The Construction manager Chad Harnar is very nice, helpful, fast, meticulous. He is great man with outstanding problem solving skills. really this guy deserves the best

builder was the highlight of the purchasing process. Mike is extremely helpful and responded to all my questions expeditiously. The loaning component of the purchase was pretty bad. They told us we had to get flood insurance within 3 days of closing.

The purchase of our home was accomplished while traveling and the sales person was extremely helpful in providing information about the house and worked with our realtor so that we were able to complete the transaction smoothly.

We decided we wanted one of these beautiful Centex homes almost a year ago. We fell in love with the models & optimistically picked a 5 Br, 3 Ba home - we’re empty nesters! As our lot was decided, as the slab was poured, as the house was framed - EVERY step along the way, we got updates, texts, photos & we were 2000 miles away. None of this was required, but the sales Rep Danny did it anyway! We moved to within 30 minutes of our future home & visited often. The construction managers Drew, Nick, & Byron continued to update us & answer our questions(& we had a lot!) as progress was made! I cannot say enough about the great job from those 3 guys as well as Danny & Iryna in the front office! Moving a long distance with 3 big dogs & building our 1st new home is a monumental undertaking, but they made it so much easier for us!! We’re now moved in (4 weeks ago) & we’ve seen a few slight imperfections (really slight!), but we absolutely LOVE this house! Complete honesty we have found a lot wrong with the construction of our home. This is understandable and expected but what was unexpected was the builder team continuing to correct/replace/and repair everything me and my wife found. To even go as far as correct issues we ourselves caused during move in!

Before Centex .....we were with other company (Lennar) WORSE/Thieves if you are looking for houses with them go away this lennar company they will steal your money............... best company and option is CENTEX

The process to purchase our home was very simple. We received our home and were very satisfied with the outcome and quality of the home.

We couldn't be happier with our Builder, Mike. Everything was completed before we closed. Very quick and responsive with the very few touch ups that we requested as well.

Everyone I worked with was great. They were able to answer any questions. When we couldn’t get internet service when we first moved in they set us up with a hotspot to use until internet became available. My one complaint is none of the cabinet doors or drawers come with “pulls”. Also the entire house came with “flat” paint which scuffs too easily and is hard to clean up. I wish they would have used a satin finish instead.Our head builder Mike and selling agent CJ have been amazing to work with allowing me to change closing date without penalty and keeping me informed of the building process etc ...
