The sales agent was great, after we moved in or after purchasing the home, it became very hard to get any assistance from Centex representative. No response from the customer service number we were given. We still have issues that need fixing, the post inspection guys never showed up either in two consecutive appointments.

I love almost everything about my house. However, the only reason I wouldn’t go all out to give 5 stars for everything is because I don’t like the way the backyard was built.

Our experience with Centex was a journey with a clear destination. During this journey we meet with handful of sales rep. Jesse and Don, they are amazing. The construction rep Lucky is the Man. Other Centex reps were met along the line we also great. There is still room for improvement. On the Pulte side, Shawn was super amazing. Always a phone call away. Thumps up Shawn! In future we would still like to patronize Centex and recommend them to friends and family members. However, regarding not painting the garage, Centex never did well. I think leveraging on the 'City provision which did not require builders to paint garages' is a dent to your road towards customers' satisfaction. To me, a building incomplete if the garage is not painted. The garage was not even paint ready. It was left on the dry wall stage. To paint, one must do stages of before- pre-paint work. It cost us close to $1000 to get our garage painted. In all, the good news is that I saw garages of homes built from mid-August till date are being painted. This is a welcome development. The people have been absolutely great and we love our new home. The quality of the work done wasn’t as amazing; minor cosmetic issues.

They are known as one of the most fair and affordable builders in my area. They really give you a bang for your buck. The upgrade options are pretty good, however I wish I had a few more choices when it came to colors (both inside and out). They are very communicative throughout the build process and they take your concerns seriously. I am pretty happy with my new home. Very few problems and the few I had were due to contractor shortages/resources and have been quickly resolved.

Everyone who works here are very kind! At some point i feel like the company rushes the job to get the house finished and the workers leave some of things completely presentable. Or maybe im just really picky. Trying to get ahold of someone after closing when i have something going on in my house is kinda hard.

Builder Tyler did great job taking care of our concerns or any questions we have.

Have a 4 foot crack in the ceiling. I've contacted the builder rep and the sales manager is aware. The crack appeared on 11-15-19 it is now 12-11-19 and still no one has came by to look at to get it repaired.

For instance, my outside backyard filled with trashes(I cleaned it) and no grass has been planted outside fence, heavy rains comes up, all the ground debris and muds comes to my backyard.

Overall the house is great. My only issue was been the quality on two parts of the house, the first and main one is the fence, its cleary visible they just rushed to put up a fence, its not aligned straight at all, its obvious they used the cheapest materials they got their hands on and to top it off the corner of my fence just pops open its easily one of the worst built fence I have seen and im not the only who thinks that because the neighbors have expressed the same. The second is the grass same with the fence just seemed to be rushed. Another issue I have had was to get any response time to resolve issues I have had at my home, I been there almost two months and I have yet to get anybody to fix the flooring and garage wall issues that I have reported since the moment we moved in, my wife has taken off 3 days because they only tell me they will go and they never do, I have called again and asked for a date that they can assure me they will come and get fixed and I get told they cannot give a certain date. Overall the home is great but they cut alot of corners that I didn't notice until I fully moved in. Some things I'm already have to call warranty on less than 30 days in my home.

The experience was great the builder contacted me ever week and updated me with the status of the home and took care of any discrepancies there was before the house was given to me

The builder made the experience very pleasant with the way all the communication and timelines were presented. Post move in they still remained in contact and had visits to ensure that we were happy with the finished product.

My Builder Julio was such a sweet heart. Any time I had a question he was quick to answer it, or at least always tried to find the answer if he didn’t know. He called every week with updates on the home and kept me informed about inspections. Julio takes a lot of pride in his work as well as his team. The houses have very good quality, the price is in line with what one expects to pay for a house that we call HOME, and the sector is quiet and safe, in addition to being a beautiful place to live. Like the home. Although my plants in the front are very dead from the snow fall. I wasn't moved in by that time so those plants should be replaced.

The builders did a great job. I have only been here for a month but have found no issues at all. I really appreciate the builder's supervisor, A.J. she was amazing. She was always available when I had questions, she was very thorough when explaining my house during my walk through.

Bought our house with Centex in June. The process and staff we worked with were great. They were very informative and helpful. Only issue we had was with the quality of workmanship primarily with the concrete work. First we had to have our entire pad walking up to the front door floated (lt is now a different color than my walkway up to the house and driveway) because the concrete was pooling with water and not level. It also had gouge marks in it from them using the backside of a hammer to break off mortar that had fallen and dried on it. The difference in color although not a big deal is frustrating when you pay $420,000 for a brand new house. The driveway also had many small holes and one the size of a baseball in it which again was fixed but looks a different color. The curb in front of our house was not lined up with the existing curb so there is about a 1” bump out in the curb connecting to our driveway from the rest of it. Lastly the 1” bump up going into the garage was chipped on the edge and we had to ask them to repair it. This agin does not look like the rest of the slab and noticeably stands out. It will inevitably fail aging as well since it’s right on the edge so that’s frustrating. Overall house is beautiful but concrete work is terrible. The finish on my 230,000 house in Savannah was much nicer than this one which is almost double the price. ... More

We are loving our new home. Mason (builder) has been fantastic. He makes sure that every feature of our new home is working and that we know how to use it. He goes way beyond what we expected in a builder.
