Home buying experience was okay, would have liked more communication and the process to be less rushed.

Working with Centex was great, and we are proud to call this house our home!

We’re very happy with our Centex home! Every home build comes with setbacks and frustrations, especially during a pandemic. But we are happy with the quality of work, professionalism of staff, and overall finish of our home.

Everyone who works here are very kind! At some point i feel like the company rushes the job to get the house finished and the workers leave some of things completely presentable. Or maybe im just really picky. Trying to get ahold of someone after closing when i have something going on in my house is kinda hard.

First time owners we can say that the experience with Centex went really smooth. Issues were addressed in a timely manner, they always provide build status updates (weekly), they answers your questions with honesty. Builder went above and beyond to meet deadlines and needs. Totally recommended.

Home warranty responses are very slow. Have not fixed the problems yet.

Very good construction progress update. Nice staff who tried to make sure that we are statisfied with construction and till the closing of the house.

They have Great customer service. Working with Centex as first time home buyers was incredible. The entire team was such a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.

Such a smooth process with Centex! We had Skyler as our sales consultant and she was a huge part in why we chose Centex! Anthony and Eric were the best field managers! They went out of their way to explain the process in detail, answering all of our questions in a timely matter! I would recommend Centex to anyone looking to build a beautiful home with high end finishes!

Home is still Incomplete a month after closing.

Great use of space within the floor plan.

1000% would not recommend nor build a Centex home ever again. We’re already planning our next move so we can get out before the Josie falls apart.

i had a great experience with their field manager. all concerns were address in a timely manner. I always felt I was part of the process.

My building manager was great during the building process. He kept me informed throught, and helped make this a great first time home buying experience. In addition, my sales consultant was very friendly and helpful.

Ibrihim was great answering all our questions up to the closing and even after with a few minor issues we had. Customer service was great!

Every aspect of the home was cheaply done. Mold growing in ceilings, sod dead the minute I moved in, doors falling off the hinges, paint all over the ground and doorknobs. To get warranty service you have to call the manager’s manager just to talk to someone. Would not recommend centex or Pulte to anyone.

The builder was very responsive to the issues That I figured out after moving into the house. They resolved my issues very quickly and I was very satisfied with the customer service I got even after closing the house.

As a first time home buyer, I am feeling very accomplished with Centex. My experience was very smooth and they are very approachable and responsible.

Jesse was our sales person and he was the one who showed us the options we had for our budget. He was knowledgeable and patient throughout the whole process. He helped me find the perfect floor plan for us. Our builders Miguel and Luis were so nice and informative in the next steps for our new home. They would always give me weekly updates and any issues they encounter. The only thing i hated of the construction process was the time they took to complete my home. Initially they told me six months but ended up taking eight months. I was stuck in a month to month lease at my apartments for three months. But unfortunately due to Covid builders are fighting for materials and waiting eight months is the new normal timeline. ... More

Solid builder, with solid product offerings. Staff is very helpful. The quality of the materials is good, the workmanship could use a little improvement, but the overall experience was great.

Pulte provides a full service company from start to finish!

Being a first time home buyer I was excited & nervous entering the whole process. My realator Shellod and Centex made it simple! OJ at the centex comminity was amazing from the 1st time I stepped foot in the office! Tim (builder ) was soooooo awesome throughout the building process and was knowledgeable about everything that I had questions about even though he covered all points from the start. Took about 7 months to build the home entirely and I was able to watch it come to life each step of the way. The lenders kept in touch with the community and closing day I was able to get in and out leaving with my brand new homes keys!! The market is rising and I came in with equity!
