I have had all great experiences so far. Alison has been very informative and helpful each time I called. Alison and Ernest walked around and also educated me on how to upkeep maintenance of the property and they both advised if I need anything to contact them directly. I really appreciate that extra mile of knowing someone is a phone call away to point me in the right direction, when I have questions.

Kyle did an amazing job during the build process. Weekly calls updated us on progress of construction including what had been completed since our last call and what would be completed in the coming week. Also, he was always available to text and responded very quickl. Excellent job!!

Customer service during the building process was excellent and now after we moved in it’s been great!

From the moment you stop in to take a look at the Denton,TX community to the day you take Possession and even afterward you will be happy to have chose. The Centex and Pulte Mortgage team. They all exceeded every expectation, hats off to you all and thank you for making this an excellent experience all around. I love the neighborhood and would recommend it to anyone that wants the same all around quality and service!!!

Inspect your home way before you close, otherwise, I would buy from Centex again.

The process was very easygoing. The offering of models is comprehensive and the pricing and incentives are competitive! Communication was second to none and the way they manage the buying process, start to finish left us with no question that we made the right choice. Even construction communication was incredible. We were kept informed every step of the way. The finished product is beautiful!

It has been a great experience. The Centex team was amazing. We received weekly calls from Monica and Chad with updates about the progress of our new home, future changes, etc. The quality of our house is great, we are enjoying it. 100% recommended!

We have found several issues within the 30 day warranty of initially purchasing the home that makes us question if the home can support or last us in the long run. The fact that they don’t finish painting the garage is another issue. This was not mentioned during the purchasing process. We have found a water bottle in our background full of urine. It was removed, however why was it in our backyard to begin with? They give you 1 point of contact for the 30 day warranty, which is time consuming because that person has 20-30 other things to do in addition to helping us. A dedicated person would have been more helpful and less stressful. The 30 day warranty should be extended to 60 days because we are still finding issues within the home. ... More

From start to finish, the buying experience was pretty straightforward and easy. We love the overall design and layout of the house. There a few dings here and there, all minor, but builders have been quick to respond so far to fix them. The overall temperature insulation is excellent but one needs to add to the sound insulation inside the house.

Working with Centex was an awesome experience, thanks in large part to Vernon. He was such a great guy to work with, especially for us as first-time home buyers from out of state. He made everything smooth and straightforward, guiding us through the whole process with weekly updates and answering any questions we had. What set Vernon apart was his genuine interest in our needs and concerns. He was always ready to help, fixing all the things we spotted during the walk-throughs. His attention to detail and dedication to making us happy was something we couldn't help but appreciate. But it's not just about business with Vernon. Overall experience was great. Home needs minor touch ups but overall amazing great product for value/price

Our family was looking for a house out of state. While there are a lot of stresses and frustrations looking for a house in your own town,looking for one out of state was scary to say the least. I can say with confidence that centex homes made the process clear, concise, and realistic. We received the best service I believe in house shopping and our home was build with quality. Any minor issue we're addressed quickly, and delays were explained and followed up on in a timely manner. I again feel confident with my purchase from Centex. My future house shopping will be done with Centex homes.

Mark was an awesome builder super friendly extremely responsive! Answered and or corrected everything in record speed and time, super thankful to have him as our builder. The house is truly becoming our home. Sound carries throughout the house the pull through returns above every bedroom and paper thin doors I wish we could change.

Purchasing our first home was a long process but everyone involved made sure we got through everything. Even after purchasing the home, the builders have been very professional with us. Francisco has been amazing and a pleasure to work with. He’s always fixed any issues that have come up.

I would like to say please be mindful of the salesman that is assisting you. Not all are truthful. I love my home but there are little things about the home such as some of the doors we can not put down decorative rugs due to the doors are too low to the ground in order to open the doors with the rug, we have to move the rug every time which is such a inconvenience. Some doors don’t latch meaning the lock on the door doesn’t matter since it doesn’t fully close. The best thing I would say about our home is that it stays cool in doors which is a plus for hot days. When we first moved in the a/c wasn’t working properly and this is a NEW HOME which was a shocker. A/c was fixed when we put an order in now the a/c is working properly. We had to get the plug fixed where our refrigerator was due to the plug in on the wall was bad the plug kept causing our refrigerator to unplug, but we put in an order to have the plug in looked at and now it’s working properly. Other than those things our home is nice so happy to be a first time buyer my family and I are so blessed. Thank you Centex for helping my family and I buy our new home. :) ... More

It’s really good houses, comfortable and everything it’s amazing

Quality home, great communication and great service by this builder.

As you all know, buying a house can be very stressful and overwhelming even when you get everything they ask of. However, I hand my hat to this amazing team at centex homes. From putting the house under contract, the approval process, through the building process then closing, I mean it was as smooth as I could have never imagine. The communication and learning process was great with Lorenzo, even after we close. Y family and I pleased with the choice we be made and we are happy to be part of this fast growing community! Other than some delays during the build process, everything went very smoothly. Even with these delays, we closed right on time. Our salesman got us from buy date to close date, keeping us in the loop the entire time.
