Best and prompt delivery

When we finally closed on the third try because we had to get out of our home under contract, it was a nightmare and has been since. There are too many issues, photos and videos to count. We are still living out of boxes over a month later. We should have come in and started hanging curtains and enjoying our brand new home. There is nothing happy or beautiful about this experience and I think someone should compensate us for it.

I’m not sure that I have enough space to truly voice my disappointment for this whole process; both sales and building. I wouldn’t recommend this team of builders, nor the mortgage company they offer, during the buying process. At the end of the day, I didn’t feel like a valued home owner. I was met with arrogance, ignorance, miscommunication, lack of respect. But I’m home, I guess.

While I can't say I enjoyed my experience with Pulte Mortgage, Isabella was invaluable throughout the process and Eddie really worked hard to huild us the best poasible home he could. We r forever greatful to them.

Excellent service. They made sure everything was to our liking.

The builders did a great job. I have only been here for a month but have found no issues at all. I really appreciate the builder's supervisor, A.J. she was amazing. She was always available when I had questions, she was very thorough when explaining my house during my walk through.

If you have the fortune of having Mason doing your walk throughs, you are in good hands

Pleased with the construction timing, layout, responsiveness of the crew. Location is great and price affordable! I would recommend this location/homes to anyone :)

The home buying experience in its self was great. Now that I’m in the home and finding things that are just unacceptable on the workmanship end. Then there is the hassle of getting these items fixed.

house was late by 2 months

House is what was expected for a starter home, but materials and finishes are not great for how much was charged. Walls are very thin, paint is about the smallest amount that could have been applied to call the walls painted, paint missing from a number of corners of baseboard, trim not nailed down enough, sewer line broken after moving in. They were quick to address almost all blue tape items, which was nice to see

Through all of the material delays due to COVID Tim and his team worked incredibly hard to build my home with quality, integrity, and care within a timely manner. Tim remained in constant communication providing updates throughout the process. I am very pleased with my home and grateful for the entire Pulte team!

We were pleased with Pulte and the lending process. It went very smooth. Our field managers also get a 10 star. Shout out to Walker for trying his best and hardest to make things happen even during shortages. The flooring is very low quality. You can not even place a dining table down without the floors having intentions immediately. The cleaning lady did not do a good job on a “move in ready” clean. I completely understand the surrounding areas are a construction site and so was the home, however there was still solution left on the cabinets that had not been wiped up, dust on the counters, doors etc. We did a thorough cleaning ourselves. We are finding a lot of unfinished things that will have to get done with the 1 year warranty. It’s a great home for a great price, but the biggest concern is the quality in the flooring and the warranty not covering that. For the price we paid, the flooring should be better. ... More

House was super dirty and paint was in a lot of my carpet they didn’t even clean. My bath tube is turning pink with 3 week use. Had to claim warranty to get trim and Cabinet fix and I shouldn’t have to do this on my first month move in. I had to walk the house 3 time with Lily and still didn’t get anything fix I don’t know why she wast my time and now I still have to get warranty to come out to fix it.

Working with Centex as first time home buyers was incredible. The entire team was such a pleasure to work with. They take pride in their work. We could not be happier with our home.

It was a smooth transaction taking in consideration we were buyers from outstate. They helped us with every questions and regards.

I am happy with the home

Great experience with the whole team. Don was very helpful when we picked our floor plan and lot as well as Andrew Hipe who has been working with us even after position. We relly appreciate his help and availability.

The building manager was great. He was willing to address any of my concerns.

We’ve been in our home about a month and a half now and we love it. We have only had minimal issues as far as things that needed to be fixed after close, and those things were handled quickly under our warranty request. Overall, great build quality and fantastic communication from the site manager Lilly.

Love the community. Only thing I would keep in mind is the carpet, I usually feel some sharp nails, and a month in the carpet on the staircase has already ripped apart from the baseboard.

Overall experience was and still is under satisfactory. From the loan side, construction side, and the products. We still having to fix the issues and we just moved in on August 29th. My home was not done properly that our thrust and frames were off and it needed to get redone. Plus cracks on the concrete, paints peeling off, cabinets peeling off. I can go on and on. Y'all are trying to correct everything that is wrong to this day. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with your company. I will never ever recommend you all to anyone. I have pictures and videos to prove how my home is unsafe, but y'all closed us anyway. We didn't find out any of this after we we're all moved in. Someone needs to give me a call, because I am beyond livid. Granted that the warranty people are trying to do the best they can. However, we shouldn't even be in this position to begin with. ... More
