Insanely difficult to get the simplest of things fixed.

We are so glad we built with Centex. Andrew was quick to respond to any questions i had about the build and was willing to meet us at the lot at anytime to made sure we understood what was being said! Our house is now complete and we are fully moved in and so happy with our purchase!

Home was not ready to be moved in by closing date, yet they still had us close on home and have tons of stuff to fix while we live in it, and they are dragging out fixing everything

Yes. Home is built in the time frame I was given, but the problems are that home is built so fast that they neglected building the house. I can feel the cold air coming from the wall and the floor, cabinets are barely reset- meaning I can see large gape between floor and the cabinets in the kitchen and all the bathrooms. Painter missed a lots of areas plus we even put blue tape on our walkthrough and still missed painting the wall and closets, there was a hole on the bottom of the entry door and garage entry door- field manager fixed it temporarily. Crack on master’s bathtub, window doesn’t close by the living room upstairs- lots of cold air coming in. Field manager is great- he try to help us with most of the stuff and I understand he is a busy man. I am not even sure that the cold air coming from outside the house can be fixed- heater is through gas so, it is causing more me to pay more for gas. I could keep on going but those are the things I have experienced. And I don’t even know if these problems will be fixed or not. ... More

Builder Usman is terrible never spent time with me. He didn’t fix any of the issues. I met different builders every time i went to meet up. Make sure you get a inspector. I had a leaking ceiling on my first 3 days in my hole and without power for 2 days.

Complete honesty we have found a lot wrong with the construction of our home. This is understandable and expected but what was unexpected was the builder team continuing to correct/replace/and repair everything me and my wife found. To even go as far as correct issues we ourselves caused during move in!

Good jobs from sales to constructions

The sales rep was very proactive and patience to guide us. The process was seamless just the finance Part of it was stressful as we had little or no guidance about document submission.

I felt that there was areas in the house where they didn’t take pride in there work.

My home is very sturdy. Quality work!!!

There were some issues getting things done.

The poor workmanship on the paint and wood work. Still dealing with issues . Never ends!!!

Comb thru your home multiple times. Some things pop out after the move in so make your warranty list and use it for sure.

It was a really good experience

Building process went smooth, without delays. House looks good, quality of building is descent, small issues exist, but they will be easily fixed by builder. Building team provide information during the building process, was easy to access and communicate. I will definitely recommend the potential buyers to become clients of that builder.

Our experience with Centex builders was great right from the beginning. Their sales representative Michelle at the model home in North River Ranch Brightwood was very helpful and professional. She listened to our needs, wants, and budget and showed us homes that fit all of our parameters. Knowing that we were in town for just a short time, she also helped us in the design studio choose our colors and design package. Expectations for the construction timeline were given to us right from the beginning and thankfully the timeline was met within a month of the time promised. We have been very happy with the quality of the build and with the timeliness of corrections that we requested. It was very helpful to have Jared, our site manager as a contact with any questions or concerns that we had during the building process. I closed in November and still at missing stuff from my home. Unacceptable

From start to finish, the experience was handled very professionally. The frontline sales associate was approachable and understanding, helping us make decisions that we still absolutely love. And she made keen suggestions based on our specific situation. The construction manager, who ran point during the latter end of the build, gave us accurate and precise timelines and information that was key to helping us plan accordingly. Needless to say, we have a ton of confidence that this team always performs at or above this level. Highly suggest this Carlson Place Georgetown Team if you are a first-time buyer, like we were. Also, if you are looking for a homebuilder who can navigate and handle the issues presented by industry shortages, freak Texas weather, and high demand for product, then Centex/Pulte should be at the top of your list. ... Below are few items which are really worse than any other builders , poor walls , gaps between carpet and walls , columns not aligned properly , door locks not installed properly , many more , only best part in whole experience is Site supervisor , he was amazing and responsive , but if quality of house or material used is not good , what would supervisor do , I wouldn’t blame on him for sure ,, he is exceptionally good , worst part is creeking sounds all over the house , I personally suggested couple of my friends not to sign up for houses in upcoming pulte properties 55 at the park and Alexander drive . Overall I will give 1/5 for Centex for disappointing me with your quality of work ... More

I have lived in my home less than 2 months and it is little falling apart. The longer I live here the more issues I have. The attention to detail is terrible. The quality is terrible. My cabinets must have been installed by someone with no experience. The texture and paint have to be fixed. The shower rod is so cheap it literally broke when I hung my shower curtain. I’m so frustrated with this home.
