We only had contact with the construction supervisors, Josh and Dorian. Both re thorough, helpful, and responsive to concerns.

The construction manager was absolutely outstanding and great to work with.

The experience I had with my bind at home was quick and fast Jordan was very helpful and cousin the house sooner than I was expected. And Patrick was very helpful with all the details I need to be done and him pointing out things I need to be done help a lot. And Patrick up to this point has always stopped by and check see if everything was OK with the hous.

The homebuying process was excellent, and the home was delivered ahead of schedule, but the plumbing overlooked an issue which caused a flood on day two of homeownership. All repairs were covered, but verbal deadlines to complete that work were not met. Other small things have popped up or been noticed within the first month such as chipping paint, uneven cabinets, and some lack of finishes.

Every minor problem fixed without a hassle.

I had some issues with moving in with some things needed fixing but Cody kept the communication open and promptly was on top of getting these issues resolved! Also, I’ve only been there 2 weeks and had needed to call Pulte once about my air conditioner not working right and they resolved it immediately—within the hour, a technician came out to fix it. Pulte did a follow up call the next day. Very prompt service.

Our builder Rick was very informative during the process of the building and finishing of the house. the last time we met with him, he told me to contact him first if i found any issues that needed to be repaired or replaced. he mentioned that it would be easier to get him to fix the problem instead of submitting a ticket to customer care. i messaged him a couple times with minimal response, and at the end he just said submit a ticket. i appreciate him trying to make me feel like i could count on him(which i know he is supper busy and would not be able to do so) maybe just leave the "call me first" out. this was our first brand new home, so of course we wanted someone there at all times. like i said other than this, everything else was good. he was very professional and informative. ... House is pretty great, no problems so far.

We had a great experience from the beginning of the home buying process right up to closing. Our project manager was very responsive to any issues that arose and made sure to explain the process thoroughly.

The process of the house being built was great. Got constant updates as it was growing to become the amazing house I live in. As far as after move in with minor things that we submitted a repair ticket for online we have had very little response to get things taken care of (cabinets fixed, replacement fridge, drywall bubbling, etc.)

We love our home and would buy from Centex again. Our biggest concerns have been regarding our walkout basement. There has been some leaking but our contractor is doing his best to get it resolved. The house is well built but it feels like some of the contractors were in a hurry and didn’t pay attention to the details. There are areas missing paint, caulk, and some cleaning detail that could’ve been better. It’s all minor except the basement. It feels like the company got overwhelmed with selling and building and I just wish they would’ve slowed down and paid better attention to a few things. Having only purchased used homes in the past, I would say I prefer the newer build because even with my list of things to fix, it’s a smaller list than an older home. ... More

Trevor Gouin and Tracy Devoe Were excellent. They were responsive personable and able to deal with issues as they Arose. They were good resources and represented your company well. The design center representatives were also flexible patient and knowledgeable.

Centex is a great company. But I think they have to improve in their workers communication network. It can affect buyers indirectly. But overall they deliver on time

My overall experience with Centex was great. We had to deal with some issue regarding some building codes violated, and we got the house 5 months later than expected, but the sales consultant(Amy) was taking care of us all the time and showed us more than a business relationship. Regarding the final product(house), we liked it, we are so happy with it. Michael was the guy in charge and he did an amazing job.

We enjoyed the purchase experience with Raeleen. Ben and Logan have been very responsive in getting the home ready and taking care of any issues that have come up. I can't understand why Centex only uses flat paint on the walls. The biggest cost in painting is the labor and the price difference between flat and satin, versus the wearability and appearance, is minimal. Truly baffling decision.

Nice to be part of of centex family

My Builder Julio was such a sweet heart. Any time I had a question he was quick to answer it, or at least always tried to find the answer if he didn’t know. He called every week with updates on the home and kept me informed about inspections. Julio takes a lot of pride in his work as well as his team. My home turned out beautifully with no issues after moving in. Thank you Julio!

Katie was very helpful when we got to pick things out. Reid was our go to guy every step of the way he kept us well informed weekly with pictures and updates since we were out of state. We have a list of minor things that need to be done but Reid has been scheduling the work to be done. We were disappointed in the settlement no one from the builders office came to meet us and go over the warranty or the HOA we felt it was a little impersonal.

The interior paint workmanship is very poor, basically half of the area is unevenly painted, and the rest are well done

I would get weekly updates from the builders which was great! Closer to closing we did a walk through and the guy was very nice and great at explaining our warranty. Definitely felt heard with any concerns!

We went into building our home knowing many people have different experiences. Overall we had less issues than others in our neighborhood. However, we are happy with our home and are waiting for a few things to be rectified but the home itself is great!
