I had nothing, but awful experiences with Center. I will never ever in my life go with you again or Pulte for that matter.

Overall experience was and still is under satisfactory. From the loan side, construction side, and the products. We still having to fix the issues and we just moved in on August 29th. My home was not done properly that our thrust and frames were off and it needed to get redone. Plus cracks on the concrete, paints peeling off, cabinets peeling off. I can go on and on. Y'all are trying to correct everything that is wrong to this day. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with your company. I will never ever recommend you all to anyone. They installed the incorrect HVAC system on my new home and refuse to resolve the issue. My energy bill has doubled and water drips inside the closet onto the flooring. I've had to file complaints with TDLR, and the Better Business Bureau. Stay away from this builder as they will not admit to any mistakes. This has made the whole experience with CENTEX a very bad one and I would never use this builder again and I highly recommend you stay away from this builder.

Terrible experience from start to finish

If you’re looking to build a home the experience can be fun and enjoyable just not with this particular builder centex/Pulte from What I experienced I certainly wouldn’t recommend it. Everything from the lending to the building was horrific what they produce is not quality work with integrity.
