This is a great home well built and price is affordable

First time home buying experience was a good experience.

I had a poor experience with communication with my sales person not listening to our needs and wants or even caring to give good customer service at all. Otherwise the experience was great and everyone else involved, including the builder, was on top of their game. I’d still recommend Centex/ Pulte.

Great home. Having difficulties with flooring but the company definitely takes care of your problems.

Home is nice. Workers and pretty responsive

People are nice, helping nature, overall it is a nice experience, i am willing to deal with them again.

I really enjoyed seeing the home built every step of the way. From picking a lot, home style, stones, color scheme, etc. From sales, builders all the way to closing staff, they all contributed to make this an easy process.

Overall its okay but they can do a alot better. Centex can improve alot by spending little more money. For example. By installing better looking electric on off switches. Putting vanity with drawers and vanity lights.. Floors are the cheapest possible that centex could find..it's only been two months plus in this house and Floors already are forming waves. Other then that it looks okay , the house looks solid and hopefully will stays solid..I like NY house but definitely have to spend some money to add or replace those low cost materials that is been installed. All I am saying is that Centex can do alot more by putting little better and modern looking details. Overall I like my house. ... More

Closing was smooth and always representatives are ready help.

Home is very nice but finishing touches seemed to have been rushed. There was a busted out dry wall and unfinished woodwork in my kitchen counter. Warranty doesn't work on weekends (which is the only time I'm available). There were scratches on BOTH bathroom tubs and warranty hasn't even responded to that complaint

I have recommended to several of our friends and family the great options that Pulte and Centex offer. My parents are now in the process of selling their current home and plan to move to the Pulte neighborhood next door. Pulte/Centex do a great job of helping people get into a home during these difficult times of high interest rates and an unpredictable housing marketing. Right now if you want to buy a home, a new home is definitely the best option!

Our builder Rick was very informative during the process of the building and finishing of the house. the last time we met with him, he told me to contact him first if i found any issues that needed to be repaired or replaced. he mentioned that it would be easier to get him to fix the problem instead of submitting a ticket to customer care. i messaged him a couple times with minimal response, and at the end he just said submit a ticket. i appreciate him trying to make me feel like i could count on him(which i know he is supper busy and would not be able to do so) maybe just leave the "call me first" out. this was our first brand new home, so of course we wanted someone there at all times. like i said other than this, everything else was good. he was very professional and informative. ... it's less than i expected

Good quality of work, very friendly staff but a bit slow on resolving an issue

They help us a lot, the procedure is simple and fast.

The overall experience was good, but the issue was with the sales portion. My salesperson was not helpful in guiding me through all available options, leading to a number of last minute adjustments and disappointments from previously promised "upgrades." Other than that, the construction manager was fantastic and helped me understand the building process a lot, especially for me as a first time homebuyer. Be sure to read the fine print in the contract and don't take anyone's word for it.

Be sure you get what the sales representative tells you. In my case there was a breakdown of communication and I had to go to a higher up to get part of what I was told I would get.

Timely manner, responds right away and does it’s best to correct any issues or answer any questions
