There are open areas in my roof line as I can see light from my attic asking my whole front entry walkway, when it is on. Very poor caulking job outside and especially above my tub. Along the floor as well they are not all clean lines and trim work has flaws. Very messy and ugly. Paint specs all over on my floor. Lumps under my carpeting, my garage door does not close all the way to the cement and the ground is not level with the garage door. Shotty concrete work under the brick by my garage. I have the biggest case of buyers remorse. Plastic faucets on a 245k house? Lawn is full of weeds. Builder does not respond in a timely manner. Cheap fixtures make me so sad. I had a history maker home that was much better quality and the builder was top notch. I am beyond sad about my home but feel stuck with it.

Moved in my home for a month now. Have had electrical issues, plumbing problems, and hvac issues. To this day still waiting for the electrical issues to be resolved. Imagine buying a $400,000 and not having electricity for multiple days in master bathroom and bath. Being told it will be a few days before someone comes out. I have a lot to appreciate this company like the neighborhood and the house manager(Mark) are two of the main things I would like to appreciate Mark has really great responsive tendencies he is always there to help with issues and even if he can’t he always tries his best to satisfy customer and for that I would like to thank him. If I had to do it all again I wouldn’t purchase a home under the centex brand name. The homes are cheap and a lot of corners were cut wen building this home. I am just glad we have the warranty to fix the issues

The night we closed, about 20 minutes after we walked into the house for the first time, I found a leak in the wall. Supposedly there was an issue with a piece of the back siding, so the hose bib needed to be removed in order to complete repairs. After the hose bib was replaced, it wasn’t screwed back on tight enough so water was leaking in the wall for an unknown amount of time. Better customer service and communication

Overall experience was not the best… communication was not great. I had a few issues come up and lack of communication. I was told if we have questions, someone would be an assistance. Had some landscaping issues, work order was placed and they showed up after 5 pm. Someone was suppose to be there to assist and communicate back with me because I was not home at the time of the appointment and no one was there to communicate to even let me know the work was done.

The home buying experience for Pulte/Centex was not a pleasurable one that’s for sure. The entire financing process was a joke. People not responding, not reading through documents submitted, delayed reviews of time critical pieces of information, more than I care to write in this review. This was a fumbled, mismanaged and unprofessional way to handle people’s financing and overall one of the worst interactions I’ve had as a consumer. I feel like I was pushed into thinking all the issues at each walk through would be completed and any issues would be fixed asap. The only person who has been great so far and actually communicates is Doug my service manager. My electrician no showed for a outlet that is missing which is a code violation. Made me miss a work day using PTO even after confirming that morning! Lots of Issues and broken promises

These houses have major electrical issues. They're not wired correctly. There's massive drains issues. I was told I would have a warranty walkthrough at 30 days and still nothing. I had to replace 2 appliances in the first week because of the wiring. Breakers flip constantly. The response and the HOA are also extremely disappointing. If I had to do it over again I certainly wouldn't purchase here.

Pulte did not Follow through.

Pulte Did not follow through on agreement for 30 day follow up Inspection. 4 months after my home closing I am still left with broken door that would not open Even if a fire broke out and windows that I can not see out of.
