Everyone from start to finish was real nice and responded quickly when we questions/issues. The only issue we had was the ac was not cooling at our inspector walk through and wa supposed to be fixed piror to closing. But 2 weeks later on our closing date, it was still not fixed. They pushed our signing appointment time back a few hours and got ac working. It's been running great ever since. I just feel like they dropped the ball a little bit since they knew about the issue. Everything from the first time I walked into the showroom to the follow up a month later was flawless the building supervisor, Weston, and his team were fantastic. They took care of everything that we needed to be fixed in a timely manner and kept in contact with us. Even our realtor, Michelle. Became instant friends with us. We are enjoying our new home and the amenities that come in Mavera.

Affordable home however a few issues

Builder did not plan out street well, and built everything except lot next to me. Now dealing with contractors who work past dark 10 pm, through nails and roofing materials on my property and refuse to clean up. Also when I was sold house the house model was full brick. Now realizing mine is only 25%, so discouraged that this would happen, without agent indicating this. Also homes for sale are not cared for yards not mowed for weeks, and trash from contractors every where. There are some issues noted right before closing. There was lot of miscommunication during this process. Caused some stress with builder representative. I wish that was smooth.

Slowness in processes

Since I bought the house in March, I was told that in April or May they would finish paving the parking lot, installing the stormwater pipes leading to the street, and planting the grass, but it's already June and nothing has been done yet. This is a deficiency in the planning, scheduling, and logistics processes. And also the details or defects that appear inside the house that one discovers after moving in, the response to their repair is very slow and nonexistent. Myself and my partner had a great experience with the sale agent Grace Shipp. She took her time ensuring that we purchased the best home for our family. She fought to get all the necessary incentives given by the builder. Since living here we have call repair and they respond very quickly. Megan in the warranty department is awesome. Now I did not use there lender Pulte and I must say beware of stress if you choose to. Pulte mortgage is the absolute worst lender to deal with in any buying process

The quality of the products. When it comes to the trims. Painting and etc it was not worth it. Gray was not easy to work with. If it were issues when I came to him to let him know what was incorrect. He acted as if he was offended when I question him. I closed on the home and shouldn’t have until everything was done correctly. After closing I see things more and more are incorrect. Gray made my experience worse.

I was told when I would point out bad quality or issues in my walk through, that I purchased a “level 3” house and needed to remember that. I am not exactly sure what that means, but as a home buyer that’s not a response I should ever hear. Also issues were not reviled before closing as I was “promised” they would be.

Misrepresented information, was provided about a fitness center. Which is a strong criterial for me, purchasing a home. The landscaping grading is bumpy and rocky. I love my home, however, it would have helpful if I were provided with basic details, about cable, and wiring, in the unit.
