and do better all around for the community.

The whole purchase process was acceptable, the bad thing was the communication from the field manager, he did not report that the house would change the position of the garage from left to right.

Final finishes are lagging in quality

Being in the home building industry years back, I know what to look for in the craftsmanship in a new home and the contractors being used on these homes are not skilled in their trade, at least in my case, they weren't. Overall the home buying experience was easy and everyone was very transparent and understanding.

The overall process was smooth and great, we received updates and communication was open. There is small issues we noticed after moving in that have yet to be resolved. We have not had anyone “checking” in on these issues.

I am so happy that we decided to go with Centex homes. Enjoyable experience.

We had a great experience with everyone we worked with and everything was on time and communicated. We have had a handful of issues in our home and we are still waiting to hear back. We have water damage on our window sill, one of our windows need to be replaced, and also our bottom lock to one of our doors does not match our key. Everything else has been great though.

She handled our approval process with excellence!!!! Was very professional and passionate about helping us!!!!

Please is wonderful great environment with neighbors. Concerned about to dark at night time, not enough light to walk around. The response to resolve issues with the house not great. Need to follow up frequently to have my repairs done.
