I have submitted a work order and no ome has gotten back at me. I also emailed and called the warranty representative Elainee Moreno and she doesn't get back at me either.

I had a very good experience with Centex from 0 to 100. The sales office was very helpful and responsive to our concerns . The builder maintained on time communications regarding progress of my house and site manager was very cooperative and helpful.

The entire Pulte team from the first interaction To now has been pleasant and positive Everyone is very responsive and works to resolve are issues in a timely manner.

There’s some issues that I have shared with a project manager and sent in a request through Centex customer service and it has not been responded to

The lack of craftsmanship was evident through the whole build process. We were told by the Build Manager several times that our house plan was a difficult build because the builders had not built this plan before. I thought skilled builders could read and interpret plans. When questions were raised they were met with a condescending attitude that was even evident to our real estate agent. Some of the issues that were presented during the walk through were not completed by the closing date with contractors scrambling trying to get things done. We were told that if we wanted them fixed our closing would be delayed but that we could sign, close that afternoon, and send in the information to warranty and it would be fixed in the next 30 days - not. We sent in the info. to warranty and were notified that it would be handled at the 11th month period. Everything is great. Except, it would be helpful to program the garage remotes and install a safety device for the stove.

The associate who sold us the house was excellent during the entire buying process and was extremely responsive during the building process. The site manager was excellent throughout the entire building process, constantly sending up updates, including photos, at different stages of the house. She was very responsive even after the closing.

I am extremely happy with the work that was done on our home! The craftsmanship is great and the home is beautiful. The only thing that I can nitpick about is the type of shrubs that were planted and the quality of sod that was laid. Other than that everything was exactly the way we wanted it and we are enjoying our new home.

I would never recommend Pultey/Centex to anyone! This has been the worst experience ever! Because they rushed my build so that they could move on to the next and collect a check, a low-quality product was delivered. Who installs contact paper on the floor. There are numerous build quality issues today. No lawn or driveway when I closed. This is a risk to my interior belongings with tracking of dirt ect. Waste backed up from a pipe in the basement. There are other issues, but I don't have time to list. They are awful and are not customer-centric. Home buyers should have more rights. A couple issues when we first moved in, but they have been fixed in a timely manner.

Our builder went over and beyond to make sure our experience was great.

Centex is a solid company and a solid builder of entry level homes. Like all builders they’re at the mercy of their subcontractors, most of whine are really good. The house itself is great. The yard we inherited was below expectations. Overall, great value for what we got!

Like the home. Although my plants in the front are very dead from the snow fall. I wasn't moved in by that time so those plants should be replaced.

Overall experience was good but righting some issues was stressful.

We have had a roller coaster of an experience, and I would not recommend Centex. We had a terrible project manager, Jackson, for almost the entirety of the build, who never contacted us, never gave us updates, didn't put in any service requests when we noticed broken windows in the home, they tiled the wrong floors, etc. It was a nightmare. When I had to contact our account manager to get him to even call me, he sounded like I was bothering him. Three weeks before close, they switched us to a new PM, Clay, who was fantastic. They told us the other guy left and knew he was on his way out and clearly wasn't doing much during the months he was our PM. Clay did everything to make sure we closed on time, and fixed all of this issues that were ignored in those 3 weeks. But we are still dealing with horrible issues from Jackson's lack of effort. Namely, our low voltage wiring was not supervised when put in, and the wires go all over our house. A doorbell issue turned into cutting walls all throughout our house and we're still waiting for it to be repaired. I now worry that any electrical is going to cause this again. The electrician who came to fix the issue almost laughed when he heard Jackson was the primary PM, because he has had to fix numerous issues like this but only with his houses. Also nails were sticking out into the walls near wires, which could cause a fire. The electrician removed them, but thats only in the 3 walls he cut into. Who knows if my house is on the verge of a fire from his lack of care about the build of people's homes, where safety should never be a concern, especially on a new house. I'm giving this a 3, because Clay we give a 5, Jackson a 0. I don't know if it was just the few of us who had Jackson who had a terrible experience. But it seems like Centex knew he wasn't doing a great job and should have removed him way sooner, because us homeowners are dealing with the consequences. ... More

Sales people were humble and knowledgeable of their products, did not feel the pressure to pay for upgrades or max out my budget when completing the purchase. The construction supervisor were some of the most attentive people and represent the company with pride, wish more builders would follow their way of doing business.

They are honest and work with you to ensure you choose options that best met your needs or wants. No sales pressure and everyone was great to work with throughout the process.

I’ve lived in the home for a month now and the home has issues first with the outside paint is peeling, downstairs tub has a big crack that is rusted I’ve tried to let the contractor know about the issues and have not heard back from them. Just dissatisfied overall!!!!

The whole purchase process was acceptable, the bad thing was the communication from the field manager, he did not report that the house would change the position of the garage from left to right.

James has been extremely helpful and informative with all of our inquiries. He has made this experience as least stressful as possible.
