I had a great experience with centex home..

As a first time home buyer I had alot of questions..the centex group including the builders(especially the builder) right down to the underwriting team was amazing. I always got the answers for my questions and I never felt like I was being a burden or asking for to much. It was a learning experience and a very communicative one as well. I was updated on the progress once a week and sometimes more if anything occurred. You get 2 walk throughs on the home before you close, so anything you see that need to be fixed will be marked and fixed by your second walk through. What's even better is centex homes come with a warranty so of you missed something during the walk through you can make a list of things to be done( which im sure will be minimal if any) and they will come and fix it. I am very happy my husband and I chose Centex as our builders and I highly recommend them. ... More
