As of right now, so far the experience with the company is good.

The builder manager Marcelo is exceptional in responsiveness. The materials this builder use are average and they could be better. Workmanship is fine except some minor detail like the A/C vent got cover up with drywall. Good thing that I have private inspector to point it out.

I really enjoyed working with my builder! He was super helpful throughout the whole process! However, I did not enjoy the Pulte mortgage experience. They did not keep me updated with all the information.

My experience was overall good, I felt like my needs as far as construction and loan process was beyond amazing! Shout out to Marcelo the field manager he was very detail and at first the home was not to my liking but he managed to get mostly everything done. I would like to point out the sales consultant Michelle is the reason I can't give 5 stars due to her being rude to my Realtor and my family. She called me a lair on several occasions on our previous conversations we had even when I had text messages from her to prove what she said. She didn't greet me and the door instead she stayed on the phone and completely ignored me. Keep the home price reasonable.

The overall experience was good, but the issue was with the sales portion. My salesperson was not helpful in guiding me through all available options, leading to a number of last minute adjustments and disappointments from previously promised "upgrades." Other than that, the construction manager was fantastic and helped me understand the building process a lot, especially for me as a first time homebuyer. Be sure to read the fine print in the contract and don't take anyone's word for it.

My building manager was great during the building process. He kept me informed throught, and helped make this a great first time home buying experience. In addition, my sales consultant was very friendly and helpful.

Be sure you get what the sales representative tells you. In my case there was a breakdown of communication and I had to go to a higher up to get part of what I was told I would get.

We had a great experience with management on all levels from sales to construction to warranty. The quality is good with minor craftsmanship concerns that are readily addressed by warranty. Overall we love our new home and look forward to growing our family in this neighborhood.

I had a poor experience with communication with my sales person not listening to our needs and wants or even caring to give good customer service at all. Otherwise the experience was great and everyone else involved, including the builder, was on top of their game. I’d still recommend Centex/ Pulte.
