Our family was looking for a house out of state. While there are a lot of stresses and frustrations looking for a house in your own town,looking for one out of state was scary to say the least. I can say with confidence that centex homes made the process clear, concise, and realistic. We received the best service I believe in house shopping and our home was build with quality. Any minor issue we're addressed quickly, and delays were explained and followed up on in a timely manner. I again feel confident with my purchase from Centex. My future house shopping will be done with Centex homes.

It’s really good houses, comfortable and everything it’s amazing

The builder is amazing. Whenever I contacted him, he replied so quickly. He was very caring.

Overall the house is great! Some trash that I had to pick up on move in day all around the exterior of the house and small dings in the kitchen that could have been repaired better but overall great all around purchase, very happy with my new home. Tyler did a great job explaining all the details of the house and Jeff was awesome with the home purchasing process. Mark at the office one of the coolest people I’ve met always happy and made the whole purchase of the house even more exciting.

Great value for the house we had built!

Entire team worked together to ensure house was ready. Field Manager always followed through on all requests and was always available to answer questions.

I am very pleased with my new home and with the home-buying process with Centex. They are timely, friendly, and helpful. The builders did a pretty good job keeping me informed and updated. The only issue I have really had so far is that I closed on my home about seven weeks ago and have yet to receive the "touch-up" paint that I was told would be available after closing. Aside from that, I am still excited and happy to have had my home built by Centex!

This was a pretty simple process as everyone on the team helped with the smooth transition.

Very Good experience, specially with the sales management team. Centex should be the first choice when shopping for houses.

Pulte Homes is a large corporation with many different subsidiary companies. From Sales, mortgage, insurance, builders, and finally Title company employees. All of them were very attentive, courteous, and helpful. The mortgage company reps were especially helpful and eager to try to have us come under their umbrella. One drawback to the constant attention was it was difficult to break away with a different company for any part of the purchase. And, the only somewhat annoying thing, was how many reviews I had to do after it was done. I think this is the third review I have given. I had a great experience overall. Janel and Cameron was great, always kept me updated on the process and answered any questions during a timely matter. They were Awesome!

Centex called me plenty of times to deliver updates on the house and for our first time buying a home it went very smooth. Don was great to work with as well as Kenny and Andrew. They made us feel secure in buying our new home and when issues arose they provided quick solutions such as when they had to put a different type of brick in.

Fantastic commitment to customer service.

Solid builder, with solid product offerings. Staff is very helpful. The quality of the materials is good, the workmanship could use a little improvement, but the overall experience was great.

Sale agent and field manager were mainly the best with communication. Answered to any questions within!!! Brought solutions to all concerns and gave good feed back. The have great costumer service and the house is quality!!!

Thank you for amazing home buying experience

I had a very good experience with Centex from 0 to 100. The sales office was very helpful and responsive to our concerns . The builder maintained on time communications regarding progress of my house and site manager was very cooperative and helpful.

Beware of the backyard. Pulte/cemtex did not level the back yard before they put down the sod. The backyard has very deep dips.
