The buying process was very good. Corbin the sales rep was very helpful. Kyle the construction manager did an amazing job. Over all it’s way better than other builders in Marvida.

My building manager was great during the building process. He kept me informed throught, and helped make this a great first time home buying experience. In addition, my sales consultant was very friendly and helpful.

Good builder, on time, good quality of final result. Regular update on the progress and quic response on the progress and questions. Only sales team is worst that i have meet so far and experience nightmare process regarding closing date

Very transparent and keeps you in the loop regarding the timeframes. I rarely Had to call and follow up on anything. Robert was great to work with.

We had a great experience with management on all levels from sales to construction to warranty. The quality is good with minor craftsmanship concerns that are readily addressed by warranty. Overall we love our new home and look forward to growing our family in this neighborhood.

Myself and my partner had a great experience with the sale agent Grace Shipp. She took her time ensuring that we purchased the best home for our family. She fought to get all the necessary incentives given by the builder. Since living here we have call repair and they respond very quickly. Megan in the warranty department is awesome. Now I did not use there lender Pulte and I must say beware of stress if you choose to. Pulte mortgage is the absolute worst lender to deal with in any buying process

The Centex team was professional, friendly, and helpful during my home buying experience. The construction manager and the sales rep went over and beyond to make sure that all if my questions got answered in a timely manner. They both went over and beyond to ensure I was happy as a customer.

Overall great experience. Had trouble with sales counselor Arnold, bad with communication. Besides this, very good and recommended.

I'm happy with the new house for the most part and Mike May is a great builder, but not fully livable since there is still no internet in this community.

Bad experience with pulte mortgage . It Took 3 week to approve my mortgage in Newyork, it took 4 months for pulte in texas to approve it. Delayed for no reason. Used to take 2 weeks to process each document. Made us go in circles. Other than that Home buying experience was great. Working with bernar was awesome. He was always polite and knowledgeable. Mathew ( our home builder) was great. He was very friendly, always responsive and professional. He went above and beyond to guide us on home building process. I like my Centex home, but feel that for the price, there could have been better flooring and grass in the back yard.

A nice and helpful experience

The builder is very proactive to most problems, he is always available to help even after moving in,. He is very knowledgeable and conscious of the materials to used and willing to work with customers from initial stage to completion.

The builder manager Marcelo is exceptional in responsiveness. The materials this builder use are average and they could be better. Workmanship is fine except some minor detail like the A/C vent got cover up with drywall. Good thing that I have private inspector to point it out.

I really enjoyed working with my builder! He was super helpful throughout the whole process! However, I did not enjoy the Pulte mortgage experience. They did not keep me updated with all the information.

My experience was overall good, I felt like my needs as far as construction and loan process was beyond amazing! Shout out to Marcelo the field manager he was very detail and at first the home was not to my liking but he managed to get mostly everything done. I would like to point out the sales consultant Michelle is the reason I can't give 5 stars due to her being rude to my Realtor and my family. She called me a lair on several occasions on our previous conversations we had even when I had text messages from her to prove what she said. She didn't greet me and the door instead she stayed on the phone and completely ignored me.
