The entire team is amazing from the start to the end every person I dealt with was professional and very helpful. Tawana explained the buying process to the building clearly. It was a joy to work with Patrick and hear how much pride he takes in building each home. I love the weekly updates I received from both and every call and text of mine were always answered. The team is superb! I would recommend this team and builder to everyone looking to buy a new home.

Affordable houses in peaceful community

Home builder, Grey, was great!

Happy with the home however very disappointed with the lawn, trees, bushed are already dying. Also brand new but a lot of cover ups. Kitchen floor scratched windows not working. Window Screen not on. front, back and garage door all have issues. already.

The builder has some great people working for them. You’re in good hands!

Everything went so smoothly with our home purchase. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Skylar and Jake were both fantastic and helpful through out the whole process.

Builders were very friendly, professional, courteous and kind in every way. They communicated efficiently and promptly. Patrick in particular is an amazing builder that will explain things in many different ways until you get it!!

Patrick the Construction Manager was very thorough and kept me updated regarding the progress of my home!

There are open areas in my roof line as I can see light from my attic asking my whole front entry walkway, when it is on. Very poor caulking job outside and especially above my tub. Along the floor as well they are not all clean lines and trim work has flaws. Very messy and ugly. Paint specs all over on my floor. Lumps under my carpeting, my garage door does not close all the way to the cement and the ground is not level with the garage door. Shotty concrete work under the brick by my garage. Random concrete in bricks that was slapped in after the fact and is a different color cement. Clumps of concrete on my sidewalk. Everything was rushed at the end to close before year end and that can be reflected in sub part quality. ... More

Great experience, all around! Very experience from knowledgeable professionals.

I expected better quality in materials, we recently had a water leak outside in the sprinkler system and they took over two weeks to fix it.

Every step of the way we were informed of the progress and Dallas our builder did a great job of making sure any concerns were met.

Everyone has been super attentive and have shown us everything we need to do if something were to happen in the future. Thank you!

Such a smooth process with Centex! We had Skyler as our sales consultant and she was a huge part in why we chose Centex! Anthony and Eric were the best field managers! They went out of their way to explain the process in detail, answering all of our questions in a timely matter!
