Great house. Built fast. Did hope for a bit better materials. Overall not bad.

Overall our experience with Centex was really smooth and effortless but I think it had a lot to do with our build manager, Kolby. We haven’t had any problems since but others haven’t been so fortunate. Through the build process some of my neighbors and friends really had some problems that they had to jump through hoops to get fixed or the warranty department has been a nightmare to work with. Like I mentioned before we haven’t had any problems yet and hopefully don’t but hopefully they can step up and do better all around for the community.

Everyone involved and all aspects from start to finish, exceeded my expectations!

Centex built a beautiful house. My wife and I are very pleased.

We love our new home! The whole experience from beginning to end was simple and straight forward. We had an amazing construction and sales team. It’s a beautiful community, it’s simply everything we could want!

The process was painless, there were some bumps at the beginning of the process but centex-pulte were always willing to work something out. The field manager I was assigned (Daniel carpenter) goes above and beyond in terms of making sure every homeowner is taken care of. Overall it was a great experience and I’m really enjoying my house

Great customer service and follow up

Horrible first time home buying experience. I still have issues that have not been resolved, and have to wait days until someone is willing to fix it. Absolutely not happy.

Abraham did an amazing job keeping us updated about our house. He did his best to have everything ready on our closing date cause it rained a lot during that time. We’re very grateful, he did an amazing job!

I wish I could say I got my money’s worth, but I don’t feel that way. There is no team here, just one person trying to get the various workers to do their jobs. There was no opportunity to upgrade anything. The materials used seem cheap, the workmanship is shoddy. Someone came to fix a problem and made another problem that someone else had to come back and fix. There are gouges in the walls that should have been plastered and painted before move in. Fixtures are plastic. Entry level appliances, flooring, etc. I’m disappointed and resigned.

The lack of communication is almost enough to make you wish we bought somewhere else. We have had issues with our closing date, our driveway, the HVAC and the landscaping in the backyard. All other issues are to be expected and are small. It has been a frustrating experience. The communication is horrible. Driveway was in disrepair since the day we moved in (nobody told us about this until we went to do the final walk through the day of closing). We were told over and over the drive way would be torn out and replaced. Dates have come and gone and I still have no idea when it’s going to be done. On top of all that they are supposedly not tearing out and replacing but shaving down and redoing the top. If you’re looking to buy a home with Centex make certain that things that need to be done are done before you close otherwise good luck. ... More

The only thing I am disappointed with is the fact that before we closed I felt that I would be supported and taken care of with any issues. That made me feel more comfortable. But after the closing I didn't feel the same way. We only had a few issues but the people they sent were not experienced. Did a hack job and my husband will need to fix. Didn't address the front door. Rain poured in the bottom. So I am assuming it is not sealed properly. The lawn is a big issue due to the fact it when on dormant and not watered. It did not root. We had been watering everyday but I think it is dead. Make sure when you buy a house that you get the attention you need. ... More

Pulte team did great job...I bought homes with other builders ....but I cannot compare them with quality of service pulte provides....they deliver house on ti.e..very professional...

The customer services that was provided by the construction team was wonderful. All the concerns that I had in regards to the home being completed were addressed and fixed. The team worked overtime to make sure I was extremely happy with the product as well as had awesome communication skills

Our builder Race was responsive to our concerns and tried his best to accomodate.

I have good experience to with centx

There were a few positives like the beautiful community and professional, friendly staff. The builder was quick to respond to our concerns. However, make sure you hire your own home inspector. Thankfully I did and he found broken roof truss (truss- part of a roof structure), roof tiles loose and other things. I found the back splash tiles popping out, and the bathroom tiles were broken or missing grout. The shower head was broken. The windows, carpet, and shower were not cleaned by the day of closing. It was full of grout dust and the team who came back to clean it did a poor job. The grounds keepers were just as bad. I had a tree that came with the house. The tree fell down twice and finally died. They didn’t dig the hole deep enough. Although all these issues have been fixed or in the process of being fixed, it should have done right the first time. I had to take the time out of my day to wait and monitor the contractors. I must say, they are trying to improve and had a very helpful staff, which made the experience more manageable. ... More
