We were lucky that we lived close enough to our build site, where we would take weekend trips to see the status of the build ourselves. Once we got foundation and walls, our builder Chris was always on point sending us weekly updates with what the future plans were and what was completed that week. Chris helped us with our blue tape process and pointed out what should get fixed and for the most part pointed out things that needed to get corrected, that we would never had seen. Chris continued staying in contact with us after we moved in, addressing a few issues that cropped up after we took possession. I cannot stress enough how important having a builder that you can truly trust and feel like they have your best interest in heart. Builder construction manager Aaron F was great, sent weekly update with pictures of all the progress. Couldn’t asked for anything more. The crew did a great job with the build and there was barely anything outstanding at time of inspection.

I remembered the first day I walked into the Centex front office. I was uncertain about what I wanted even though I had a lot of specific details I wanted in a home! Looking through different home design on the screen and walking some, gave me a meaningful insight. The entire Team were amazing and very helpful during the building process, very quick to answer emails. We had a great experience purchasing our new home. Our salesman was so professional, friendly and prompt with all information. The quality of the home is as expected with builder grade products. There was a construction problem found with one of the walls during inspection and it was promptly resolved By the builder, who was great. We closed on time with no surprises.

The process went so smoothly and I closed within a month. Someone was always available to answer my questions and concerns. I Love my beautiful home. It has everything thing that I desired.
