Being organized and flexible with the Centex builder and loan team helps facilitate the process.

Because of the market trend, although Centex reduced prices of the homes that were to be delivered in Dec 2022 but they also reduced the quality of the electronic items they gave us and looking at bathrooms, living room it tells me that they tried to do cost cutting in quite a few places. The Eletrical Range, Dishwasher thats given to us looks to be open box as they both have issues opening and closing doors/drawers and the logo is half cut.

Keren (sales manager ) is so good at proving the updates and follow ups Anu - loan office manager , I was tired with submittting several documents , Ani is so kind and helpful in documentation process , she explained why the documents are necessary for processing Ali - builder , happpy to work with her again , she is friendly and pointed several cosmetics while closure which I can’t see , also she helped in fixing few minor thing as well . Great to work with above ladies Note : Centex homes quality may be needs to improve mainly the doors across all over the house

Few problem found. It was on the inspection report, but not fixed.

Vernon and Julio were very helpful from start to finish. Started working with Julio who provided me with weekly updates and photos on how my build going and answered any questions I had allaying my fears and concerns. Vernon always took his time to explain to the teeth anything that was asked of him. He was cordial, prompt and quick to respond even when busy. Vernon took it up a notch from where Julio stopped and most importantly, he was very helpful and educated me on the after closing requirement for my new build. Thanks Vernon and Julio.

My construction manager has not responded to my requests promptly..

We had a great experience building with Centex. We love our home. There have certainly been things that need to be fixed, some details could have been completed better but the team is responsive and comes to fix them when necessary.

Sales rep Jennifer and builder Josh have take care of my issues through the face from contract to closing. Had some hiccups but got addressed later on , mostly satisfied customer

As a first time home buyer, my experience was amazing. Whole process was seamless and on time. The house is great for the amount paid. I am happy with the builders and the administrative personnel. Everyone was professional and courteous throughout the whole process.

Overall a cheap quality home. Everything in the home is basic and nothing is of great quality. Centex employees over promise and under deliver. I would never go for Centex again

Pulte Homes is a large corporation with many different subsidiary companies. From Sales, mortgage, insurance, builders, and finally Title company employees. All of them were very attentive, courteous, and helpful. The mortgage company reps were especially helpful and eager to try to have us come under their umbrella. One drawback to the constant attention was it was difficult to break away with a different company for any part of the purchase. And, the only somewhat annoying thing, was how many reviews I had to do after it was done. I think this is the third review I have given. I had a update weekly sometimes daily if I was working out of town. Pictures were sent to me, questions were answered no matter what day it was they would text back, then follow up the next day. They explained all the little details of why or what things meant. Still to this day they will answer questions after I have moved in. I have been told that the experience I had with Centex is unheard of with builders. I tell everyone my great experiences I had and have with Centex.

Rhonda was amazing, and so was Vernon! Rhonda was there for me every step of the way! I love the area, neighborhood, and most of all my home! I would recommend Centex/Pulte Homes to anyone. I am extremely satisfied!!

My experience with Centex was fantastic, the superintendent Josh and Jonathan were awesome they called me every week to give me updates anything I had a concern with they took care of right away very responsive could not have asked for a better experience. Even the sales woman was fantastic she was involved and took videos for us as well during the construction phase I would highly recommend Centex to anyone buying a home whether it’s your first home or multiple homes. Best homebuying experience I’ve ever had and this is my fifth home.

Building and moving into our new home was a very smooth process. Our project manager Julio was awesome to work with and made things happen. Love how they’re still easily available after closing.

Suprr smooth experience, they finish the house on the time frame they gave us, we barely have anything to "fix" after the walkaround. Pretty happy and satisfied.
