My buying process was lightening fast. However I did miss out on lots of perks. I’m still finding things that were awarded to me that I didn’t take advantage of. I’m slowly becoming familiar with my new home. There are thinks that have not been repaired or corrected as of today. I was told they would be addressed at the 3mo review ie the garage door, the rain bird sensor and the dryer vent. Overall I’m very pleased with my new home and would like to go over it again with a representative

The entire process from beginning to end was wonderful. The only issue i had was with the disrespectful underwriter lady who talked down to me the entirety of the conversation then hung up on me. Not everyone you deal with are ignorant and unintelligent. If I want my house in my family trust, put it in my family trust. Dont try to belittle, talk down or disrespect me in the process. I just paid for my house straight cash how dare they try to disrespect me, my family or my realtor. So very happy with our hike. The entire process so so seamless and painless. Everyone we came across was extremely helpful from Jennifer in the office to our construction manager David. Our construction manager is extremely knowledgeable about our home is most definitely the blueprint and the ultimate goal of what someone in that role should be. We are so happy and have not had a single issue. We absolutely in love and obsessed with our new home.

Overall experience was great. I do wish there took into consideration homeowners preferences in yards and gave more space in between homes rather than trying to fit more into the subdivision. Additionally underground sprinkling should be on a central recollection line to help mitigate costs for homeowners.

It all began with Don he was amazing and his customer service was exceptional. He went over and beyond to ensure our first time home buying experience was successful. We absolutely love our new home especially how it is built. It’s beautiful on the outside and inside. Brick on the outside and the rooms are spacious, the bathrooms or gorgeous. Love the master bedroom it is so big almost as big as the living room. I have recommended Pulte to others. If you buy a home here you will never regret it!

There are some issues noted right before closing. There was lot of miscommunication during this process. Caused some stress with builder representative. I wish that was smooth.

The quality of the products. When it comes to the trims. Painting and etc it was not worth it. Gray was not easy to work with. If it were issues when I came to him to let him know what was incorrect. He acted as if he was offended when I question him. I closed on the home and shouldn’t have until everything was done correctly. After closing I see things more and more are incorrect. Gray made my experience worse.
