Lived in the home less than 1 month and had roof leak from rain. Power breaker problems. Breaker was fixed 2 times and leak never fixed it’s been over 10 days! Horrible customer service and building manager is not responsive to issues. Thinking of taking legal action at this point!!!!!

We love our new home! We choose all of the available options and got a fantastic home for the price in return.

I lived in Maryland and did most of all my transactions virtually. The realtor and builder kept me aware of timelines and everything was in point. If anyone has concerns about buy virtual, I had no problems. I did come visit the site twice and was very happy all the way to closing.

This is the best experience I have had, the builder did whatever needed to get things as we liked!! Very good communication, a awesome experience. And the home is BEAUTIFUL!!

They showed up when expected. Followed up with a call the following day to see if everything was done properly

Pretty much everything in the house has an issue. The flooring, the AC, the front porch, the sprinkler, the garage door... I'm tired of asking them to come to fix these issues. For the price we paid, for the pain the mortgage company was; there should have been none!

Everyone has been a pleasure to deal with, and responsive to any concerns.

3 months in the home and still do not have the refrigerator that we paid an upgrade for. And no phones to keep us up to date with information on it.

Biggest issue is the walls, crown molding, and base boards aren't all straight. There's also sloppy finishing work like caulking and paint

Centex gives you lots of options to customize your home before the build process. Other builders did not offer this, what they built is what you got.

We were blessed with a very impressive young man who was our field manager Brian Wolford. He was very respectful to us . Very patient with our questions, keeping us informed through the entire process of the building of our home and always on top of every step being carried out on time and with perfection. He treated the building of our home as if it was going to be his. We love our home. The quality is superb and each day we love our home more and more.

Great Homes in This Area, Definitely Recommend its a beautiful community and not to noisy nor busy great for a peaceful environment.

There were TWO people from Centex (i.e., Pulte) that were GREAT to work with. That's not to imply that everyone else was bad...it's just that these two people were exceptional, and one was over-the-top exceptional. That said, I don't feel at the end of the process that I ended up with the home that *I* wanted. What I ended up with was the home that Centex/Pulte was willing to build for me (again..."per plan"). This is the problem with "production builders" like Centex/Pulte, and going in...I knew I would have a problem "fully liking" the end result. Next time...it's custom home builder all the way!!! At least that's the way I'll get the home that *I* want - and NOT the other way around again. This doesn't mean we didn't end up with a "quality home" at the end of this process. (In a LOT of ways, the final "quality" of the home is yet to be determined - perhaps after a few hurricanes pass over.) As I said...it's just not the *final* home that I wanted...and now I'm going through additional non-trivial deconstruction/reconstruction expenses to get that home that I wanted. It pretty much sucks. And that's how I feel about the whole experience as I write this review today...and we have yet to actually live in our new Centex/Pulte home for a full month. ... More

The homes are very good quality.

Some features were standard for the build as opposed to being upgrades and/or options with other builders. For example our granite kitchen counter top. I also enjoyed the the limited options regarding interior color selections. It made it more simple and not as overwhelming.

I have purchased this property on 02/24. Since then I have reported 4 different issues. Ongoing issue with breaker circuit causing the AC to go off and home gets warm. Someone came and replaced the breaker but issue is still happening. Replaced microwave, dryer didn't work due to a cable /set up. There are some serious issues with my drainage in the master bathroom and it smells bad. Not happy with my "Dream Home Purchase". Too many issues too soon

I like my weekly updates that was great. I had a few issues when I moved in but everything’s been taken care of. I was very upset that at signing I didn’t get a hold of Big key or take pictures or get a welcome basket...lol I’m not very happy with the neighborhood there’s just way too many cars all over the street it’s ridiculous how you always having to pull to the side so somebody else can pass. I even paid more for my premium lot so I wouldn’t have neighbors in front of me and the neighbors down the street park all their company vehicles all right in front of my home. And most of all I was very upset with the monthly fees from the water company out here I don’t think I would’ve bought the house if I would’ve known that. ... More

As a first time home buyer everyone made a huge effort to ensure I got the best experience. My home is beautiful!!

Our house was completed in the original estimated timeline. Our project manager, Thomas, was great and kept me updated throughout the process. I believe that because these houses are built so quickly caution is not taken to ensure things are as close to perfect as possible, which when you are spending this amount of money you would expect. We have noticed walls are not level and straight and at this point there is no fixing that. We have had other issues arise in the 2 months we have been living here also. Some of which have been addressed others are still out there lingering. Overall we are happy to be in our new home just be aware that if you are expecting top quality craftsmanship you will not get that here. At this point in time I can't say I wouldn't recommend Centex I would just caution buyers to think about their expectations when buying any tract built home. ... More

Being in the home building industry years back, I know what to look for in the craftsmanship in a new home and the contractors being used on these homes are not skilled in their trade, at least in my case, they weren't. Overall the home buying experience was easy and everyone was very transparent and understanding.

What I like about Centex Is the time and effort this contractors put in these homes Day take pride in their work And that's what makes that An amazing home I drove around I saw other subdivisions But the quality was not there there was no effort But when you come to see the Centex Work you actually see the difference That's what caught my eye Thank you for the amazing work in my home.
