The team in Carlson Place is great from sales to construction to warranty. They were amazing throughout the build and they have been amazing after close as well. This team is a huge asset to Centex! I really appreciated the walk through and checklist that the construction manager and warranty manager provided. John my construction manager, took the time to make sure I understood everything, gave me a thorough tour twice to ensure I had all my questions answered and really seemed to care about the build and about the customer.

These builders are very professional and hard working. They respond quickly to requests and do their best to make sure you are happy with your home.

From start to finish you will be kept well informed. The sales team, construction team, mortgage team and title team are very knowledgeable and will help you through every step of the process.

Centex is a good home Builder.

I am an out of state investor and did everything remotely without ever seeing the property. My broker who is local did the final walkthrough. The whole process went smoothly, and they offered a great mortgage rate. Also, I was able to get it rented within a few weeks at a price that makes this a good investment.

Excellent craftsmanship and customer service.

The sales and construction team were always upfront about any change of plans as the home was being built. I never felt like anyone was hiding anything through the entire process. Design and mortgage were also very simple, closing on my home was a breeze. Couldn’t be happier with our purchase

Was able to get a bigger nicer home that other builders in the area that I was comfortable with and the process was fairly strait forward and easy, less stressful since I had been thru the home buying process before I cancelled that home and moved to Centex. They were helpful and answered all my questions and were there to help along the building process with items I noticed and even with items I hadn’t and were upfront about terms, costs, and timelines to complete these items. We love everything about our house building process!

We are currently in a smaller 1 story home not far from this property. My wife needed more room. After searching numerous floor plans and her desire to have a much bigger WIC (Walk In Closet), we decided on the Kisko model. The Elevation model "M" also provided a front porch although a bit small. Juast liked the design.

Excellent customer service , A1 professionalism from sales and construction! Both Abel and Javier made this process a breeze! My family and I are extremely satisfied! Job well done Centex!

We're first time home buyers and went in expecting it to be very complicated and stressful. However, we had the exact opposite experience. From picking all our upgrades to the home mortgage process it was all relatively easy and painless. I've already referred my friends to Pulte/Centex!
