Everything was on time as promise

Everything went well from beginning to the end. The builder was so helpful.

Good service

I had a poor experience with communication with my sales person not listening to our needs and wants or even caring to give good customer service at all. Otherwise the experience was great and everyone else involved, including the builder, was on top of their game. I’d still recommend Centex/ Pulte.

Good value home

They have spacious floor plans , I like that part . But I feel materials are not so strong . Could be more better .

Overall, the value of the home is great. It's a starter home but you get what you pay for and we are happy to be in it. We have had a few issues along the way where the options weren't laid out to us and we would have done some things differently. If I were to do it again, I'd buy with Centex but I'd make sure I asked about every little thing possible instead of trusting them to take me through it all.

The only reason I gave only 3 stars on responsiveness is because it took over 2 weeks to get someone out to fix our sliding glass doors that we could not use until it was fixed.

Centex was great to work with throughout the home construction and purchasing process. We love our new home and many of the features are excellent. We would have liked to have other options for some of the finishes (faucets, lights, etc.), and we never received a paint touch up kit which we were told was something everyone would be given. We were also given a tree in our backyard that began to die and lose its leaves within two days of its installation, although there is a chance it will come back in the spring. There was also a short delay in our keys being provided to us on our closing day. These issues aside, everything else about the process went very well, and everyone we encountered that worked for Centex was kind and helpful. Our home is beautiful and comfortable. Centex was really good with their details on the home and communicating was smooth!

It takes forever with repeated calls to get issues addressed

There were some details on the final constructions that was requested to correct, there was hesitation from superintendent to correct them until management was involved. All concerns were corrected.

Home is good but having some issues with the brand new appliance (washer)

Everything about my build was AWESOME! I loved every step, right up until the end. I went in to do some tape for drywall issues and then again... And again. Closed on the house and that afternoon drywallers came back because they missed spots that I had taped 10 times before. I talked with my neighbors and all of them seem to have the same feelings that the drywall is poor quality. I took one star off quality and value because of the poor drywall. The drywall is the finished surface indoors and seeing blemishes, bubbles, lines, divots, etc bring down the perceived value.

Centex provides good service when you reach out for any home defects. There will be flaws but its just something to monitor as time goes on.

I had a great experience - any issues I had during the build or after closing has been addressed.

It had been 2 months since we moved in a new home. We are happy with our home at this moment. Thanks.

We had several issues concerning our side & rear yards regarding the landscaping, drainage, etc. These issues go back to the week of March 13th, when we walked our property w/Justin since Chaz was out for Covid-19 quarantine. As of last week, we met w/Chaz & Baytree Landscaping & hope our yard issues can be resolved this week per Chaz & Baytree.

For a suburban home lot it isn't bad. I cant help but think could could more out of my money by just custom building slightly further out of town. It is a tract home so quality is pretty good for the most part but there Is definitely signs of going fast. They did a decent job for drainage on the whole community but they should have still put more thought into it because they definitely went the cheap route.

We have been really pleased with our new home. We are still having issue with AT&T being able to connect our home to their service which was suppose to be installed in March. As this is a service issue I would like to make sure that all new homes indeed have access to internet and cable on completion expecially in the current stay at home environment. Luckily we have unlimited data on our cell phone provider and have been able to teether our devices, but this is not overall acceptable.

Good materials and service

All the doors in my house need to have tops and bottoms sanded and painted. The whole interior and out side need to be repainted.(they came in and did touch ups -- you can see the difference) Several areas still need chaulking. The windows I can not open or lock once I get them back down. At bottom of Patio door missing plaster. Shower rod in 2nd bath was not installed correctly. Front door needs to be adjusted so no light or bugs are coming in. Still finding wood shavings in cupboards as I clean and store things.

Like any new build the house was near perfect, with a few minor issues (two pieces of hardwood not set correctly, garage door dented, minor plaster spots that needed cleaning). I requested them fixed and had them all handled within a week of notifying them. Minor stuff like that is almost unavoidable as quickly and they build these houses. So far very happy with the home and with the response from the few minor issues I submitted to be repaired. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars for the whole home buying experience is because I went through Pulte mortgage, and sadly it was just issue after issue with the entire process for no reason at all. ... Everything is OK except landscaping. The landscaping contractor did a terrible job ! There are a lot of deep areas and many many of pot holes in the yard ! The whole neighborhood has the same issue ! Centex should send the landscaping team to redo what they did not perform right at the first time, people might sue Centex when they get hurt by stepping in these pot holes ! Please fix this problem for everyone in this community.
