The builder was amazing. Great customer service. Helped with all our needs and questions.

We bought our home about 3 months ago and Corbin was very helpful and knowledgeable through out the buying process. We never felt alone , any questions we had he was there to answer them. Katy was amazing with every step of the building process! Katy answered every question, showed us everything and made us feel very comfortable. The quality has been amazing and they truly made our house feel like home! Thank you!

I like the many features that were included. Great value for the price. Excellent customer service and follow up. I highly recommend Pulte.

The only 2 people that were helpful and did above and beyond for me. They were amazing they were prompt and if they didn’t have the answer they sure found the answer.

Our point of contact was horrible and the building process was very slow. Really disappointing when other homes that started after ours, were completed before. Our closing date was moved almost 1.5 months.

Excellent experience, they work fast and clean. I recommend them for your new house!!

Be sure you get what the sales representative tells you. In my case there was a breakdown of communication and I had to go to a higher up to get part of what I was told I would get.

Throughout my whole buying experience I had an excellent communication with sales and builders. It was a great experience! I have recommended Pulte to all of my friends and family!

They rush the house build and didn't address every issue my inspector caught. I keep seeing new things wrong everyday about the poor quality. The buying process was smooth and location is good.

This was my first Centex home. The salesperson was nice but slow to follow up with answers to questions. The finance reps in Tx and CO were exceptional once I understood neither office communicated with the other but the process was smooth compared to my last house. They receive 5 stars for that process. Justin, my field manager was beyond exceptional. He was extremely informative, texted photos of the building process and put my mind at ease. As for the craftsmanship, I found a few small errors that were corrected after I moved in and the others I hope will be completed at the 11 month mark. My only complaint is the shrubs died.. I was told on 3 occasions by the new field manager they would be replaced but as of today (9/14/21) it has not been replaced. I have 4 obvious empty holes in the flowerbed. The new guy Jason has been great and has a sense of humor. I must say I have been fortunate to have 3 of the best neighbors one could have. This was an awful experience and would not recommend Centex.

The homes and lots are great.

Its a nice house but definitely could have been done better. Lots of details that could have been done better. I have had to call several times already for repairs and work and I have just been here less than 2 months.

Centex is a great builder.

Overall great experience!! They assist you with your home every step of the way!

All in all it was a good experience. We had some issues getting ahold of most the Centex team, but Robert was always responsive and would help us on whatever way he could. Whenever we pointed out issues they were promptly resolved. Since moving in everything has worked properly and been great
