Poor workmanship. Priced to high. Homes are priced a lot lower now. Nothing but lies .The only good thing they have going for them is Scott the project manager.

Delays in building, run around, not honest.

Terrible experience with the builder, wish I never bought from Centex (Pulte). They talk about delays, but when you see other home being built and your is not, very disappointing. Communication is terrible, updated email don't tell you the truth on what is going on with your home. After the move in so many issue from leaky windows, floors having bubbles, cabinets not installed correctly, access to attic left open. pressure washing horrible, The yard is full of nails, razer blades, cut metals. Doors don't open on close correctly, bedroom shelfing falls down. No bang for your buck with this ...
