It was a very easy process, they walk you through the whole way and keep you informed. You meet with your builders along the way and are very informative. Once its time to get your keys you are handed a packet for keeping your house maintained, its been very helpful as a first time home owner. They make sure to let you know that they will be there and available for any questions even after your closing date. It was all a very easy and awesome experiece. Very happy with the quality of my home and definitely recommend.

Builder focuses on speed over quality. Many lines were not straight, screw not drilled in all the way, misalignments on cabinets, paint overspray.

It was a great experience, everything went very smooth and I am enjoying the house this far.

I lowered the overall homebuilding experience for two reasons 1. The close date was pushed due to water tap issues and it wasn't explained that there would be issues. 2. I purchased a spec home that hadn't started vertical construction and Michele our sales agent stated that we were unable to make any changes to options in the home. We had to get special permission from management to add a smart home package, but I don't understand why that should've needed permission. A hassle in the sales process. Dusty, Brad, and Michele were EXCELLENT and very helpful throughout the process. Dusty was so accommodating and went above and beyond to help us out. It was a great experience where we were always kept up to date and in the loop for any issues that arose or progress that occurred for the house. They kept their word with all the deadlines they gave (even when the world decided to through potential wrenches in their plan) and we had an open line of communication with the builder who helped us out with anything every step of the way. 100 percent satisfied with our experience!

I had an awesome experience with Centex. Very attentive to details and kept me informed at all times. All my questions were answered on time with a professional attitude. Our field manager Austin is an outstanding employee and I would definitely give him a shout out for his work ethic. Kept me informed throughout the process with a great attitude.

The overall process was great! I’ve been in my home 2 months a slowly starting to see many small errors. Nothing major, however it’s things that I’m sure the workers noticed and just skipped over. Overall, I’m happy with my home.

I had a poor experience with communication with my sales person not listening to our needs and wants or even caring to give good customer service at all. Otherwise the experience was great and everyone else involved, including the builder, was on top of their game. I’d still recommend Centex/ Pulte.

The house came out beautiful! I love it, just make sure you keep maintenance up on your home.

I’ve had some good experiences and terrible with this company building my new home. I had my original sales guy not keep me informed on flooring changes but Trent took over and he did great. He explained things and really seamed to care. Devon the building manager was great at first but as soon as I signed my closing. He would say he would fix things that weren’t finished by closing and it would take him forever. I am still waiting on a shower rod for my guest room that was bent and dented since before my blue tape walk through still haven’t gotten it.
