Juan Pablo was easily the best part of our experience. We had heard dreadful stories of people dealing with builders, but JP exceeded our expectations. He walked us through each part of the process and was always available for questions/ concerns.

Overall the house is not on the standards that I was expecting. The final product has poor workmanship quality. No attention to detail whatsoever.

I do not recommend anybody buying a home from here. Cheap material

I like my Centex home, but feel that for the price, there could have been better flooring and grass in the back yard.

This was my first time buying a home, it was a smooth process from start to finish! All my questions got answered in a timely matter and everyone I came into contact with was very friendly.

Attic’s are not useful because the house is not built well.

Our builder Matt was incredible to work with. Very respectful, responsive and informed us all the way through.

We love our home. Dislike the process. Final closing figures was not what was on the actual document. Slow to respond asked for the same documents several times when they already had it. Poor communication between the different departments that should be working together. The bad outweighed the good here.

They do not level the back yard for drainages unless they put the grass, my house did not include grass on the back and since we moved in and weeks prior to closing my yard was flooded and told many times my construction manager and never fix it, it’s been 3 months since we moved in and I still have the same issue and they refuse to fix it. I bought a new “quality” home to not have these issues but it’s been a terrible experience. Warranty guy never contacted me or email me about warranties.

The whole process was seamless and on time. I am happy with the builders and the administrative personnel. Everyone was professional and courteous throughout the whole process.

The house is great for the amount paid. Very spacious. Very modern.

Over Price home and no finishing or Quality work

To me the house that was built was just average. They could have better builder grade for flooring and cabinets. Not every room has a ceiling fan connection. They should include in the basic package gutters and sod for back yard too.

The sales and closing team were a breeze to work with and provided great value to the experience. Some issues with the process include a lack of flexibility for any options (such as using alternative light switches), and issues that were noticed and pointed out during the construction process not being acknowledged until final walk through, (a framing issue would have been better to fix when noticed before hanging sheetrock so all the texture matches). And 6 weeks after the closing there are still outstanding issues now in warranty that have yet to be resolved. As a first time home buyer , my experience was amazing. I’ve al always heard that buying a new house is frustrating, but I can testify that the builder in charge of my house made the process smooth ( Pablo ) . Every question or concerns I had, he had answers & solutions for it. Thank you to the Pulte Team for the great experience!

Everyone helped us have a seamless transition into becoming homeowners

When you buy a brand new home, you will expect everything will be nice and neat. However, it wasn't our case. After closing, when we went to our new home, we found out that the kitchen wall was leaking, and to fix the issue, they had to cut off our brand new home. While they were fixing the wall, they destroyed our grass, now there is no grass but full of muds. Hollows on the ground, broken door, broken garage door, broken fence, broken shower door, uneven ground, uneven window frames, and much more. How hard is it to inspect the house top to bottom after finishing? I definitely do not trust Centax and pulte's quality of work, I am more than positive that there are problems in this house to be found by me eventually. I can give 3 starts at least, because the warranty team ( Corey Yates, Joshua, and Jennifer ) is good at fixing the issues also good at communicating. If I knew that this company is this bad at attention to detail and lack of quality, Centex and Pulte wouldn't be my list. ... More

Adam was great throughout the whole process. Even once I was moved in he was attentive to our needs. Great experience all around. Kelly was great also.
