This was our first new home buying experience. And it was totally ruined from day one. We got the wrong set of keys and couldn’t get into the house. Then there are many issues with workmanship and quality. Been here a month and still not fixed !

Don’t build with pulte, they care about your money and that’s it

Kept us informed through the whole building process

-The cabinet company used is horrible. -The vinyl floors are of poor quality. -The project manager was great to work with. -

No quality or pride in workmanship. Carpet covered in paint and drywall dust. Treated like damaged floors, switches, appliances, counters etc are normal for a new house. No processes whatsoever. Every attempt to fix just made worse because they hire the cheapest most inexperienced labor they can find.

The home buying process was a breeze with Centex. Throughout the building process they maintained communication and kept me updated with everything. Upon completion some details seemed rushed and even had a few issues after moving in. However our manager Carlos was amazing and has worked with us to get everything figured out and fixed.

My experience was lengthy, sure it was due to COVID. Overall everyone was very professional and helpful.

Very good experience with Centex Homes!

As first time homebuyers, we expected a much more cumbersome home buying process but w centex/pulte homes it was really smooth. We got lucky in getting the floorplan that we wanted on the lot and area we were looking at so we are extremely grateful to the pulte team in making this possible for us!

Every time we have had a question throughout the buying process we have received a fast response. When doing our walkthrough, no "issue" we pointed out was too small, and fixes were done promptly.

Everyone was very responsive BEFORE closing. But after closing it was like talking in the dark. The house has several small issues and I have noted with the building manager, but no response has been received. The quality of sod for front lawn is sub-par. The finish in many places is just done half-heartedly. I will not recommend Centex to anyone for new home building.

So far, so good with my experience in purchasing my Centex home.

How smoothly everything went. My experience with Centex Homes was excellent I love the layout of my home and the superintendent in the community is excellent. No complaints

Cheap materials were used in this home and did close with some issues but builder did address all of them after closing. This helped improve the score from 3 to 4 stars

Great simple experience! We are very happy with our first home.

The home itself is nice, no complaint there. However I’ve been in for 4 weeks, the cabinets are atrocious and not well built. The drawers hang or won’t close. Or they’re so close to another cabinet or drawer you can’t open them because they don’t have handles. The spare bathroom developed a leak in the shower diverter and it’s been 5 days and no one from warranty has been here to fix it after they assured me they would. The paint the builders uses is horrible. If you remotely tough the paint, it’s leaving a very distinct mark. The more you look the more you see where the drywall and mud striping was done in a hurry and it looks terrible on the ceilings. Pulte mortgage was asking absolutely personal and ridiculous questions during the purchase process and that is why I went with another VA lender. ... More

This is beautiful community and my Builder was a nice one

The house was rushed to closed by the builder even it was not completed. The third-party inspector told me not to buy this house as he was so worried about the build quality. When we move in the house so many incomplete items need to be fixed, we have to take time off work to stay and wait for their independent contractor schedule to fix those that should have been finished before hand.

The people who helped me were the best. Jennifer and Daniel went above and beyond to help with anything and everything.

This was my fourth new construction home with four different builders and by far the worst experience ever. All complaints are for the construction part of things. Title and sales were great!

Overall I am happy with the home. It does have its minor things but nothing major. Definitely will recommend this builder. Thank you Centex!
