Come enjoy with Centex.It is not a luxury house. What I love is that the inside of the house is very bright and airy. thank you centex for giving me such a warm feeling in my new house.

House flooded and had water damage after a worker nailed a water line. Nobody told me. If I hadn't went to the house and saw it, I never would have known. I had to demand a mold test be done. Of course, they found mold and didn't tell me that either. I found out when I saw a moldy baseboard laying on the kitchen countertop under a vent. I wouldn't recommend centex to my worst enemy. They hire horrible contactors and they cheap out on any and everything they can. I moved into a brand new house that has paint all over the floors throughout the house, paint and mud stains on the carpet, holes in the wall where they moved the handrail for the stairs and just left the old holes, sod that was just dropped on top of dirt, no soil brought in, damaged roof shingles, crooked baseboards, and a damaged garage door. Jon the field manager cares a lot about his communities and is responsive on any issues you raise to him.

I found my Sales Representative Lauri from day one responding my all queries in a minute and resolved my all issues very quickly. I am really happy to buy house from Centex and recommending my friends and relatives to go with Centex.

Even though Centex is budget Homes i am very much pleased with the Quality and the delivery even though delivery was pushed few months due to the shortage in the material supply. Very professional and the response is very good .

Houses are built with hurry and because of this there are things left behind. Finishes left behind like doors not closing correctly or having gaps. Almost two months and I can hardly use my backyard because it does not drain correctly. They came to fix it and now is worse. The stairs handrail still waiting to be fixed. Low quality paint. Not happy with this purchase.

I feel like once i signed for the home, responsiveness is nothing. All you wanted is money

Don was our sales agent. He is awesome. Helped us find the perfect home for our family and was so nice. Gave us his personal cell in case we had any questions. The closing was a hybrid so most of the signing was online and when we got to the office it took about 10 minutes. Once we moved in, there were a few things the painters and plumber had missed. But Kenny, our service coordinator, was very kind and professional. He called me about every issue and made sure they were all fixed, no cost to us because it was all under warranty. Took no time at all to have the issues fixed. He even made sure to be with me for every service appointment to answer any questions. We had a dog wander into our garage on day 2 in the house. Very sweet but not ours. The shelter wouldn't take her because we are outside city limits. Kenny came and got her and found a place for her to go. When I say they took care of everything, that is probably an understatement. The whole Centex team is so kind and down to earth. No pressure selling, no issues getting hold of anyone...I still have Kenny and Don's cell numbers saved in my phone. And It's been 2 months...they still call to check on us. Our Field Manager Ray, was personally invested in our home being perfect for us. He probably spent too much time making everything just right, but we really appreciated it. He full filled every items Centex claimed with our new home. Extremely satisfied buyers.

Tons of trash left in backyard, nails on steps/ bleeding feet toddler. Ceiling had to be repainted. More issues

It wasn't the best experience because of how fast they were in getting it done.... great except you dont trust them and they don't always treat you right... best service came from them at the end as we neared closing.

Home warranty center is not good at getting things fixed. Of my list of MANY items that need repair, I don't think a single one has been completed...we've been there 2 months!!

I will never buy another Centex Home. A month without air conditioning is completely unacceptable. 90+ degree days. I have a baby. A MONTH. Do you have any idea how many times I heard, "we'll be back out tomorrow." I had chipped granite countertops that I had to keep bringing up. After cutting into my walls, they patched the drywall and STILL haven't finished painting. One might be inclined to think I'm just an outlier or just a complainer, however, if one were to come talk to people in the neighborhood, they would find them all in agreement. good build and delivered the home on time

It was a good experience overall but i could be better !

Entire process was smooth and thorough. Everyone was patient and willing to guide and explain the nuances of home-buying with a friendly attitude

Race was unbelievable!! He consistently sent us pictures on the progress of our hone (we lived out of state). Honored all the little items that were remiss and jumped on fixing them immediately! He truly is a great asset to this development.
