From the initial idea of building our new home, we researched for a good builder and yes, it took some time! We met lots of people along the way and got many opinions. We looked through Pulte’s web site and clicked all the pages daily and we fell in love with all their house designs and styles. The entire experience from the initial selection of a lot and house model, to the closing was excellent. The people we worked with were extremely helpful and always willing to go above and beyond. I can't imagine the process going any better, especially considering we were 800 miles away while the house was being built. The house turned out great!

I had some issues with the new home from Pulte Ie: some Paint repairs, flooring stains from painters, scratched cooktop, tiny spots missed on stained steps. This was all before my closing. After closing, Pulte sent over a crew that repaired/replaced everything that was wrong. Unlike other new construction builders out there. Pulte stands by their word. Their construction management team is outstanding! So glad we purchased a Pulte Home.

Daniel promises the world and nothing gets done! Terrible experience and I have bought 3 new homes prior to this and would not recommend Pulte to anyone! The sales rep only cared about selling not about us! She could not even bother to show up at the purchase meeting! She got her commission and walked away!! Still items on our punch list have not been completed to satisfaction!!! Terrible all the way!!

I love my new Pulte home! I purchased a home that was new but already built so I did not get to choose my cabinets, floors, finishes etc. but I’m glad that I didnt have to, there are too many options and I never would have been able to decide! The staff and builder made everything very easy and took the time to walk thru the home and show me all of the features and go thru all of the mechanical things a homeowner should know. Moved in 6 weeks ago, did not have an opportunity to a final inspection. Upon move we spoke to site manager and was told he would have these items taken care of. Sent several text to him to schedule, minimal response. I also put in a request two time on the web site for resolve and still have not heard from anyone. I have a sink faucet that is extremely loose, a hinge that is improperly installed, nail and wood chips in the stairwell, paint and spackle on the rugs, area of painting that were missed and a few other items. From start to finish everything was done with care and professionalism. Christa took the time to takes videos of several houses for us because we were out of town and needed to view them before our final selection. The construction manager Karl explained how everything in the new house worked and told us about the unmatched warranty Pulte provides. We are trying to buy a second home from Pulte because we liked the first one so much.

All started out well but many issues came up and repairs were scheduled and missed by contractors. Calls weren't being returned by the supervisor and we had to leave multiple messaand texts to get a reply. Our issues are still not resolved after occupancy of 2 months now. I would never buy again from Pulte.

Both Tom and Bryan addressed every concern professionally. Bryan completed every punch list item making certain that each trade scheduled completed their task. Our last home was built by Pulte and we lived there for over 20 years. It was a great home. When purchasing a new home, we considered the reputation of home builders. Due to our past experience, we were happy to be able to purchase another Pulte built home.

We closed on our new home Mid-December. We still have 2 repairs still not completed. A cracked bathroom cabinet frame due to sink installer damaging it. And a 3rd bathroom fiberglass shower surround that has major damage to it which we discovered post-closing. It should have never been installed, or the installer damaged it. We reported it to customer service within 30 days post close and now a month later it is still not replaced. This is a major defect and has caused our family undue distress and taken away the joy of buying a new home. Very frustrated and dissatisfied.

I will start this by saying that I am well aware these are spec homes, however the price of the homes in my area are $400k+. I had multiple issues with the home and still do. So much so that to have all the poor craftsmanship fixed would be impractical because it would require my family to leave while they sanded every poor drywall seam. The crews they use do not care about quality and it shows. These homes are rushed and the work done is sloppy. I moved from a 20+ year old home that was in better shape than my brand new home. Many problems. Workmanship is poor. The overuse of caulk to hide cracks, gaps and repairs. One trade comes in and ruins the work of others. Windows, countertops, flooring, stove and doors scratched. Marginal material quality. Nail pops in drywall. Builder pushes to close prior to fixing issues and telling you they will fix it after closing. Paint went on where it shouldn’t and where it should go on it was insufficient. In some cases, It takes the trades 3 or 4 times to make it right. It has been a month since closing and still finding issues. This has not been a good experience.
