The overall process was well done with the team. The only challenge has been with our oven which has been unuseable to a repair. We may end up having to replace the unit already as the igniter is out.

The Centex team was professional, friendly, and helpful during my home buying experience. The construction manager and the sales rep went over and beyond to make sure that all if my questions got answered in a timely manner. They both went over and beyond to ensure I was happy as a customer.

Overall great experience. Had trouble with sales counselor Arnold, bad with communication. Besides this, very good and recommended.

Project Superintendent was great to work with. Friendly, courteous, and very professional. Quickly corrected problems and spoke frequently on building progress.

My realtor Brian O’Connor of Realty Austin is the best of the best! I don’t know if I would have found the right house and made it to the closing table without him! I love the location of my home I was intentional about living further out. The builder so far so good and I paid for a private inspection and minimal things had to be addressed. I wish there was a little more sound quality taken into consideration when building these homes for example the study I’m using as an office and at 4 when the kids get home from school in the neighborhood it’s hard to take a meeting because of their laughter and enjoyment which I’m not mad at just wish those little things were taken into consideration when building homes in general and more of a sound control in between bedrooms. First time buying a new home and Im glad that I found this beautiful community .Very convenient to nearby supermarket and mall and as well as the hospital/ The woodland area. Well its hard to say as of yet with regards to house itself because the house is new this time . well see for a year if how good is the house when it comes to the durability of the materials. For now it is still in excellent condition despite theres some minor things that has to be address . But it was rectified. Thanks to the field manager who provided good service.

Contractors are great at quick and quality responses

I love my new Ibis home. Construction managers Tony and Joe were excellent and built me a beautiful home. The neighborhood even includes a pool and internet in the HOA dues which are only $75 a month. There is a radon issue which I had to address myself because it was not quite a 4 but I found a good contractor and now I can sleep at night!

Home is very nice but finishing touches seemed to have been rushed. There was a busted out dry wall and unfinished woodwork in my kitchen counter. Warranty doesn't work on weekends (which is the only time I'm available). There were scratches on BOTH bathroom tubs and warranty hasn't even responded to that complaint

The building of the property appears sound. The materials used reflect the price paid and we are satisfied with the results. The builder was responsive when we were doing our final walkthroughs and identifying areas to touch up.

I feel the quality of the workmanship was fair for price I paid.

The dishwasher is not working properly, several lamps had to be replaced. The kitchen cabinet hinge has some problem.

Theyhave fixed things so far

I like the design and the warranty. Wish more things were customizable and the quality of some components could be better or upgrade able and some workmanship could be better.

Centex's service is great, its salespeople, its builders and the staff in general are a little slow in the solution response time, but they respond that it is the most important thing.

The sales associates, Kathy and Tyler were absolutely amazing and very helpful and patient with me. I was happy to make them laugh a few times. Going through the mortgage process was a pain in the a## but I got through it. The construction seems to be pretty good so far. I like the location and hope it continues to improve. The construction around me doesn’t bother me knowing that it will eventually get done. I haven’t experienced all the fees yet but, this isn’t my first rodeo at owning a home, but I hope there aren’t too many surprises.

Overall our family really enjoys this house, and the quality from the builder is very very good. Within a few weeks we've noticed the back door leaking water, water leaking in through the bricks in the garage, and it's taken quite a bit of time to get a response even though all of it is under warranty. What we are disappointed in overall is not the builder... but the salesperson who represented the builder. He did not disclose certain HOA rules even when we asked about them, and did not disclose that our backyard has an easement for drainage for the entire neighborhood in which we are not allowed to build a fence on. The grass around the house is not even, and not looking good. Yesterday someone came and do the sewer or electric in front of the house. They broke my solar light in the front yard, left everything messed

Pulte Mortgage, sales and construction managers were excellent throughout the whole process. The Underwriters were a nightmare. The painters were below average and trim contractors. Everyone else did great work!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience buying our first home. The willingness to help starting from the financial aspect at the beginning to staying updated before moving in, and even the help after moving in. They have great people, thank you so much to Mike, Cody, and Chris!

I bought a spacious new house but some details such as the bathrooms are all painted with flat paint, some scratches in the shower, which were not fixed, the creaking of the floors on the second floor were not fixed at all, they can be seen in the finish of the walls the folds of the drywall, the house is beautiful but it needs some details.

My experience was smooth and easy. Everyone was very responsive and kept me updated along the way. I would recommend buying a home with Centex. Thanks for everything!

Due to work requirements was not able to purchase in person. The web based dashboard and system was easy to use and very streamlined. Made things easy to upload and check on status of paperwork.
