We bypassed having to, or being able to, make any of the option choices. We have only found a few minor iss and, so far, ALMOST all of them have been handled promptly. We have been in the house for only one month, so still getting used to it, and the area.

I love my new home. The layout is perfect. Structurally, it is solid. However, the attention to finish work is abysmal. Cracks in my new cabinets, my banisters are unsanded leaving my family with splinters. Gaping holes that were never covered over. Unsealed doors. Every neighbor I speak to has the same experience, with warranty tickets a mile long. You will love your home, but you will find that what it takes to make it as it should have been on the day of purchase is a frustrating and lengthy process. Be prepared to be a squeaky wheel. Instead of downsizing to a small beautiful ranch I feel like I have moved into a section 8 living house. My issues have been with dry walling, paint issues, seems like they used the cheapest paint and only put one coat, front door not sealed properly, back door was letting rain in, calking issue, HVAC issue, faulty smoke detector, plants that were dead in the front. The list goes on and on. I feel like I made a big mistake in buying this home. needless to say, I am very upset.

Everything seems great so far! There are a few little things but nothing too bad. Our sale rep (Crista) and construction manager (Chip) were amazing! They helped us every step of the way and were always available for any questions we had! They made buying our house so easy!

Tom was very helpful in moving the process of home buying smoothly. The assigned project manager Rodney was also very helpful.

I was and am very pleased with the entire process from start to finish. Cynthia and the entire Centex/Pulte Team were genuine in their intent to help us get into our home without any added stress. They were kind, caring and seemed to always be looking out for our best interest. They for sure built a trust and lasting friendship through the process. I can’t thank them enough for making this move a reality for us.

Overall pleased with the process. Would definitely recommend.

If the contractors would do things right the first time and cared about their work then you would get fives all across So many things wrong in my house and it's always a promise coming next week next week never happens It should of been done right the first time I understand things are going to happen, leaving a big drywall hole behind my pedistql sink what a joke so many mess up

Not please with the project manager but everything else was good p.s need to change the type of toilet paper holders because they don't hold large rolls also need to make gutters standard.

Quality of products to build home are LOW. WINDOWS ARE 'CHEAP' type. Paid over 500k, i would expect at least a tilt in but expected double hung style. Craftmanship is average to low. No access to front of attic area over garage or front of house. Layout of home is excellent. Outside looks very nice.

This was the most frustrating and horrible home building/buying experience I have ever had. The construction was sub par. There were constant issues that needed correction. My husband was fixing an electrical issue within one week of closing/moving in that if had gone unnoticed could have started a fire. I will never buy from or recommend this company to anyone.

Love my Pulte home! Great follow-up with Pulte warranty for some minor issues. Lovely Berkshire community.

The experience was good for me

We would certainly buy this home again. Expectations were met or exceeded. Tom in sales was great.

Our realtor was excellent but was outside the builders sales team.

The experience was great all the people from the sales department were excellent and knowledgeable and Karl the construction manager was very responsive.

Well the actual process went of the house being built went ok I guess. My construction managers assured me that all the issues I was seeing would be fixed before closing. This is where my issue started. I was forced to close or have a daily penalty of $200/day until I did. All the while my sheetrock joints and many other things were not fixed as I was promised. I’ve been in my home for over a month and here’s a list of most of my biggest things that need fixed still. They seem to only want to fix one thing at the time and it takes weeks to get that one done. Sheetrock seems all over the house, many places in the trim work,from door doesn’t close properly, painter steps in paint and walked all over my back porch and garage,electrical issues, rust on my cement patio from nails being left on it in the rain, shower heads not directly above/in-line with the water knob. Many things could have been handled before settlement if they cared.

It’s very hard after closing to have workers return to finish all little items that were not complete before closing date. We are 6 weeks post closing and there are still several outstanding issues that should have been complete before closing.

Two things worthy of consideration: First, they install cheap end appliances. Second, they do a really LOUSY job on the interior painting of our home. The home warranty folks are coming today to hopefully repaint everything. If I had to do it over again, I would NOT close on the home until the painting was to my satisfaction. That being said, they have honored their word so far so I expect no issues.

If you can be on site to check things then do so if you know what you are checking. If not hire someone who can check for you. Communicate with sales person and project manager they will keep you informed. Trust them. If there is a problem inform them. Communication is key.

The poor workmanship on the paint and wood work. Still dealing with issues . Never ends!!!

We came around and did the blue tape portion of the walkthrough and I am not sure much has been corrected as there are cracks in the walls, the carpet is coming up, the master bath toilet has issues and so on. I am putting in a ticket today because I want everything fixed.
