Outside of the buying experience, which was amazing, and working with the builder, who was on site at the time everything else has been very poor quality. I have several issues or just the ongoing with no timelines and no consistent. Follow up. I’m hoping things improve, but I have already had to spend quite a bit of my own personal money which may not get reimbursed to get things working like my garage door like my washing machine like my security system on and on and on. And for the record, the siding and landscaping was done horribly to begin with, and it shows to this day, which means I will have to spend more money to get that corrected. The sales and closing team were a breeze to work with and provided great value to the experience. Some issues with the process include a lack of flexibility for any options (such as using alternative light switches), and issues that were noticed and pointed out during the construction process not being acknowledged until final walk through, (a framing issue would have been better to fix when noticed before hanging sheetrock so all the texture matches). And 6 weeks after the closing there are still outstanding issues now in warranty that have yet to be resolved. The house is very nice and well priced. However, the quality of work is pretty poor. The concrete slab is uneven and there are lumps all over the down stairs floor. Large lumps, like you can see AND feel when you walk. Several of the baseboards are bowed in or out significantly enough to notice immediately, and all of the pre-wired fan switches are all not terminated correctly. One of the three-way switches had a hot leg on both ends and kept the wires in the ceiling live no matter the switch combination I tried. Fortunately I have electrical experience and didn't get shocked!

The overall homebuying experience was great. No complaints there. However, once I closed and moved in to my new home it was near impossible to get anyone on the phone that could actually resolve my issues. Then, the information that I did receive was insufficient or completely wrong. I have been in my home for 3 1/2 months and continue to receive the run around. Each representative I speak with passes the buck and no one seems to have the answers or want to assist. So, if you value a community with representatives that actually respond and care about your concerns, look elsewhere.

I have called the office regarding breaks/deep cracks in the garage that should be repaired before the cracks get larger. If I bought a car and didn’t see the dents until I got home, the car would be returned for another car or the dents repaired. I could put cement down to repair the cracks but I paid for a new house without cracks and holes. There is a space between the back of the kitchen cabinet and the wall. The back post was defective; it was taken down and replaced. For the 4th of July holiday there was no type of celebration for this community; the pool has not been opened and nothing has been said about when it will be available for the community to swim. I thought there would be flyers regarding community activities, but there has been nothing. ... More

Whoever approved the bathroom design, had no interest in quality. The cheapest paint is throughout the house. And around the tub. It can get wet or washes off of the wall. ?? Who approved this as a family home. White walls that you can not whipe clean? The finish work is terrible, chunks of debris painted into floor boards. Floor is rubber and thinner then card stock. Very disappointed in the quality of work. The lack of care or attention to detail is appalling. It would be nice if issues got addressed properly. Or done correctly the first time.

Mediocre experience, small let downs throughout process Builder non responsive

Its a nice house but definitely could have been done better. Lots of details that could have been done better. I have had to call several times already for repairs and work and I have just been here less than 2 months.

Called the office and spoke with Jennifer regarding the AC Unit area there was concrete dug up and left there and that was supposed to be cleaned up before I moved in, they took 3 to 4 weeks to do it, also they still didn’t do the job the area around the AC Unit is not paved done like my neighbors to the left or right of me, also there were deep holes in my backyard that I didn’t even see they came and put down old grass that looks like a haystack and it’s going back to the deep holes. I hope that you can send somebody out to see the terrible work that has been done like they don’t care about a brand new property that they are being paid by the hour to do. I love my house but there have been some minor things and major thing that have been disappointing. The major thing is my house is full of roaches, I’ve never had roaches before and now I am finding them all over. It’s making my living experience nearly unbearable.

Aaron is a great manager and good leader but the minor fixes, cleanup, vinyl floor application from his team members needs improvement.. saw a lot of wood dust in a lot of corners, paint on carpet, etc. For this big investment there shouldn’t be anything spotted.. I am quite picky but everyone isn’t so overall it is okay experience with builder team.

I love my new home. This is the first home I have had the pleasure of picking the colors and the floor plan and am happy with the finished product.

If this entire process was in the hands of Todd D alone, then I would have given a 5-star rating for all fields and for the entire process. Alas, such is not the case. He is only one man. Workmanship is OK; I guess. The home inspector stated he was impressed compared to other builders. Hence, let's say workmanship is good. The quality of materials: again, what do I know? Again, my inspector did not raise any significant concerns re: quality of materials. So, once again, what can I say? What I can say is the enough of the materials are "cheap". 1. The rods used in the bathrooms leave a lot to be desired. They are as light as a cotton candy stick. And, the tension pressure feature fails. 2. Many of the bathroom sink stoppers are just loose, flimsy; it's as if you scrub too hard, they'll fall apart in the sink. 3. When I first saw the model house, I wanted the tub/shower combo in the master bathroom. I was told they were no longer offering that feature; all that was available was the walk-in shower. Several months later, just as the ground was broken on my home, with the opening of the next phase, the shower/tub combo feature was made available. I submitted an email to be considered for this option, as this was the one thing that I had always wanted in my home. It took 4 days, if not longer, before a response was provided. And the reason given that I could not have this feature was because the frames were up. When I submitted my request 3-4 days prior, only concrete had been poured; no frames had gone up. Maybe, just maybe, if my email had been read 2-3 days earlier, some consideration could have been made. ...MAYBE. 4. As I lay in my bed one or 2 nights before my closing, it occurred to me, this home has no sensible or adequate storage. Many, if not all except this one, new constructions use the space under the stairs in a 2-storey building for storage. Not here! There is no closet to house items such as mops, brooms, upright vacuum cleaners. The pantry is only shelves. What this means is one has to consider using either the garage, or placing a shed in the backyard, for storage. Neither of which I am pleased at having to consider. A garage is meant for cars. And the backyard space is made for one's enjoyment without the eyesore of a shed. 5. The overall sense of pride in one's work is lost as a general rule. There are so many instances of trash, empty plastic bottles and cans being the top offenders, strewn along the construction sites. There were several instances of isolated socks on the grounds of a few homes. I can't tell you how many times things such as turning around a door knob, and missing door hinges had to be addressed. Not worth the price you paid

The sales group is great at there job and make you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. But I dislike how they operate when it comes to your home. There is a very limited option to customize your home. Once they pour the concrete they won’t allow you to change not one thing. As well comparing our house to the others in the neighborhood we over paid for our house. The same house with close enough square footage to ours cost less than ours. Those houses are fully loaded with grass in the back and sprinklers and gutters. Ours didn’t come with non of that and cost about 30,000 more. If I was to go back I would do better research on how much the houses in our neighborhood are going for. As well I would have a realtor next time to catch the slid bull the sales people will try to slide by you. We could have gotten a better deal than what we was offered. But that’s okay; that’s first time homeowner mistake. It won’t happen next time. ... More

While I can't say I enjoyed my experience with Pulte Mortgage, Isabella was invaluable throughout the process and Eddie really worked hard to huild us the best poasible home he could. We r forever greatful to them.

The only 2 people that were helpful and did above and beyond for me. They were amazing they were prompt and if they didn’t have the answer they sure found the answer.

This is the first month the property has been in use , and already the lights ion the front room and in front of the house have failed to come on. They came to fix it pronto but its a new home , should the hole front of the house loose power, and the breaker never tripped. Scary !!!

Built a great home very quickly (too quickly) Project manager was great and very responsive up until closing date. After moving in, we noticed a lot of things Un-finished. This is my first home and expected the closeout to be close to perfect, this however was not the case. Un/finished home and we now a month later have to go through warranty to get our problems fixed.

Brief, the sale experience with Mike is not positive, slow response, not caring and surprises due to the final walk for the garage paint was not included. Price is not cheap. In contrast, the construction person William is amazing and very professional.

we call the construction manager as soon as we started finding issues, the carpenter came and evaluated the details we showed him, he said " we need to replace basically all the doors of the cabinets in the kitchen, and paint them" after that we haven't hear from them, and they are no longer here at the subdivision.

When you buy a brand new home, you will expect everything will be nice and neat. However, it wasn't our case. After closing, when we went to our new home, we found out that the kitchen wall was leaking, and to fix the issue, they had to cut off our brand new home. While they were fixing the wall, they destroyed our grass, now there is no grass but full of muds. Hollows on the ground, broken door, broken garage door, broken fence, broken shower door, uneven ground, uneven window frames, and much more. How hard is it to inspect the house top to bottom after finishing? I definitely do not trust Centax and pulte's quality of work, I am more than positive that there are problems in this house to be found by me eventually. I can give 3 starts at least, because the warranty team ( Corey Yates, Joshua, and Jennifer ) is good at fixing the issues also good at communicating. If I knew that this company is this bad at attention to detail and lack of quality, Centex and Pulte wouldn't be my list. ... More

seems like an average budget home. fence will need to be replaced and painting done. in 3 years I will need to make some financial investment to upgrade the limited quality of materials used.

Overall quality is slightly better than average. Highly disappointed in the cabinets in the kitchen. You can’t place anything of any weight significance on the upper shelves without the shelf bowing. I’ve had to place my own braces under these to compensate.

Our site manager was really great in explaining everything to us during the build. We really appreciate his hard work, however now that we have moved in we have noticed multiple issues that show the laziness of the builders cutting corners to get the house built. Needless to say, we will be calling several work orders.
