Overall the process was great!

We started the process to buy our home in July of 2020 and was told that we would be able to close by the end of march or early April of 2021. We finally closed June 26, 2021. I do understand the situation with Covid and the delays that it caused. But we witnessed other houses of our same model starting after ours being completed before ours. Our house would sit with no work being done for 2-3 weeks at a time. Also, when the work was done, it was very poor quality which had to be corrected at a later time. Walls had holes punched in, Paint was poor quality and workers would use the shower as a toilet. Every time I would go to the property I would find something else wrong or damaged. Finally at the final walk through, we noticed a number of items were either damaged or not completed. The kitchen island was damaged at the bottom beyond repair, the tile around some of the outlets in the kitchen were cut too short and were gapped, the front porch light was missing, the door bell did not work, paint was missing is spots. All of which are still not corrected. Most of the other items that were not completed are now complete. Overall, we are enjoying the house, we just wish that the process would have gone smoother. Again, I do understand the worker shortage, but some of the guys, NOT all, that did do the work need to have a little more pride in their work. ... More

The total project from start to finish was a complete nightmare. I still have things that need to be addressed/fixed The quality of the carpet and the faux floor is not made of quality material. The concrete is pealing in the garage and around the front door. The ceiling in kitchen and the great room has two large patches where product was over sprayed. The trim in the kitchen are not flushed. The kitchen exit door has dents and the window has a scratch in the glass. One of the worse made homes I have ever lived in.

The whole process was smooth and we love our new Home.

Right from meeting with Troy and Allison in the sales office to Randy, David and Andrew who made sure our new home was done to perfection. We would highly recommend Centex/Pulte to any perspective new home buyer.

All of the staff we worked with were AMAZING! The communication was perfect, I never had to wonder what was going on or what stage my house was at! Jesse was the best through all the strange events that happened with the house being built (first one got struck by lightning) I’m so grateful to have worked with him! All of the field team were great as well! I can’t speak any higher of Annette, Matt, Vernon, Lucky, and Elizabeth; just to name a few. They have all been such a pleasure to work with and made the home buying experience so amazing for us!

Chance Bates, Tyler, and Walker were amazing throughout the home building and buying process. I couldn’t have made a better choice. Centex and Pulte Mortgage are amazing. All my questions were answered and as a first time home buyer, they took the time to explain each step and what would happen in the future.

From the initial sales rep to the front end and back end field managers, the experience was nothing short of excellent! I have owned my home for a month and 1/2 now and I have continued to be pleased with treatment. Highly recommend Centex!

Lots of small issues with the house Paint splatter all over the floors which I had to clean up Poor cuts in the sheet rock that are highly noticeable Caulking left behind everywhere that I’ve scrapped off And when installing the the siding a nail went thru the ac line causing a leak which now not even a month in they had to come back fix the leak and I have holes in my walls Pulte is fusing the holes but just a huge inconvenience

Broken sewage main line caused by negligence, incompetence, lack of oversight and inspection left us without taking a shower, brushing our theeth and flusing the toilet for one week. Now my driveway is damage after excavating to repair the pipe and Pulte Homes refuses to repair the damage caused. I am not asking Pulte Homes to stand behing the concrete warranty and repair it, i am asking Pulte Homes to replace my driveway because they damage it as a direct consecuence of the sewage line repair. It is a matter of right and wrong!

Excellent House completed in a timely manner.

Since the moment I stepped into David’s office in model home until the moment we signed closing at Pulte Mortgage office the experience was stress free and I thank you for that !

I would say overall this seemed to be a good experience but certain issues definitely stand out. The home I suppose is a good build quality but there is warped drywall in certain areas and the concrete work in the garage and entryway , is terrible. The painters contacted too paint these homes did a laughable job at painting the main ceiling in the living and also upstairs. It had to be touched up multiple times. There is also paint on the stairway in one area. I would also add that for the premium price I personally would expect bbetter build quality,materials and workmanship

This is actually our second home we have bought from CENTEX, we are pleased with the quality and craftsmanship of our homes. We are loyal and proud customers!

This has been a completely pleasurable experience. From day one of deciding to purchase our home here. To finally moving in. All personnel involved were first rate. We couldn’t be happier with this whole experience.

Come enjoy with Centex.It is not a luxury house. What I love is that the inside of the house is very bright and airy. thank you centex for giving me such a warm feeling in my new house.

House flooded and had water damage after a worker nailed a water line. Nobody told me. If I hadn't went to the house and saw it, I never would have known. I had to demand a mold test be done. Of course, they found mold and didn't tell me that either. I found out when I saw a moldy baseboard laying on the kitchen countertop under a vent. I wouldn't recommend centex to my worst enemy. They hire horrible contactors and they cheap out on any and everything they can. I moved into a brand new house that has paint all over the floors throughout the house, paint and mud stains on the carpet, holes in the wall where they moved the handrail for the stairs and just left the old holes, sod that was just dropped on top of dirt, no soil brought in, damaged roof shingles, crooked baseboards, and a damaged garage door.
