Centex was horrible to work with. Not putting customers 1st. Houses have tons of issues. And warranty is a pain to submit and vendors refuse to work with customer unless work order is sent from centex.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt I should for this experience. As a first time home buyer, I didn’t know what to expect. I would visit my home every couple of weeks to check the progress and in doing so I noticed some things. First, there was a bottle of pee in one of the bedrooms that spilled over before the carpet was put in. So who knows if it was cleaned properly. Second, there was toilet paper in the guest bathroom as if they were using the toilets instead of the portable restroom right outside my home. As we expressed our concerns during the walk through, we received a lot of back talk from the builder instead of assurance that our dislikes would be taken care of. Very unprofessional. After moving in, I noticed my microwave had been used since there was food crumbs inside. I was told cleaners would come before moving in, but I don’t know what they actually cleaned. The process for requesting things to be fixed after moving in has been smooth, and I wish I could have received this customer service before moving in too. Awesome service from beginning to end

No really good experience during all process, quality and termination of the house was a battle

We recently purchased a new Centex home and everyone from the sales lady to the closing agent could not have been more pleasant and professional to work with. We were guided through the buying process with detailed instructions online and over the phone. Thanks to everyone for making it a good experience for us.

I closed over a month ago and have the same issues i had before closing. They told me we will get all this taken care of and even wrote up a form we both signed and told me within a week it will be done and its been over a month and I have been no showed several times and now just getting blown off with no help. Just need some accountability to keep checks on people

From the moment I signed the buyer’s agreement, the Pulte/Centex team kept me in the loop of the progress and everything that was going on with my home and the building process. Kayla provided me with detailed weekly updates and was always there whenever I had any questions. Towards the end I met the construction manager, Colton, and I was in contact with him pretty much daily up until the closing date. My satisfaction and happiness were extremely important to them and any issues I had were solved very quickly. Even after closing the team has been supportive and have been checking in and solving any issues I’ve come across. I always said I would never purchase a centex home. I should have stuck to what I said. Worst experience ever!!!

Overall a good experience. Jarrod and Izzy were very attentive and respectful. Gave very insightful information about my first home and made it well worth the wait. Had a few issues but they were quick to resolve them. Couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you to those two Gentleman & Centex for providing top notch service. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Summerlyn West is a good neighborhood located closed it 183A highway. The prices in this house are relatively cheaper when compared to other nearby communities.

The construction crew and sales manager were great. Quality of material and working on mortgage could have been better

Low-quality paints, Low-quality carpet, low-quality vinyl flooring.

Charlotte and Raul were a pleasure and definitely made a great home buying experience. Of course there were bumps at times but those folks made it a lot better in the end. Would definitely recommend the experience of biying a home from Centex homes.

The longer I am in my home the more issues arise. Blinds that are falling down, nail holes in the ceilings, no caulking below baseboard, epoxy split and dried on floor, cracks in the walls appearing...NEVER been so disappointed.

Buying experience is okay and no hassle. The post closing experience is fine. Its a little slow to get response but no major complaints.

Unnecessary arguments over move in dates, for a new home there was quite a bit of things that needed to be addressed. Outside of the blatant flaws that was all over the home, the first night my decorative piece on the top of the blinds fell on me in my sleep, there was blue masking tape on my ceiling that I can’t reach, no seal for my shower to the floor, my towel rack in my master bathroom wasn’t screwed in completely resulting in damage now in my bathroom from it scraping, the workers around my home have zero respect. The portal potty is right up against my driveway when they could easily move it to a more comfortable area. They also blast their Mexican high pace music in the night, and they have thrown a notable amount of trash into my back yard, the strangest item I had to clean up was a sweaty soul to a shoe. Last comment I would make is after the home wax built, everything was absolutely filthy. Believe it or not, their mortgage arm was significantly worse to deal with. ... More

I love Pulte Homes! I really enjoyed the entire process of becoming a home owner, from talking with the sales team, the construction manager, etc. Very professional team!

Add 1 month to the estimated closing date they give you, and make sure you hire a 3rd party inspector because there will be shortcuts found that need to be addressed

Spacious open design for family environment. It's a luxury home with an effordable price

Branden was very helpful and kept me updated on the construction. He was very responsive. Nathan and the team assisted very well as well.

Amazing, wonderful experience with Centex

I love my home but I do not like the paint used. Basically I will need to repaint the entire place. You can't clean the walls or doors because the paint is so cheap. Also beware of the sprinkler system. My 1st water bill was $379!

I would get weekly updates from the builders which was great! Closer to closing we did a walk through and the guy was very nice and great at explaining our warranty. Definitely felt heard with any concerns!
