My Builder Julio was such a sweet heart. Any time I had a question he was quick to answer it, or at least always tried to find the answer if he didn’t know. He called every week with updates on the home and kept me informed about inspections. Julio takes a lot of pride in his work as well as his team. My home turned out beautifully with no issues after moving in. Thank you Julio!

Overall the house is great. My only issue was been the quality on two parts of the house, the first and main one is the fence, its cleary visible they just rushed to put up a fence, its not aligned straight at all, its obvious they used the cheapest materials they got their hands on and to top it off the corner of my fence just pops open its easily one of the worst built fence I have seen and im not the only who thinks that because the neighbors have expressed the same. The second is the grass same with the fence just seemed to be rushed. Another issue I have had was to get any response time to resolve issues I have had at my home, I been there almost two months and I have yet to get anybody to fix the flooring and garage wall issues that I have reported since the moment we moved in, my wife has taken off 3 days because they only tell me they will go and they never do, I have called again and asked for a date that they can assure me they will come and get fixed and I get told they cannot give a certain date. Garage paint was chipped, brought it up twice and was told someone would be out yo fix it and no one ever showed up. Dryer breaker keeps tripping. House is not of quality for amount paid for

I have unfinished job at my home, that I have been calling concern authorities to come and complete, they keep pushing me around .the wooden frame by my a washer need to be installed

Recently I moved to Centex home at WinnRidge. The home buying process was smooth but the quality of the house is not up to the mark. The carpet is very thin and everywhere nails are there. Asked to fix the same but the manager told if they fix the nails it will remove the warranty. Really not happy with the process and product quality.

The Quality is what you would demand of yourself if building your own home.

Very unhappy with the landscaping. The grass in both the front and back yard was and still very bad. Very disappointed.

Would definitely recommend Centex for family and friends

I don't care about some of the petty rules the company made. I needed them to accommodate my schedule and not for me to accommodate theirs. This meeting all the time was not going to fit my schedule when email and texting would work. Don't state the obvious. I can read. They were way behind getting my home done and the excuse was that the shortage of what ever was the cause. Other houses started way after mine were being completed. Work should have been diverted to finishing my home as promised. Home quality sucks and things I mentioned were a problem were never reviewed and fixed. I was so desperate to get into my home that I just moved and fixed myself (I am 69 yo female). I was informed that it was not like my house cost a million dollars and imperfection was to be expected on some things. This was my million dollar home!! ... More

Great experience. Kristen & Chip were big help in need whole process.

Centex has a very cool design and in house amenities. The community is awesome. I had a great experience during and after purchasing my home from Centex. Above all, the staffs are great and truly cares.

Overall the experience was sub par. I’ll start by saying our construction manager was fantastic throughout the entire process. The house however is already showing is lack of workmanship. We have horribly poor mud and tape throughout the ceiling and some walls of the entire house and are in the process of having the framers and drywallers get back out in order to scrape, re mud and tape and then reapply the texture and paint for both up and down stairs. Definitely not the best way to start off living in a home after waiting for 10 months to move in. Loads of other simple quality control issues for example poor finish on some of our cabinets, not receiving the correct door handles and having them have to be replaced, scratches on mirrors which are being replaced and issues with the AC intermittently not working. All in all we will benefit greatly from the market increasing and without having the warranty take care of all of the repairs we absolutely would never consider building with them again. Poor communication from sales on day one resulting in the price of the house being higher than it should have when we originally signed. ... More

Lack of quality and no pride in work

We had a fantastic experience from the pre-approval process all the way through closing.

30 days after you move, everything changes. There may still be things to fix but you are forgotten about. Everyone becomes less responsive. Until you get nothing. I not talking 3-6 months. I’m talking 31-45 days.

They help make the house buying process easy.

The houses have very good quality, the price is in line with what one expects to pay for a house that we call HOME, and the sector is quiet and safe, in addition to being a beautiful place to live. Just one detail when we visited the model house for the first time, which was that they told us that the houses included the security system and alarms, and when we received it they told us that they did not...

Overall the home is great but they cut alot of corners that I didn't notice until I fully moved in. Some things I'm already have to call warranty on less than 30 days in my home.

I did not have the best customer experience from the sales through the build experience. Once we signed the contract, we felt like a number and not a client. Poor communication throughout the process. We pointed out several build quality issues throughout build. Only closer of the build came in and tried to rectify the issues we pointed out and could provide honest answers and time frames.

It’s been a great experience.

The builder is amazing. Whenever I contacted him, he replied so quickly. He was very caring.
