What a great first home buying experience -- everyone from the sales rep to the warranty manager have been absolutely wonderful to work with! I dealt with Pulte Mortgage and bought a Centex home. Con: the two companies (two parts of the same company?) do not communicate with each other very well resulting in miscommunication to me. Pulte, within weeks of closing, sold my mortgage creating confusion as to whom and when to make monthly payments. Pro: The home itself is structurally sound, had minor defects which were corrected. The home warranty service appears to be adequate. I called once and the response was satisfactory. Jeff, the construction representative, was informative and helpful. I was not involved in the design process. I purchased a move-in ready home. He worked with my home inspector to ensure items on the inspection list were dealt with. ... More

In the first month of moving in we're finding issues with electrical, internal structure etc. The door frames are cracking up. The seam cracks are showing on the walls within a month. Our previous house was also a new construction and we did not face those issues.

Even is fine for living.

My realtor Brian O’Connor of Realty Austin is the best of the best! I don’t know if I would have found the right house and made it to the closing table without him! I love the location of my home I was intentional about living further out. The builder so far so good and I paid for a private inspection and minimal things had to be addressed. I wish there was a little more sound quality taken into consideration when building these homes for example the study I’m using as an office and at 4 when the kids get home from school in the neighborhood it’s hard to take a meeting because of their laughter and enjoyment which I’m not mad at just wish those little things were taken into consideration when building homes in general and more of a sound control in between bedrooms. Great work with professional team!

The building of the property appears sound. The materials used reflect the price paid and we are satisfied with the results. The builder was responsive when we were doing our final walkthroughs and identifying areas to touch up.

All the staff was excellent through all the phases. Hassle free experience overall.

Jared the Project Manager was on it. He was very helpful and took care of any issue we had. Great Job!
