From the initial idea of building our new home, we researched for a good builder and yes, it took some time! We met lots of people along the way and got many opinions. We looked through Pulte’s web site and clicked all the pages daily and we fell in love with all their house designs and styles. There were always resources available on hand 24/7 to help us through this major life changing decision. We made an appointment with the realtor and our experience started from there. We basically sat in the back seat and Pulte handled everything. Each team member was excited to meet us and go over each stage, step by step. Communication was constant which we preferred. We had lots of choices and so many designs to pick from and everything we wanted, we could get and manged those choices within our budget. On the Pulte builders website, we got to see the up coming stages and approximately when they weee starting and finishing. We were kept in the loop of everything. Our builder sent photos and always met with us when we wanted to physically see the house. The appliances and quality of the flooring and utilities were spectacular. The house was painted and cleaned before our closing. After we moved in, our builder responded with our minor requests for simple repairs Ex, the faucet leaked a little, one screen on porch needed to be tightened and we needed the dish washer hose connected. They arrived within the week. The house is well ventilated, it heats and cools very well and maintains a moderate temperature for sure.. From the start to very end we were made a priority & everything was taken care of as promised. There was never any doubt or worry we received the best care from Jeremy , always kept us in the loop every step of this process.. Couldn’t be any happier best decision ever!! Thanks to the whole team..

The entire experience from the initial selection of a lot and house model, to the closing was excellent. The people we worked with were extremely helpful and always willing to go above and beyond. I can't imagine the process going any better, especially considering we were 800 miles away while the house was being built. The house turned out great!

Krysta was amazing. She kept us informed and answered all of our questions. Anthony did such job explaining how our house works and got people to correct that little things that needed attention.

I had some issues with the new home from Pulte Ie: some Paint repairs, flooring stains from painters, scratched cooktop, tiny spots missed on stained steps. This was all before my closing. After closing, Pulte sent over a crew that repaired/replaced everything that was wrong. Unlike other new construction builders out there. Pulte stands by their word. Their construction management team is outstanding! So glad we purchased a Pulte Home.

The buying process was great and easy but after living in the home for a month and seeing how bad the workmanship is. Tickets need to be opened for everything. I am disappointed.

I like the design and the warranty. Wish more things were customizable and the quality of some components could be better or upgrade able and some workmanship could be better.

Daniel promises the world and nothing gets done! Terrible experience and I have bought 3 new homes prior to this and would not recommend Pulte to anyone! The sales rep only cared about selling not about us! She could not even bother to show up at the purchase meeting! She got her commission and walked away!! Still items on our punch list have not been completed to satisfaction!!! Terrible all the way!!

I love my new Pulte home! I purchased a home that was new but already built so I did not get to choose my cabinets, floors, finishes etc. but I’m glad that I didnt have to, there are too many options and I never would have been able to decide! The staff and builder made everything very easy and took the time to walk thru the home and show me all of the features and go thru all of the mechanical things a homeowner should know. The home buying experience and the construction have been excellent. Everything in the house is perfect. The only problem that has not been resolved is outside drainage.

Moved in 6 weeks ago, did not have an opportunity to a final inspection. Upon move we spoke to site manager and was told he would have these items taken care of. Sent several text to him to schedule, minimal response. I also put in a request two time on the web site for resolve and still have not heard from anyone. I have a sink faucet that is extremely loose, a hinge that is improperly installed, nail and wood chips in the stairwell, paint and spackle on the rugs, area of painting that were missed and a few other items. Some of these items were addressed in January at the first home inspection. My frustration level I'd getting higher. I would like for a principal to contact me and schedule a date to review these issues. My wife and I bought a new home and wish it to be a perfect as possible. The home buying experience was pretty seamless!

From start to finish everything was done with care and professionalism. Christa took the time to takes videos of several houses for us because we were out of town and needed to view them before our final selection. The construction manager Karl explained how everything in the new house worked and told us about the unmatched warranty Pulte provides. We are trying to buy a second home from Pulte because we liked the first one so much.

No response to fix issues

All started out well but many issues came up and repairs were scheduled and missed by contractors. Calls weren't being returned by the supervisor and we had to leave multiple messaand texts to get a reply. Our issues are still not resolved after occupancy of 2 months now. I would never buy again from Pulte.

We were very pleased with our home buying experience beginning with our sales Rep Tom to our Project Manager Bryan. We were continually informed of the status on our home throughout every phase. Both Tom and Bryan addressed every concern professionally. Bryan completed every punch list item making certain that each trade scheduled completed their task. Bryan’s dedication to his his position is extraordinary.

Centex team was great and very transparent throughout process. Can you myself doing business again in the future.

Likely decent quality build with poor finish work and follow up.

I would recommend buying from center homes.

Our last home was built by Pulte and we lived there for over 20 years. It was a great home. When purchasing a new home, we considered the reputation of home builders. Due to our past experience, we were happy to be able to purchase another Pulte built home.

We closed on our new home Mid-December. We still have 2 repairs still not completed. A cracked bathroom cabinet frame due to sink installer damaging it. And a 3rd bathroom fiberglass shower surround that has major damage to it which we discovered post-closing. It should have never been installed, or the installer damaged it. We reported it to customer service within 30 days post close and now a month later it is still not replaced. This is a major defect and has caused our family undue distress and taken away the joy of buying a new home. Very frustrated and dissatisfied.

I will start this by saying that I am well aware these are spec homes, however the price of the homes in my area are $400k+. I had multiple issues with the home and still do. So much so that to have all the poor craftsmanship fixed would be impractical because it would require my family to leave while they sanded every poor drywall seam. The crews they use do not care about quality and it shows. These homes are rushed and the work done is sloppy. I moved from a 20+ year old home that was in better shape than my brand new home. From paint on the new floors around the base trim, to carpet, to trim work, and drywall imperfections, my home is overall far from a quality home. Did they address the bigger issues?, sure, but in order to address all the “fit and finish” details that make a quality home, it would require someone being in my house for weeks on end to resolve all the issues. I pretty much gave up as the frustration grew into all the issues that I keep discovering. I moved in and had someone in my home several days a week for almost a month. Completely ridiculous. I suspect this review won’t matter much because it’s obvious the number one goal for them is to build houses rapidly to make as much $$ as possible, and to not actually build the quality homes they promise. Many problems. Workmanship is poor. The overuse of caulk to hide cracks, gaps and repairs. One trade comes in and ruins the work of others. Windows, countertops, flooring, stove and doors scratched. Marginal material quality. Nail pops in drywall. Builder pushes to close prior to fixing issues and telling you they will fix it after closing. Paint went on where it shouldn’t and where it should go on it was insufficient. In some cases, It takes the trades 3 or 4 times to make it right. It has been a month since closing and still finding issues. This has not been a good experience.

It was good within reason, they’re pushy with the timelines when they want you to do something but loose on the timing when you want something. The house is built well, but some of the finish work falls short

The overall experience was fine. The mortgage process was a very smooth process and the people that I worked with were excellent.
