Due to COVID, unsure about responsiveness. Emails are prompt, but nothing has happened yet in regards to following through with repairs. I think builders should conduct the work as though they or their loved ones were living in it. Careless mistakes were made. Minor issues but still a nuisance to wait for it to be made right.

Our building manager Ed Romero was absolutely amazing. He always made us feel like top priority even though he also managed other houses. Warranty team is a different story.

These are nice homes for first time home owners. The communication is lacking when fixing issues. I still have yet to have my dining room window replaced. Also there are noticeable blemishes i.e. not straight corners— you can tell they are slightly warped when they get closer to the floor. And some blue tape items have yet to be fixed and I closed on my home 2/14/20. It is now 3/30/20. The sales person and project manager care about your experiences. However, It has been a challenge after closing with a couple of the vendors to get things repaired or corrected so be aware and stay on top of them.

We love our home and know that there are growing pains with any new home/car/etc. However, when it's been almost a month since the 30 day inspection and things still haven't been taken care of, I'd say the after care is seriously lacking. The buying experience was awesome! The builder before hand was awesome. It was after that we've had a few issues. Everyone we'd dealt with has been wonderful! Just not as responsive to problems as I would like.

Poor workmanship leads to do overs...do it right 1st time..workers need closer supervision.. Job site supervisor did all they could too control the situations... Do over is not restricted to 1 area. It’s in dry wall , paint, electric, brick work, landscape etc.. However, when noted corrective action is taken..

After moving in the new home we found issues that should have been addressed during construction. Paint and door trim work is not great quality. AC design for first floor has been faulty as a result of which two rooms on first floor stayed warm and had to log in issue to warranty department. Toilet seats are already chipping off color within 2 weeks as cheap quality was used. Door bell and main door lock had to be replaced. These are few but takes time and effort on in owner and builder to fix things again. Suggest that builder pays attention to quality of construction and even minor details ...

Centex Homes makes it easy to get into a house. Our Saleswoman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The construction manager was less helpful and we had an overall sour experience towards the end of the process. We love our home - still has open issues waiting to be addressed but overall we were glad to have the home.

I’ve lived in this house less than a month and have already had siding literally fall off, doors don’t shut properly , paint job was horrendous , caulking was horrendous , toilets are loose, garbage disposal needed serviced, nail pops and cracks everywhere !

Although my field manager during this project was excellent! I feel some stuff should be done by the builder to guarantee their homes and property. I feel their sales team lacked assistance during my built and I wasnt even given a tour of the facility which made me almost rethink my purchase... overall my home is awesome with some minor issues and I hope the warranty can commit to fixing asap besides that its a beautiful home!!!

The sales rep was great. I’ve bought centex before where quality and character of the home were more evident. This community was certainly on a budget and with vinyl as the shell it meant upgrades and finishes were basic or non-existent. The Construction manager was kind through the walk through phase and then things change. Layouts of the homes are great overall though.

The quality of the products. When it comes to the trims. Painting and etc it was not worth it. Gray was not easy to work with. If it were issues when I came to him to let him know what was incorrect. He acted as if he was offended when I question him. I closed on the home and shouldn’t have until everything was done correctly. After closing I see things more and more are incorrect. Gray made my experience worse.
