Overall a great home but quality of material could be a bit better for the value being paid

As a First Time Home Owner, I had a lot of questions about the buying process and things that I'll have to know about the different pieces that make it a Home. Sales Office and the Construction Team was always flexible with my timings (I'm a Out of State buyer, who had to travel a lot for our meetings) and to answer all my questions in a reasonable timeframe. I appreciate the smooth process. Few of the steps seamed intimidating and I guess it’s part of the culture of the Sales process at Pulse/Centex. I felt they kind of rushed me into signing a contract and making the initial deposit. Speaking of Quality, Its a solid 4/5. I had few minor issues after moved in which were promptly responded to to be taken care of. Walkthrough was really a huge win for us as we learned a lot of bits and pieces that are in our home. A Huge Thank You! to the construction manager for all the effort that he put into this. Over all, Its great. We were very pleased with our home buying experience beginning with our sales Rep Tom to our Project Manager Bryan. We were continually informed of the status on our home throughout every phase. Both Tom and Bryan addressed every concern professionally. Bryan completed every punch list item making certain that each trade scheduled completed their task. Bryan’s dedication to his his position is extraordinary.

Overall the experience was ok. I’m still having issues with the grass that was laid. Many parts are just mud and barely any grass. I’ve hired a company to come treat the grass, but with grass missing in some parts, there’s only so much they can do.

Keren (sales manager ) is so good at proving the updates and follow ups Anu - loan office manager , I was tired with submittting several documents , Ani is so kind and helpful in documentation process , she explained why the documents are necessary for processing Ali - builder , happpy to work with her again , she is friendly and pointed several cosmetics while closure which I can’t see , also she helped in fixing few minor thing as well . Great to work with above ladies Note : Centex homes quality may be needs to improve mainly the doors across all over the house

This my third occasion having a new home built and this is my best experience since 1989. All discrepancies, if any, have been attend to. The builder seems to be quite thorough.

It was great overall I had some hard times but that comes with buying a house. I’m glad I choose to work with them and would do it again!

I had an overall positive experience. Amy R. was great! I was buying from overseas and only my wife was able to meet in person. She was helpful and knowledgeable. The building process up until the end was also positive. Our only issue was our communication and problem solving with Ethan F. We had some issues pointed out during our walkthroughs that were not addressed until the morning of closing. We had to push our closing back and some of them still were not resolved or done so not to standard. He assured us we would be able to contact him after closing, but he was not responsive at all.

Don’t have internet .I will have wait longer

There were several issues that were very obvious that should have been addressed prior to my taking occupancy. These issues are scheduled to be fixed in the near future. Overall I am happy with my new home.

The homebuying experience was positive. We love our new home. We find the hoa a bit restrictive. Which is disappointing. The home itself is beautiful though.

We had a good experience with the Centex Home Buying Experience and the sales individuals were fun to work with.

I had some issues with moving in with some things needed fixing but Cody kept the communication open and promptly was on top of getting these issues resolved! Also, I’ve only been there 2 weeks and had needed to call Pulte once about my air conditioner not working right and they resolved it immediately—within the hour, a technician came out to fix it. Pulte did a follow up call the next day. Very prompt service.

It was a great experience being a first time buyer. Our construction managers Darryl and Patrick were awesome!

Centex is a great company. But I think they have to improve in their workers communication network. It can affect buyers indirectly. But overall they deliver on time

My overall experience with Centex was great. We had to deal with some issue regarding some building codes violated, and we got the house 5 months later than expected, but the sales consultant(Amy) was taking care of us all the time and showed us more than a business relationship. Regarding the final product(house), we liked it, we are so happy with it. Michael was the guy in charge and he did an amazing job.

Good quality built house for the price, wish you could make changes & customize more without upgrading full packages.

Overall the entire team from the sales office, construction manager to the title company were extremely helpful and answered my questions in a timely manor.

Very good construction progress update. Nice staff who tried to make sure that we are statisfied with construction and till the closing of the house.

Jesse was our sales person and he was the one who showed us the options we had for our budget. He was knowledgeable and patient throughout the whole process. He helped me find the perfect floor plan for us. Our builders Miguel and Luis were so nice and informative in the next steps for our new home. They would always give me weekly updates and any issues they encounter. The only thing i hated of the construction process was the time they took to complete my home. Initially they told me six months but ended up taking eight months. I was stuck in a month to month lease at my apartments for three months. But unfortunately due to Covid builders are fighting for materials and waiting eight months is the new normal timeline. ... More

Building a hime comes with its own challenges. Sales and site managers were very informative. Quality of flooring products at base choices could be better.

Every single person I worked with or even just spoke to were very responsive to my questions. This is a great team to work with if buying a home. Overall, it was a very good experience. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because my appraisal came in quite a bit under the asking price and I was told I would have to make up the difference. I understand building materials have really gone up recently, but how can you expect someone to pay more than the actual value with a take it or leave it attitude? It wasn't until after I contacted my agent that they agreed to meet me half way. Yes, I would buy from Center again, one bad apple doesn't spoil the Barrel! ... More
