seems like an average budget home. fence will need to be replaced and painting done. in 3 years I will need to make some financial investment to upgrade the limited quality of materials used.

Overall quality is slightly better than average. Highly disappointed in the cabinets in the kitchen. You can’t place anything of any weight significance on the upper shelves without the shelf bowing. I’ve had to place my own braces under these to compensate.

This is the first month the property has been in use , and already the lights ion the front room and in front of the house have failed to come on. They came to fix it pronto but its a new home , should the hole front of the house loose power, and the breaker never tripped. Scary !!!

Builder did not plan out street well, and built everything except lot next to me. Now dealing with contractors who work past dark 10 pm, through nails and roofing materials on my property and refuse to clean up. Also when I was sold house the house model was full brick. Now realizing mine is only 25%, so discouraged that this would happen, without agent indicating this. Also homes for sale are not cared for yards not mowed for weeks, and trash from contractors every where. Four key areas to review: 1) The sales experience was good, the sales guy was knowleadgeable and fair. 2) The mortgage approval was smooth, no issues, super fast. 3) The construction of the house was a big issue. I hired an inspector to do an inspection and it showed several issues that the construction manager did not want to accept. After a few days of stress and after postponing the closing day, the inspector went back and demonstrated that he was right. The Construction Manager then needed to act and resolve the issues in question. This could have been avoided, it created a lot of stress. As for the title company, I liked the work they did. There was a mistake somewhere in the process as the title was made on my name and not on mine and my wife's name, but not sure if the title company should be blamed for this. The walls are made from wood therefore you can hear any type of noise. I am used to brick walls and more pricacy.

Initially buying the property was nice and everyone was accommodating. But when the paperwork started and money was exchanged, the people on the neighborhood staffing were not attentive and negligent. My wife and I were lied to about a few things and documents were created without consent. Schedules were messed with and we were told it was our fault. But after it was all said and done, none of it was major and we love the house we are in for the most part. The neighborhood is nice and accommodating, the Centex helpline is quick to act and helpful.

The experience has been bad thus far. However, I have been ghosted after having some issues with the extended warranty on couple of my appliances. Additionally, I have complained about the standing water within my yard, which is still under warranty I must had, but still no one had made the effort to come and get this situated. I am getting the sense that they are doing as much as they can to not honor this warranty.

Many problems with the house from the grass in the back, shower doors with gaps, back door jamming, recurring kitchen leak one side of the closet different measure than the other one, garage walls were not finished, garage floor uneven ruff spots. Not good workmanship.

The model of the home I truly like, however, the home was just thrown together just to pease me. The home was support to been deliver to me on Dec 7, well it was pushed out due to material was not ordered. I feel like once they received the material they was on a time crunch which made them throw the house together and not looking out for the well being of the buyer. all cheap material has been placed in the homes and the buyer has spent all of they life saving to buy a quality home which was not delivered. And now we have to replace things. I'm not happy with this builder at all.

Started out positive, but didn't always get my questions answered. Even after replying to emails and asking. And then once home was closed upon have not received level of support needed when needing issues fixed. Still have many that were never taken action on and was told moving forward to wait until 10 month check-in. What about what was submitted prior not getting resolved? Just wait until 10 months I guess.

I am having a difficult time getting responses for service requests regarding issues found in the home.

I will share my experience and highlight 2 categories. 1.) Customer Service; the overall customer service was excellent! The builder was attentive, responsive, and eager to work with me. 2.) Quality of craftsmanship: the job seemed rushed and it showed. There was paint splattered on the carpet, blotches of paint on doors, cracks on the driveway, and the crown on the kitchen shelves was loose. I put in a work request to have these and several other issues addressed before the one year warranty expires.

Overall the house is not on the standards that I was expecting. The final product has poor workmanship quality. No attention to detail whatsoever.

Attic’s are not useful because the house is not built well.

To me the house that was built was just average. They could have better builder grade for flooring and cabinets. Not every room has a ceiling fan connection. They should include in the basic package gutters and sod for back yard too.

Not a good experience,bad paint job outside.

Still waiting for numerous repairs that were identified prior to closing (May, 2022). I’m praying that the service improves.

Getting in contact with the builder was always an issue. Updates were hardly ever sent and closing kept getting delayed

They rush the house build and didn't address every issue my inspector caught. I keep seeing new things wrong everyday about the poor quality. The buying process was smooth and location is good.

Buying experience should have been exciting, sales rep was not really supportive through purchase, field manager was terrible at overseeing the workmanship was at the level of expectation set, quality of materials is not exceptabke for new built home!! Many issues with workmanship, you have unqualified workers such as painters , cabinet installers, trim carpenters floor installers !! Every issue has been passed off as a vendor issue, no one takes accountability !! Would never recommend Centex to my family and friends

Houses are built with hurry and because of this there are things left behind. Finishes left behind like doors not closing correctly or having gaps. Almost two months and I can hardly use my backyard because it does not drain correctly. They came to fix it and now is worse. The stairs handrail still waiting to be fixed. Low quality paint. Not happy with this purchase.

Tons of trash left in backyard, nails on steps/ bleeding feet toddler. Ceiling had to be repainted. More issues

I’ve lived in the home for a month now and the home has issues first with the outside paint is peeling, downstairs tub has a big crack that is rusted I’ve tried to let the contractor know about the issues and have not heard back from them. Just dissatisfied overall!!!!

Pretty much everything in the house has an issue. The flooring, the AC, the front porch, the sprinkler, the garage door... I'm tired of asking them to come to fix these issues. For the price we paid, for the pain the mortgage company was; there should have been none!
