Salesperson very knowledgable and helpful from initial meeting all the way through the closing process. Onsite production manager very knowledgable and helpful too. We visited the Conway area and met with several builders before deciding to make our home purchase. Center Pulte homes were by far the best priced for our retirement investment. We could not have made a better decision!

My overall experience with Pulte/Centex builders has been very positive and pleasant. My construction manager, John, has been AMAZING from start to finish, and he continues to update me & respond when I have questions or concerns even after moving in. The weekly emails and pictures were so impressive and very helpful, keeping me informed when I was living over 550 miles away. The customer service follow through via email responses and phone calls is some of the best I've ever encountered. This includes all Pulte/Centex team members. So far everything with our home buying experience has been great! The staff with Pulte have been professional and extremely helpful. We love our new home and the location

I had some issues with the new home from Pulte Ie: some Paint repairs, flooring stains from painters, scratched cooktop, tiny spots missed on stained steps. This was all before my closing. After closing, Pulte sent over a crew that repaired/replaced everything that was wrong. Unlike other new construction builders out there. Pulte stands by their word. Their construction management team is outstanding! So glad we purchased a Pulte Home.

The home buying experience and the construction have been excellent. Everything in the house is perfect. The only problem that has not been resolved is outside drainage.

The home buying experience was pretty seamless!

Our last home was built by Pulte and we lived there for over 20 years. It was a great home. When purchasing a new home, we considered the reputation of home builders. Due to our past experience, we were happy to be able to purchase another Pulte built home.

The overall experience was fine. The mortgage process was a very smooth process and the people that I worked with were excellent.

We bypassed having to, or being able to, make any of the option choices. We have only found a few minor iss and, so far, ALMOST all of them have been handled promptly. We have been in the house for only one month, so still getting used to it, and the area.
