I have recommended to several of our friends and family the great options that Pulte and Centex offer. My parents are now in the process of selling their current home and plan to move to the Pulte neighborhood next door. Pulte/Centex do a great job of helping people get into a home during these difficult times of high interest rates and an unpredictable housing marketing. Right now if you want to buy a home, a new home is definitely the best option!

Our builder Rick was very informative during the process of the building and finishing of the house. the last time we met with him, he told me to contact him first if i found any issues that needed to be repaired or replaced. he mentioned that it would be easier to get him to fix the problem instead of submitting a ticket to customer care. i messaged him a couple times with minimal response, and at the end he just said submit a ticket. i appreciate him trying to make me feel like i could count on him(which i know he is supper busy and would not be able to do so) maybe just leave the "call me first" out. this was our first brand new home, so of course we wanted someone there at all times. like i said other than this, everything else was good. he was very professional and informative. ... it's less than i expected

Good quality of work, very friendly staff but a bit slow on resolving an issue

They help us a lot, the procedure is simple and fast.

The overall experience was good, but the issue was with the sales portion. My salesperson was not helpful in guiding me through all available options, leading to a number of last minute adjustments and disappointments from previously promised "upgrades." Other than that, the construction manager was fantastic and helped me understand the building process a lot, especially for me as a first time homebuyer. Be sure to read the fine print in the contract and don't take anyone's word for it.

Be sure you get what the sales representative tells you. In my case there was a breakdown of communication and I had to go to a higher up to get part of what I was told I would get.

Centex provides good service when you reach out for any home defects. There will be flaws but its just something to monitor as time goes on.

We have been really pleased with our new home. We are still having issue with AT&T being able to connect our home to their service which was suppose to be installed in March. As this is a service issue I would like to make sure that all new homes indeed have access to internet and cable on completion expecially in the current stay at home environment. Luckily we have unlimited data on our cell phone provider and have been able to teether our devices, but this is not overall acceptable.

Bathroom lighting could be better.

The location is good and have easy access to hi ways. The size of the house is good for its price and has good quality.

The first part of the process was smooth, visiting the place, getting information about the house, knowing the different options and prices. The loan processing was very difficult and we had to change the finance company. Many documents required until the last minute. Many of them did not meet their requirements. Hard time trying to convince them that we were trustworthy people. I suggest to ask all the questions as a buyer and look for the best option for yourself since you are the one putting the money and yoy know how far you can go. The buyer has rights also.

The home buying process, from a first time buyer experience, was overall smooth. There was some pressure to buy from the leasing office when we were not ready or if the items online did not match what was in the house. Overall, the home inspection went smooth and all of the items were address that we agreed upon.

Purchasing my first home seemed so relatively easy with the team that I had. No issues with that. My first month inside of the home I'm finding issues that I were not present during the final walk. Eliana from Pulte homes has been phenomenal though. She has been quick to get these issues fixed. But I'm finding others. The home was built fast and I guess it's settling in now that I am living in it. Some of the issues I can fix on my own but it goes to show the speed of the completed home.

The process itself was fine. I'm not as satisfied with the material used in the home.
