The house looks and feels amazing! The staff was always available to answer any questions we had about the property, the buying process or anything we needed. Even during the COVID-19 lock downs the entire team was always in touch with us and providing us with regular updates.

This is my second experience to buy home in Texas. Centex consultants are professional and have excellent communication skills during the process of purchase.

As a first time homebuyer who had been searching for a couple or years, it was refreshing to see a builder that took the time to keep us updated and take care of us. We were made aware of what was going on, every step of the way. And due to the market declining, they even gave us a discount! I don't think I've ever heard of another builder doing so. It was very much appreciated! I understand this area is not as high demand, and profits needs to be made, but it would be nice to have a small park or community area. There's still plenty of land left to do so. I feel it would definitely bring people in, vs the other neighborhoods around us. I also understand that cuts had to be made and supply chain issues are still very much there. But it would have been nice to have more options on the materials used, or the appliances. I wouldn't have mjnded paying for higher quality items. Hopefully now that things have calmed down, they will go back to that. Other than that, I don't have any more complaints.
