We had a little problems at the beginning but besides that everything went well

Everyone was very helpful and polite throughout the whole process, as with any construction job there were a few hiccups but they got it taken care of in a timely manner. The quality of the materials and finishing touches were lacking a little, but we did get an EXCELLENT price. Overall we are satisfied with the outcome.

Just make sure you have your finances and credit together before you start the process. You have to be really patient because it's a long and stressful process. But at then end, you will be very pleased. The seller and contractor were great! Thanks for everything!

I believe there should be a better explanation from the moment you are introduced to the neighborhood construction and details of the home .

Entire team worked together to ensure house was ready. Field Manager always followed through on all requests and was always available to answer questions.

I am very pleased with my new home and with the home-buying process with Centex. They are timely, friendly, and helpful. The builders did a pretty good job keeping me informed and updated. The only issue I have really had so far is that I closed on my home about seven weeks ago and have yet to receive the "touch-up" paint that I was told would be available after closing. Aside from that, I am still excited and happy to have had my home built by Centex!

I love our new home and considering it’s our first they were very helpful in every way from beginning to end and helped with all of our questions and it was definitely worth it in the end and I can say for everyone that they are very helpful and helped me get my first home and I couldn’t be happier to be living in this house and it’s all thanks to Centex for making it possible. The price was right, but the whole process has been a headache. To the point where we almost backed out of the deal. Still dealing with issues getting things completed and it’s been almost 2 months after we moved in.
