They showed up when expected. Followed up with a call the following day to see if everything was done properly

I lowered the overall homebuilding experience for two reasons 1. The close date was pushed due to water tap issues and it wasn't explained that there would be issues. 2. I purchased a spec home that hadn't started vertical construction and Michele our sales agent stated that we were unable to make any changes to options in the home. We had to get special permission from management to add a smart home package, but I don't understand why that should've needed permission. A hassle in the sales process. Dusty, Brad, and Michele were EXCELLENT and very helpful throughout the process. Dusty was so accommodating and went above and beyond to help us out. As everyone knows purchasing a new home can be nerve wrecking. After all the hiccups were cleared, Centex was wonderful with helping the closing process move smoothly and fast. Mrs. April was AWESOME ; Courteous & Professional. She was so helpful and patient. I Love My New Home!!! Thank you Centex.

I had a great buying experience from beginning to end. The staff was professional and were there to answer and solve any issues in a timely manner.

The buying process was very good. Corbin the sales rep was very helpful. Kyle the construction manager did an amazing job. Over all it’s way better than other builders in Marvida.

We had a great experience with management on all levels from sales to construction to warranty. The quality is good with minor craftsmanship concerns that are readily addressed by warranty. Overall we love our new home and look forward to growing our family in this neighborhood.

Everyone from start to finish was real nice and responded quickly when we questions/issues. The only issue we had was the ac was not cooling at our inspector walk through and wa supposed to be fixed piror to closing. But 2 weeks later on our closing date, it was still not fixed. They pushed our signing appointment time back a few hours and got ac working. It's been running great ever since. I just feel like they dropped the ball a little bit since they knew about the issue. Myself and my partner had a great experience with the sale agent Grace Shipp. She took her time ensuring that we purchased the best home for our family. She fought to get all the necessary incentives given by the builder. Since living here we have call repair and they respond very quickly. Megan in the warranty department is awesome. Now I did not use there lender Pulte and I must say beware of stress if you choose to. Pulte mortgage is the absolute worst lender to deal with in any buying process

The Centex team was professional, friendly, and helpful during my home buying experience. The construction manager and the sales rep went over and beyond to make sure that all if my questions got answered in a timely manner. They both went over and beyond to ensure I was happy as a customer.

Overall great experience. Had trouble with sales counselor Arnold, bad with communication. Besides this, very good and recommended.

Bad experience with pulte mortgage . It Took 3 week to approve my mortgage in Newyork, it took 4 months for pulte in texas to approve it. Delayed for no reason. Used to take 2 weeks to process each document. Made us go in circles. Other than that Home buying experience was great. Working with bernar was awesome. He was always polite and knowledgeable. Mathew ( our home builder) was great. He was very friendly, always responsive and professional. He went above and beyond to guide us on home building process. I like my Centex home, but feel that for the price, there could have been better flooring and grass in the back yard.
