We’ve been in our home about a month and a half now and we love it. We have only had minimal issues as far as things that needed to be fixed after close, and those things were handled quickly under our warranty request. Overall, great build quality and fantastic communication from the site manager Lilly.

Love the community. Only thing I would keep in mind is the carpet, I usually feel some sharp nails, and a month in the carpet on the staircase has already ripped apart from the baseboard.

Overall experience was and still is under satisfactory. From the loan side, construction side, and the products. We still having to fix the issues and we just moved in on August 29th. My home was not done properly that our thrust and frames were off and it needed to get redone. Plus cracks on the concrete, paints peeling off, cabinets peeling off. I can go on and on. Y'all are trying to correct everything that is wrong to this day. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with your company. I will never ever recommend you all to anyone. I have pictures and videos to prove how my home is unsafe, but y'all closed us anyway. We didn't find out any of this after we we're all moved in. Someone needs to give me a call, because I am beyond livid. Granted that the warranty people are trying to do the best they can. However, we shouldn't even be in this position to begin with. ... The builder was amazing. Great customer service. Helped with all our needs and questions.

My sprinkle system has many problems. Leaking lines, sprinkle heads aimed in the wrong direction, doesn't seem to be enough pressure. Although the warranty people are responding to the problems. They need to check the entire system and fix all of them, not piece meal them.

We bought our home about 3 months ago and Corbin was very helpful and knowledgeable through out the buying process. We never felt alone , any questions we had he was there to answer them. Katy was amazing with every step of the building process! Katy answered every question, showed us everything and made us feel very comfortable. The quality has been amazing and they truly made our house feel like home! Thank you!

Great house and we are enjoying the neighborhood. We just wish we had better finishes, like granite countertops and no bad flooring in the bathrooms and laundry room. The structure of the house is really good!!

Going only by our experience, a home buyer needs to be diligent in following up with the builder’s field managers to ensure that the quality and construction of the new home is as perfect as the builder promised it would be at the time of purchase. We thought we did that and unfortunately it didn’t work out for us anyway. Moving into a new home is supposed to be a joyous experience, but for us it wasn’t because the builder did not fulfill the expected standards.

I like the many features that were included. Great value for the price. Excellent customer service and follow up. I highly recommend Pulte.

During the construction process everything was magnificent, Matt our Field Manager did an oustanding job. As soon as we moved into the house we began to notice a series of flaws and poor workmanship including the quality of the materials. The entire house is totally uneven, our lanai floods with water from only one side whenever it rains. The ceiling of my dining room and the wall of my living room have the drywall encapsulated with water as well. The entrance door does not work properly and the alarm lock does not work correctly, Guardian technicians could not program the code because they say it has to be changed for another. All these claims were made through the warranty portal and no one has yet contacted me to offer help or assistance for the necessary repairs. When I called the contact they initially gave me for complaints, he informed me that he had been promoted to another position but that I would have to fill out the request on the website and they would contact me but I still have no answers. ... The only 2 people that were helpful and did above and beyond for me. They were amazing they were prompt and if they didn’t have the answer they sure found the answer.

We bought two homes, one with a different builder. We bought the Centex home in June and moved in last month. We bought the other home from a different builder in January, yes 6 months earlier, and they are still building it!!!!

Builder Tyler did great job taking care of our concerns or any questions we have.

Building a hime comes with its own challenges. Sales and site managers were very informative. Quality of flooring products at base choices could be better.

Charles construction manager is a good person He has tried to respond and fix any issues that I have had with the home. My home is beautiful just waiting on a few other issues that need taken care of. Overall good beautiful well built home. Thank you

Sale agent and field manager were mainly the best with communication. Answered to any questions within!!! Brought solutions to all concerns and gave good feed back. The have great costumer service and the house is quality!!!

poor fit and finish work. no flexibility. difficult to resolve issues. was lied to numerous times during construction

The whole process is designed to make the difficult matter of home building easy on the buyer. All steps are explained, questions answered and timely updates provided. From sales, to build, to closing, to warranty follow up.

I bought a Centex home & closed on the house on August 9th, 2021. At the time of our walk through the front and rear trees were flat out dead. The sales rep told me in her own words she was going to have the trees replace so did the builder he too texted me and emailed me saying "Just go to closing and we will replace the two dead trees" today is September 12th, 2021 and the trees still have not bee replaced. The sales rep won't return my calls. The builder disappeared. These guys are a joke. Before you sign your final closing docs make sure you don't take any promises from their sales reps. They are a true Foxy Luxy that will smile and tell you what ever you want to hear just to get you to close on time so that they can get their commission. ... More

The process from start to finish was made pretty easy, the sales rep helps you select a lot and floor plan, you put a deposit down and from there fill out documents with the loan team, get approved and the rest is smooth sailing. It's amazing to see how far our home has came in less 9months. Really glad we went with Centex.

Was very impressed overall with the builder and the quality of materials available. I appreciated the different upgrades to tend to different needs. I do wish for the paint upgrade that I could've changed the finish.

Workmanship in house seems great. Materials seem a bit clunky: the lazy susan broke within two months They were clear with expectations about getting back to us, but they often failed to meet them. Our builder was great, but the Pulte support for fixes under warranty took quite a long time to respond to initial claims.
