Our point of contact was horrible and the building process was very slow. Really disappointing when other homes that started after ours, were completed before. Our closing date was moved almost 1.5 months.

The only positive was after I contacted the construction supervisors boss.His superior stayed on top of our construction and tried to correct the bad experience we had with the supervisor.We still have outstanding issues that need attentioon.

Lack of sense of urgency and detail

It was overall a very smooth and seamless experience with good support on ground.

Great support from the building manager. Issues were paint droppings on floor, clogged shower drain, leaking spigot in bath tub. Really bad leak in the irrigation. I am still trying to figure out the continued wetness on side of house. We have an unsightly hose coming from house for A/C drainage. I'm sure there is a few more items but perhaps I'll address them at a later time.

We closed although there were still what a job trying to get them to fix

With this being our first home, the communication and professionalism was awesome!

Weak tradesman. Average quality. The subs don't care. This is the lowest tier of construction quality that exists. Having said that, Pulte is a good company that really tries to take care of their customers

The house was unfinished due to multiple careless mistakes when we moved in. We were never allowed to have our blue tape meeting and kept being told it would be this day or that day and then it never happened. There is paint on the floor, missing caulk, gauges in the wall, pin holes everywhere, missing screws, a attic door that isn't even painted at all, a banister that is not finished being sanded and stained, spindaels that are not fully attached, and doors that to do not close, and things we paid for that were never installed. It's been a month and a half and the builder is still refusing to fix these things and pretending it isn't happening. Calls and says he will fix it and install things and then nothing changes and no call back again until we call again. We have spoke to the sales consultant, the field manager, and the warrenty company and still have not had the issues that should have been fixed at the blue tape meeting, or better yet never happened because who leaves gauges in the wall, fixed. We were so happy with this process until the final month and then once we got into the house since they left the house unfinished. We waited before filling this out hoping they would fix these issues but here we are, without even an estimate of when they might pretend to show up to finish the house. ... More

As a first time home buyer I had alot of questions..the centex group including the builders(especially the builder) right down to the underwriting team was amazing. I always got the answers for my questions and I never felt like I was being a burden or asking for to much. It was a learning experience and a very communicative one as well. I was updated on the progress once a week and sometimes more if anything occurred. You get 2 walk throughs on the home before you close, so anything you see that need to be fixed will be marked and fixed by your second walk through. What's even better is centex homes come with a warranty so of you missed something during the walk through you can make a list of things to be done( which im sure will be minimal if any) and they will come and fix it. Thank you for everything

Everything from start to finish was great. David the sales agent was open, professional, honest, attentive, he really cares about his clients. He is available 24/7. Great guy. Scott the project manager is equally just as great. Scott is perfect at communication through the entire process and after. He takes the time to be with you as a customer. Honest, caring, and wants you happy. Two great guys i would recommend to anyone building a house!

Our site manager made our build much easier to manage. He was very timely and would respond to almost all of my questions within a few hours. I appreciate the sales office as well, they made it a very smooth transition.

The way the builder interpreted Centex and Pulte is somewhat misleading. There was a reference to Centex whenever a question of standard and quality comes. Though Pulte acquired Centex, the builder take pride in being a Pulte owned, the quality of construction and handling of issues is not upto the mark. My friends who constructed through Pulte had a better buying experience and warranty claims. We somehow felt that the Centex tag on them became a reason for skipping many items on the build quality.

They installed the incorrect HVAC system on my new home and refuse to resolve the issue. My energy bill has doubled and water drips inside the closet onto the flooring. I've had to file complaints with TDLR, and the Better Business Bureau. Stay away from this builder as they will not admit to any mistakes. This has made the whole experience with CENTEX a very bad one and I would never use this builder again and I highly recommend you stay away from this builder.

Andrew was informative and kept us up to date throughout the entire building process.

Everything is on their terms when it comes to options, deadlines, etc. The whole process is definitely in favor of the seller. I felt they rushed the closing about a week or two before the house was completely ready for move in. Overall I like my new home. There were just a few bumps along they way I would have rather done without.

I think the process from start to finish was well done The field manager worked closely with us to get things done to our satisfaction. Only issue was with the Sales consultant in the beginning but was also worked out

Excellent experience, they work fast and clean. I recommend them for your new house!!

Be sure you get what the sales representative tells you. In my case there was a breakdown of communication and I had to go to a higher up to get part of what I was told I would get.

Great community with amazing amenities, I have found multiple issues for a new home, but all of them has been resolved by the amazing construction team.

Throughout the time frame building my house I felt very well taken care of by Emma and Mary. They both helped me with all the little details and were happy to handhold me when needed. I truly appreciated their work and really felt that my overall satisfaction was their goal!

Overall good experience. Having issues getting product in still after closing and it’s a ghost town hearing back for follow ups. Recently other builders around us hit our septic line and now we’re stuck going through the warranty process and it’s been a headache. Things happen but starting to get a feeling once you close they don’t care anymore!

Throughout my whole buying experience I had an excellent communication with sales and builders. It was a great experience! I have recommended Pulte to all of my friends and family!
