Allica was a great help, being we were moving from a nother state Repairs upon walk through were noted by both my son & us. They were to be fixed prior to closing. We did not walk through again. After closing we went to the house and repairs were not done. Spoke with GC about repairs and higher ups by text messages. It has been 2 month with dry little done

The workmanship on my roof was horrible, leaving me with a lumpy, bumpy roof. I informed them immediately, but they waited until a few weeks before closing to send the roofing supervisor out. He refused to fix my roof and admitted the plywood probably got wet during construction. I had to hire a private inspector with my own money to document the damage. Finally they agreed to repair it, but it is still very noticeably bumpy, and now shingles have popped up. Also, my oven drawer is crooked, and that was noted before closing, but no one has come to fix it. The HOA company is still under ...

The title says it all. I'll never use Pulte Mortgage again. Communication is awful. However, the community builder and the community sales agent were fine.

We were very happy with the people involved with our house except the painters and finishers. We went back and forth for over a month and didn't move in due to issues with the drywall and paint. It finally came to a point where we just let it go.. still sticky doors and dings in the walls.

Super rushed thru the closing. Numerous issues to be addressed. Virtually no communication even though I was promised to be kept updated. 2 months after closing & still issues unaddressed that were to be fixed/etc before or very shortly after closing. Even was given a certificate of occupancy despite the heat not working. Too many houses, too few ppl for the workload, too focused on only money, and the laborers' work is neither inspected nor up to par for new construction in that price range.

Who doesn’t love buying a new home, build from the ground up. Seems that the process was more stressful than I could imagine, even with a buyer agent involved. I love the home, even with some decorative flaws. The sales team members did make me feel great about my purchases, however, I wish I would have consider additional add one for better living. We did a across country move and couldn’t go to all of the walk throughs because of COVID. They missed certain crucial things like a toilet paper holder that was missing from on of the bathrooms, exterior lights that still aren’t working! Besides other small things!

If you get the Compton model, be sure to question about gutters for the front door. We were told we didn't need gutters, but there is a virtual flood over the front door whenever it rains. Also, understand what you choose may not include common things like towel bars and towel rings. Be prepared to wait for responses, although eventually they do respond.

Does Not Enforce Neighborhood Covenants

They act like the Covenants are a big deal but when they are broken they are not enforced. I wanted a neighborhood with restrictions, but what are Covenants if they are not enforced

I have no complaints about Centex as an agent. I would only recommend that they have a design center so it is easier to pick out your options within the home. A electronic design center that buyers can do on their free time to pick and choose options for their home. I am not a fan of Pulte Homes. We were promised a lot of things before we closed that NEVER happened or were fixed. After we closed our builder (Chaz) acted like we never bought a home from them. We can’t even get a friendly wave as he is standing out side of our new home and makes eye contact. There was no follow up or ...

It was a long process due to delay of windows. Started with the framing when they had weak corners, poor bracing. Installed portions of the roof in the dark, I see roof sheathing plywood popping out in the neighborhood Cabinets installed 45 days before the house was climate controlled Patio cement is already cracked. The Pulte work sites are horrible. Trash and waisted supplies every where

If you get the opportunity to work with Porter you won't be disappointed !! Nice floor plans and upgrades. A couple of upgrades I wish were available - hardwood in the upstairs and an upgrade on the kitchen appliances.

First, I'd like to say that Harrison came into to mess that should have been addressed before we moved in. There were many items that were not addressed before we moved in. We have for the last 4 weeks been dealing with one issue after another. Just to recap since we moved in the siding removed from both sides of the house. Kitchen side due to a bow in the wall. Bedroom side due to the AC unit 220 installed on the opposite side of the AC unit. Note I requested this be fixed before we moved in. Terrible communication, they don’t follow thru on commitments, they disappear for long periods of time and don’t respond, the quality isn’t great and most disappointing is that you don’t even get what you expected/paid for when they substitute big items for different colors without telling you. Long list of gripes. Sales team super friendly for what it’s worth.

What stood out the most is how long it took to build it, the house had a list of items to complete after closing, also the lack of communication after the build/closing is crazy! Have lots of patience!!

Alicia is PHENOMINAL to work with in the sales dept, she is so sweet and very responsive all the way through the process; even after closing she responds. She gets a 10/10 in my book. Chaz in the building dept stopped communicating after closing, I thought that was very odd. After all people go though during several months long in the building process and awaiting closing - one would think you would at least pass the homeowner along instead of making them feel cheated or cheap. Sending people to voicemail and asking them to reply via email only seems very shady/shaky - only to get no reply ...

What is supposed to be ready by October/ November, didn’t even started until October, unfortunate Who is having to extend my lease for a short term and pay stratospheric amount for my rent, is Me not Pulte, who is having to pay extra storage for my furniture and belongings it’s Me, not Pulte. Back in April I was told my house would be ready by August/Sep… here we are in October. Sad. Worst experience ever, for me and my family. So, there is noting to celebrate here… Do what you have to do.
