Very few issues so far. My view of trees will vanish soon due to construction. Water pond needs cleaning as irresponsible people throw litter in it.

Sales Agent Kim and project manager Shawn provided exceptional customer service.

I'm happy with the new house for the most part and Mike May is a great builder, but not fully livable since there is still no internet in this community.

Overall a good experience. Jarrod and Izzy were very attentive and respectful. Gave very insightful information about my first home and made it well worth the wait. Had a few issues but they were quick to resolve them. Couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you to those two Gentleman & Centex for providing top notch service. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Some hiccups along the way as it always is with building but builder helped get through them smoothly! Our new home is beautiful couldn't be happier!

Bad experience with pulte mortgage . It Took 3 week to approve my mortgage in Newyork, it took 4 months for pulte in texas to approve it. Delayed for no reason. Used to take 2 weeks to process each document. Made us go in circles. Other than that Home buying experience was great. Working with bernar was awesome. He was always polite and knowledgeable. Mathew ( our home builder) was great. He was very friendly, always responsive and professional. He went above and beyond to guide us on home building process. Andrew is wonderful and made the whole process as painless as possible. He was extremely thorough with the walk through as well as any questions I had with quick and timely responses. He took his time and explained every detail about the house which was tremendously helpful as a first time home buyer. All issues were addressed and any infractions with the house were also addressed within a timely manner. He is 10/10 for customer service and overall knowledge.

Everything seems great so far! There are a few little things but nothing too bad. Our sale rep (Crista) and construction manager (Chip) were amazing! They helped us every step of the way and were always available for any questions we had! They made buying our house so easy!

I like my Centex home, but feel that for the price, there could have been better flooring and grass in the back yard.

We only had contact with the construction supervisors, Josh and Dorian. Both re thorough, helpful, and responsive to concerns.

The construction manager was absolutely outstanding and great to work with.

The experience I had with my bind at home was quick and fast Jordan was very helpful and cousin the house sooner than I was expected. And Patrick was very helpful with all the details I need to be done and him pointing out things I need to be done help a lot. And Patrick up to this point has always stopped by and check see if everything was OK with the hous.

Trevor Gouin and Tracy Devoe Were excellent. They were responsive personable and able to deal with issues as they Arose. They were good resources and represented your company well. The design center representatives were also flexible patient and knowledgeable.

Carter and James, our field managers, were very helpful and available on-site. Out of the whole experience it is the connection from builder to customer that makes or breaks the whole experience. They also worked on the house themselves providing little extras that go a long way in making the home more useful and livable. Also, Patrick, our salesman, answered our questions in a timely manner. The builder's mortgage seller rep, Michael, also was very relatable and friendly. We took a star off because the windows used were cheap. While the closing did not happen on time, and there were items that needed attention after closing. Most of the issues were cosmetic and Centex is taking care of them. I will say that I am a little disappointed at the lack of "attention to detail", but like I said earlier they are taking care of those issues.

Centex was able to provide a quality house, but most importantly all the personnel that I worked with from sales, construction manager, loan processors, and warranty were so willing to assist and make sure we were taken care off.

The builder is very proactive to most problems, he is always available to help even after moving in,. He is very knowledgeable and conscious of the materials to used and willing to work with customers from initial stage to completion.

Dan (builder) was attentive to our questions and concerns. He did his best to resolve our concerns. All of our 30 day repairs/ concerns were addressed. Although the scheduling for the 30 day repairs was below par. A week Into us being moved in, frontier ran fiber optic lines throughout the neighborhood and busted our plumbing line. The repair was made in a reasonable amount of time. We did have to leave our house during repairs but Pulte covered hotel and food costs. We are upset with the mismatched concrete on our driveway from the repairs made. We were not the only house affected from the damage however we were the only house to get our driveway ripped up. They are a great team and are helpful throughout the process.

The builder manager Marcelo is exceptional in responsiveness. The materials this builder use are average and they could be better. Workmanship is fine except some minor detail like the A/C vent got cover up with drywall. Good thing that I have private inspector to point it out.
