Overall a great home but quality of material could be a bit better for the value being paid

These houses have major electrical issues. They're not wired correctly. There's massive drains issues. I was told I would have a warranty walkthrough at 30 days and still nothing. I had to replace 2 appliances in the first week because of the wiring. Breakers flip constantly. The response and the HOA are also extremely disappointing. If I had to do it over again I certainly wouldn't purchase here.

The process from initial was stressful, but at the end it was great.

We had a great experience with Centex! Our builder was amazing and responsive prior to and after closing. The warranty team is awesome and are quick to come out and look at a problem. The overall product is great and we love our new house!

Moved in my home for a month now. Have had electrical issues, plumbing problems, and hvac issues. To this day still waiting for the electrical issues to be resolved. Imagine buying a $400,000 and not having electricity for multiple days in master bathroom and bath. Being told it will be a few days before someone comes out. Even though you see the electrical company working down the street a few houses down on homes that aren’t complete. Imagine them finally coming and not fixing the issue, then having to reschedule again. 2 weeks of getting dressed in the dark. But no one has an answer. Most important is to have a good realtor, Elizabeth was mine, she was awesome, introduced us to Jordan the sales manager, he was very nice and answered all our questions, we also met Dallas the construction manager, he really was great at giving us updates on Our new home, so glad we went with a new build, best decision ever

Overall experience is good, worth buying a house with Centex. Good builder, good price

Really nice experience, getting to see the house being built from the ground up!

Overall, it was a good buying experience and up to this point the core structure/ home appears good but as we have settled in we have notice a lot of little things that your eyes aren't drawn to during walk throughs. Additionally, we continually voiced concern about the lawn and didn't get it fixed before hand, I think they honestly used a terrible and cheap lawn provider who didn't do a good job. Overall, felt the price was too high but that's probably a sign of the market and times. They were able to offer a last minute discount but in my opinion it was still overpriced from there but every house we looked at during that time was the same. ... More

It was my first home buying experience. Though I was new to this, centex personnel has provided all the info and education regarding home buying. I suggest all the new buyers to trust centex in home buying.

As a first time homebuyer who had been searching for a couple or years, it was refreshing to see a builder that took the time to keep us updated and take care of us. We were made aware of what was going on, every step of the way. And due to the market declining, they even gave us a discount! I don't think I've ever heard of another builder doing so. It was very much appreciated! I understand this area is not as high demand, and profits needs to be made, but it would be nice to have a small park or community area. There's still plenty of land left to do so. I feel it would definitely bring people in, vs the other neighborhoods around us. I also understand that cuts had to be made and supply chain issues are still very much there. But it would have been nice to have more options on the materials used, or the appliances. I wouldn't have mjnded paying for higher quality items. Hopefully now that things have calmed down, they will go back to that. Other than that, I don't have any more complaints. The process of buying a house is very tiresome but when you get a dedicated team of professionals like the one at Centex they make it more easy that's what I learnt.

I had a wonderful buying experience while leaving at the home I’ve had some issue that where quickly addressed in a timely manner unfortunately the floors seem sorta cheap and part of the shower head is coming off and the back door gets stuck it hard to open and close but other than that I’ve had a 4star experience

The rooms are so pretty and big

Fast and easy home buying process. Great first family home we have ever bought and couldn’t complain about anything so far.

Brittney, our sales agent was great! She was extremely helpful and always responded to us with any questions or concerns we had during the building and buying process. Jake was our construction manager and also took time to help us with any questions we had throughout everything. They both had wonderful customer service and it made this process much easier than expected! Thank you! Also, the house is beautiful and exactly what we wanted :)

If I had to do it all again I wouldn’t purchase a home under the centex brand name. The homes are cheap and a lot of corners were cut wen building this home. I am just glad we have the warranty to fix the issues

Builder follow through left a lot to be desired.
