The Centex team was professional, friendly, and helpful during my home buying experience. The construction manager and the sales rep went over and beyond to make sure that all if my questions got answered in a timely manner. They both went over and beyond to ensure I was happy as a customer.

Overall great experience. Had trouble with sales counselor Arnold, bad with communication. Besides this, very good and recommended.

First time buying a new home and Im glad that I found this beautiful community .Very convenient to nearby supermarket and mall and as well as the hospital/ The woodland area. Well its hard to say as of yet with regards to house itself because the house is new this time . well see for a year if how good is the house when it comes to the durability of the materials. For now it is still in excellent condition despite theres some minor things that has to be address . But it was rectified. Thanks to the field manager who provided good service.

Home is very nice but finishing touches seemed to have been rushed. There was a busted out dry wall and unfinished woodwork in my kitchen counter. Warranty doesn't work on weekends (which is the only time I'm available). There were scratches on BOTH bathroom tubs and warranty hasn't even responded to that complaint

My experience was smooth and easy. Everyone was very responsive and kept me updated along the way. I would recommend buying a home with Centex. Thanks for everything!

The buying process was very good. Corbin the sales rep was very helpful. Kyle the construction manager did an amazing job. Over all it’s way better than other builders in Marvida.

I'm happy with the new house for the most part and Mike May is a great builder, but not fully livable since there is still no internet in this community.

I have recommended to several of our friends and family the great options that Pulte and Centex offer. My parents are now in the process of selling their current home and plan to move to the Pulte neighborhood next door. Pulte/Centex do a great job of helping people get into a home during these difficult times of high interest rates and an unpredictable housing marketing. Right now if you want to buy a home, a new home is definitely the best option!

It was great overall I had some hard times but that comes with buying a house. I’m glad I choose to work with them and would do it again!

Bad experience with pulte mortgage . It Took 3 week to approve my mortgage in Newyork, it took 4 months for pulte in texas to approve it. Delayed for no reason. Used to take 2 weeks to process each document. Made us go in circles. Other than that Home buying experience was great. Working with bernar was awesome. He was always polite and knowledgeable. Mathew ( our home builder) was great. He was very friendly, always responsive and professional. He went above and beyond to guide us on home building process. I had an overall positive experience. Amy R. was great! I was buying from overseas and only my wife was able to meet in person. She was helpful and knowledgeable. The building process up until the end was also positive. Our only issue was our communication and problem solving with Ethan F. We had some issues pointed out during our walkthroughs that were not addressed until the morning of closing. We had to push our closing back and some of them still were not resolved or done so not to standard. He assured us we would be able to contact him after closing, but he was not responsive at all.

I like my Centex home, but feel that for the price, there could have been better flooring and grass in the back yard.

Our builder Matt was incredible to work with. Very respectful, responsive and informed us all the way through.

Our builder Rick was very informative during the process of the building and finishing of the house. the last time we met with him, he told me to contact him first if i found any issues that needed to be repaired or replaced. he mentioned that it would be easier to get him to fix the problem instead of submitting a ticket to customer care. i messaged him a couple times with minimal response, and at the end he just said submit a ticket. i appreciate him trying to make me feel like i could count on him(which i know he is supper busy and would not be able to do so) maybe just leave the "call me first" out. this was our first brand new home, so of course we wanted someone there at all times. like i said other than this, everything else was good. he was very professional and informative. ... My overall experience with Centex was great. We had to deal with some issue regarding some building codes violated, and we got the house 5 months later than expected, but the sales consultant(Amy) was taking care of us all the time and showed us more than a business relationship. Regarding the final product(house), we liked it, we are so happy with it. Michael was the guy in charge and he did an amazing job.

Good quality of work, very friendly staff but a bit slow on resolving an issue

They help us a lot, the procedure is simple and fast.

The builder is very proactive to most problems, he is always available to help even after moving in,. He is very knowledgeable and conscious of the materials to used and willing to work with customers from initial stage to completion.

As of right now, so far the experience with the company is good.

The builder manager Marcelo is exceptional in responsiveness. The materials this builder use are average and they could be better. Workmanship is fine except some minor detail like the A/C vent got cover up with drywall. Good thing that I have private inspector to point it out.
